Close to the train station, and an easy tram ride to the old town. Excellent breakfast buffet! The rooftop terrace needs some work though, not very inviting. Overall a good stay and would recommend!

This hotel certainly does not deserve a 4 star rating. On my arrival for a four night stay I found that the coffee machine in my room was not working. I reported this but four days later nobody had done any thing about this. There were no basic amenities like a kettle or a hair drier, Oddly, there was no door to the bath room, ok if you stay by yourself but not if you are sharing a room ! Despite their claim, there is no 24/7 reception, after 10pm you need your room card to gain entry. There was no bar in operation, every other hotel in the street had busy, thriving ones. It made me wonder if there were underlying problems. Well, there were some positives, staff were friendly, bed very comfortable, breakfast fine and tram stops and railway station just around the corner, However, this was not a hotel that I would necessarily recommend

Acceptable for a one-night stay. Bed was large enough and we both slept well, until an aeroplane woke us about 07:00. Shower room very compact - everything that needed to be was there, just very small. No steer parking immediately close, but the Fort Wedel car park was near, secure and €15 for overnight stay.

La chambre dit supérieur ne corresponde pas de tout aux déscriptifs. Pas de coffre fort, pas de bouloire électrique, petite, pas d'éspace de travail, m/c espresso ne fonction pas, absence d'instructions pour la TV......Il n'y a pas de bar dans cet hotel. Par contre le pdj est acceptable et les employés sont très bien.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from the train station. The room was pleasant and the bed was fantastic, very comfortable. Many choices for breakfast. The personnel were all helpful and professional. The rooftop space has great potential - needs a few comfy chairs, but it's a great little extra.

Attentive staff, they worked quickly to resolve any issues. They were able to do our laundry - what a lucky break for us and at a very fair price. Lots of food choices, we had an excellent Italian dinner almost right across the street. On the first night, a different close-by restaurant, I had a dinner of chili con carne, not a common pick for me, but best I've ever had. Hotel breakfast was good, but was extra cost - I thought it would be included. My room backed up to a slightly noisy street. It quited down after 10 pm. AC worked, showere water was consistent, and you got a face cloth and tissues.

Literally down the road from the train station and bus to the airport so its easy to get to. My room was behind reception so you have to go out into the freezing cold again. This could do with a covering. I felt i was in a motel. My room was small but cosy. I liked the decor as you can see there was a lot more thought in making it more unique and its all in the details - like the 1920s style blanet, the chair coverings, the toiletries and the coffe maker, still & sparking water provided. The bathroom in comparison was big but I found the ceiling was mouldy and not finished so you could smell it whilst you were sleeping. Breakfast was a treat! Lovely croissants, fresh cakes, yogurts, fruit, cereals even sone gyzosas! Definitely a lot better than your usual buffet. There were recycling bins between tge dining room and reception so I did use it as i didnt see any recycling bins in the street. There are some homeless people around but i didnt feel unsafe in the area as there are always people around.

This is the second time we have stayed with you and we were a little disappointed this time. A few points for you Shower screens were loose and need to be secured two sides fell off during showering Shower pressure was low and not as strong as we had last year. (Different room though) Housekeeping left dirty cloth in the room on Thursday. The room key didn’t work on Thursday night struggled to get in as we returned after 1030pm. Couldn’t get in the room either and night porter had to let us in. First time we had breakfast in the hotel more healthy eating options would have been good although the food on display was nice and plentiful a high sugar content across cereal and yogurt options was limiting for me personally. Tv remote needs new batteries by the way it was slow and clunky and difficult to change channels. Staff we dealt with were all very friendly which was nice. We enjoyed our stay in Luxembourg felt a wee bit disappointed in the standards this time not as good as last year.

Nice hotel which has recently been renovated. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. A couple of minutes walk from central station. Lost for choice with dining, shopping, cultural activities and bars within five minutes walking.

Hotel in wirklich guter Lage zum Bahnhof, in die Altstadt kommt man entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus schnell. Im Dunkeln ist die Gegend allerdings etwas mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Hotel, Zimmer und Frühstück toll! Leider war das Zimmer bzw. der Teppich nicht wirklich sauber. Ich würde sagen, eher ein tolles 3* Hotel!

Staff was very professional, the hotel was very close to Luxembourg station with market nearby. It felt safe for a solo female traveler. They even came for housekeeping, which I did not expect for a 2-night stay. My only “complaint” was the size of the room. It was very small, and had no room to lay my suitcase, and definitely could not open it up completely.

TV in the room didn't work, reported it and was told it would be fixed but it never happened and it wasn't exactly a room with a view, far from it so it's not like I could use that as a substitute.

Nice, clean hotel near the train station (3 or 4 minute walk - easy). My room was tiny but that doesn't bother me as I was traveling solo. The room was clean and updated - it was nice. The hotel is not full of amenities but it has a friendly staff and a good breakfast. Bus and tram are free in Luxembourg so you can get wherever you need to go by walking back to the train station and catching your connection there. This is a good choice if you're on a budget. I would choose this hotel again.

Modern, clean and well located just near the train station but probably a bit overpriced for what it is. The single room which I expected to be compact was VERY compact (prob about 2mx2m plus a bathroom about 1.5mx2m). In saying that, it did the job and I slept comfortably. The breakfast is very nice and 20 euro. I felt very comfortable in the area as a solo female traveller and had tons of free public transport options on my doorstep.

It made me wonder if there were underlying problems. Well, there were some positives, staff were friendly, bed very comfortable, breakfast fine and tram stops and railway station just around the corner, However, this was not a hotel that I would necessarily recommend

They didnt have an overnight concierge which was inconvenient when we arrived late at night so we ended up staying at anothre hotel next to them. The following day, the front desk was accomodating. They refunded us for the first night, and was able to check in smoothly.

Great stay - from start to finish - Arrived early hotel happy to store our luggage - check in smooth and was allowed access to our room early . Room great , super comfy bed , loved the toiletries in the bathroom ( which you can buy in reception ) . Very new hotel so everything is in good condition. Great location (about 10 min walk from central station and 10 mins to the central downtown area). Hotel room had nespresso machine, water, robes, slippers. Quality toiletries. Our room had a weird smell kinda of like sewage and there were a ton of small flies in the hallway of our room and many of them into our room everytime we opened the door. Our stay included free breakfast which was simply but very fresh and good. We had prepaid our stay on Expedia but when we checked in, they charged my husband's credit card again for the stay. We didnt know until a few days after when the charge showed up on our credit card statement. After contacting them they did the refund but the person checking in should have noticed that our stay was already paid. Overall we would stay here again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Kazakiwi. Check in on the first day was confusing due to no staff being at the front desk. There was also some confusion where the staff tried to charge me twice for my stay but that was quickly rectified. We were then brought to our room which was up a flight of stairs and outside which was treacherous in the rain. The room and bathroom itself was very small but well adorned and very clean. The area is great and close to many shops along with being easily walkable. While not a perfect stay I enjoyed my time at Kazakiwi.

I wouldn't usually stay in this part of town, but the hotel looked ok and it was well priced. After a very disappointing experience with the receptionist, who was not at all welcoming, I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The whole hotel seems to be recently fitted out and the room was small, but really well designed to make the most of the space and didn't feel at all cramped. Fine for one or two night stays. I would stay here again on nights when the better located hotels are too expensive.

Really lovely place. Staff were so accommodating and allowed us to check in way before check in time due to our early flight arrival. Only thing I wasn’t so keen on was the area - some men hanging around outside shouted at us both nights on our way home from dinner. Construction happening right outside the door very noisy for a Saturday morning too! Otherwise great value for money and would recommend if you can look past those things ☺️

Construction out front of property made access a little hard. Go to Carlitos comedy club for some laughs. He is from Arizona. Friendly people for the most part around town. Easy access to central station and also to local train. Local transit is free in Luxembourg.

Kazakiwi is a clean and well-kept property which is conveniently located and competitively priced for an expensive city. They provide water daily, as well as a coffee machine. It’s hard to accurately rate the area as it is currently being totally dug up and redone - it currently does not quite match the more upmarket parts of Luxembourg City, but I can imagine in the future things will be different.

Nice, clean hotel near the train station (3 or 4 minute walk - easy). My room was tiny but that doesn't bother me as I was traveling solo. The room was clean and updated - it was nice. The hotel is not full of amenities but it has a friendly staff and a good breakfast. Bus and tram are free in Luxembourg so you can get wherever you need to go by walking back to the train station and catching your connection there. This is a good choice if you're on a budget. I would choose this hotel again.

Excelente hotel perto da estação geral de trem . Fácil acesso ao transporte público porém a região fica um pouco estranha a noite .Cafe da manhã com pouca variedade mas tudo muito bom e gostoso . Máquina de café expresso no quarto é muito bom .
