We have had 2 night's there. We really enjoyed there because it was a small cosy familiar hotel. The recepcionist were really nice till the pont that we didnt even show our booking number due to she knew that we were coming. The room was big and clean. Confortables bed and we got an extra bed and crib for our 2 girls. Air condition was working really good and the also have parking for free close by. The 2 guays working at the breackfast gave excellent service and they were really friendly and caring. Breackfast was complete and the portions was huge. The day we will come back to Larnaca we will go back to this place.

Ticks all the boxes. Handy location a short stroll to the waterfront, clean, spacious room, strong shower and wifi. Friendly staff and able to park outside the front door. Only stayed a night, but would rebook if back in Larnaca.

Perfect location, near to everything. sweet little hotel with a soul. Room was so very clean, comfy bed, very fresh and clean with a little balcony. Le ménage de la chambre n’a pas été faite. Plein de cheveux au sol notamment dans la salle de bains et sur le lit. Les toilettes et la douche n’étaient pas nettoyés également. De nombreuses traces.

Competently run mid-range hotel, conveniently located in Larnaca’s shopping area – a great choice for those of us who don’t want to be amid the hordes on the beach. There’s a limited à la carte breakfast menu, all perfectly acceptable although you can do as well or better in the many nearby cafés. Rooms and bathrooms are well kept, although noise from the corridors/outside can be an issue (not unusual in this price range). My main criticism would be a certain lack of Cypriot hospitality – some staff seem to be Ukrainian and are businesslike rather than warm

Checking in was quick and easy. My standard room was huge with a double aspect balcony and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The whole place was gleaming and spotlessly clean, the white bedding and towels were good quality. Sadly, I missed breakfast but I was told that it is excellent value and that the chef even makes the granola himself! The location is in a quieter part of town and that was a bonus, it was only 5 minutes walk from the best bars and restaurants. At no time did I feel unsafe. The staff were amazing. Many thanks to Helen, the wonderful receptionist and Jimmy the chef who both went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. I will definitely return to this gem of a hotel and highly recommend it to everyone.

The bed was very comfortable and the TV was a good size. The kettle provided used an EU plug whilst Cyprus has UK plugs, and as someone coming from the UK it was completely useless. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, it seemed like it had been cleaned a while ago as there were water spots all over the shower. Also upon entering the receptionist claimed there was water in the fridge and there was not. The walls are also not noise proof. The location is amazing and everything was easily accessible.

Toutefois l'eau avait une bonne pression et une bonne température rapidement, ce qui est rare ! Le petit déjeuner est un choix de menu, qui sont tous délicieux et très copieux. Le personnel a été très aimable et sympathique.

The lady who checked us in was really nice, but the room was small and cramped. There were several times we didn’t have hot water for showers and the toilet seat was broken for most of our stay. Parking is scarce unless you get lucky and get one of the spots out front. The key card has to be in a slot on the wall for electricity to work, but ours was broken and it kept popping up causing the electricity to go out. The maintenance guy eventually fixed it. Didn’t really care for the neighborhood around the hotel either. Very dark with abandoned buildings. But, it is a short walk to the public beach and cafes. It wasn’t a terrible stay but there are orobably better options for a similar price..

The staff were very nice. I checked in at 10:30 PM without any problems. After I checked out, they let me leave my luggage at the front desk so I could go out and relax, then come back to pick it up before heading to the airport.

I liked the hotel but I left some clothing in the room after check out and I contacted the hotel as soon as I realized that it was missing, about 4 later. I called the hotel 5 times, they answered once and never followed up. I also contacted them via Expedia and they did not respond. If you accidentally leave something in the room, too bad, you aren’t getting it back. Nor should you expect a response. I know what I left and it was definitely in the room . Nice owners , just not responsive or very responsible.

We had a bit of a bumpy start eith reception after arriving in the evening to what was a note saying back in 20 mins ehich wasnt the case. However the following morning we went to mske a complaint. We spoke to Jimmy who is by all means the Chef. He was absolutely amazing he got straight on the case and then spoke to Elena the reception manager , who again did everything to rectify isdues. When we arrived in our room we had no towels, no remote and no hairdryer which they do have at reception if you cant find one in your room. I can honestly say without Jimmy and Elena i eould have rated this possibility 3 stars but the customer service thry gave and the above snd beyond , i believe they deserve 5 star review. They are the absolute foundation of the Roseum. The cleaners the room was well kept snd clean. The hotel itdelf was very nice snd food was plentiful and sgain nothing was too much when asked to cook. We were also given a bottle of wine as an apology. Thankyou so much for turning our stay around completely Elena and Jimmy xx

Vi bodde 3 personer i 2 nätter. Stort och fräscht rum. Hotellet ligger på en lugn gata och är välplacerat i staden. Vi trivdes bra med allt förutom mottagandet på hotellet. Som tur var hade vi läst recensionerna så vi var förberedda på damen i receptionen som verkar helt ointresserad av sitt arbete och på gränsen till oförskämd. Hotellet skulle tjäna mycket på ett vänligare och professionellare mottagande. Övriga anställda mycket trevliga. Vi åt ingen frukost på hotellet då den var a la carte och inte buffé. Det fanns dock väldigt fina alternativ nära hotellet. Vi kan rekommendera Mingle för fantastisk brunch, Pauls cafe för utmärkt fika och Rest Mystic för mycket god och prisvärd middag.

The hotel was centrally located in Larnaca, near the main attractions at Finikoudes Beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, *especially* Chef Jimmy! What a legend! I was chatting with him one morning over breakfast that he made and mentioned that my wife and I were on our honeymoon. Breakfast that morning was comped and he surprised us the next day with a bottle of bubbles. Great customer service and excellent hospitality. We will miss him and hope to see him again when we return. Good luck with your restaurant & bar!

Despite contacting the hotel multiple times before our trip to advise of our intended arrival time, we arrived out of hours (4am) and had no access to our room. We had been advised and given assurances that the room key would be left on reception for our arrival. Other keys were there for other guests, but not ours. Nobody was answering the hotel emergency phone number and we had to sleep on the sofas in reception until staff arrived at 8am. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the receptionist did not even offer an apology the next morning. This is after us having paid for a room for the night and not being granted access until 8am!! On my return home to the UK I have emailed the hotel twice to complain and request a refund for that first night of our stay. My emails have been ignored. Not great!

A lovely small hotel.. very spacious room with balcony and large shower / bathroom. Everything was spotless and clean. Very friendly staff and welcoming from day of arrival. Food at breakfast very good with a good selection of food available... lovely outside courtyard area for seating / eating. Would definitely come back here. Great location as in city centre and close to everything. Short walk to the beach.

The location is in an up and coming, redevelopment area. Rght now the area does not look attractive. But It is a clean and new hotel. By improving a little in details, it could be even nicer. Good size room and clean, but only 1 chair, rest just empty space…why not put another settee to make it warmer? also for the 2nd person to have place to sit? The tea kettle is very old and nasty, it is a small expense to add a clean touch…. Overall, we are happy with it because we have an early flight out so it is only 10min away from the airport.

The property is functional and comfortable. I appreciated the in room AC and mini fridge. Right around the corner are restaurants and the town market and shops for basic needs. The beach is a 6 minute walk and St Lazarus is about 6 minutes in the other direction. The location is really fantastic. The breakfast is also amazing - delicious and hearty with great protein and coffee options. This place is a really great deal!

The interior was quite poor, the door knob to the bath room was loose for example. No AC in the corridors, which didn’t have any noice isolation so it was quite noisy. The room was clean and served our purpose well since we only stayed one night before going to our next destination. The best thing was the guys in the restaurant, very nice and friendly and we had a great a la carte breakfast. The coffee could be nicer though :)

Le personnel a été très aimable et sympathique.

We have had 2 night's there. We really enjoyed there because it was a small cosy familiar hotel. The recepcionist were really nice till the pont that we didnt even show our booking number due to she knew that we were coming. The room was big and clean. Confortables bed and we got an extra bed and crib for our 2 girls. Air condition was working really good and the also have parking for free close by. The 2 guays working at the breackfast gave excellent service and they were really friendly and caring. Breackfast was complete and the portions was huge. The day we will come back to Larnaca we will go back to this place.

Unfortunately, on the first night that I was there, I noticed brown stains on my bed… Tiny microscopic type stuff………… And then the next day that I was there, I discovered bedbugs in my bed….. totally grossed me out and caused me psychological trauma…. The next two nights I used duct tape, tacky side up on the floor around the couch and slept in the middle of the living room….. when I return to Toronto… I am going to call Expedia. I am expecting a 100% refund.
