Clean room. Updated. Space for everything on a trip. The staff was very nice at front desk, breakfast and housekeeping. Breakfast is always the best out of the hotels stayed at. So many options and yummy. The pool was nice and clean and had some chairs and umbrellas around too.

All was great. Entire facility was very well kept and clean. Laundry area was a big . Breakfast was great and seating area was plentiful. Pool was good with complimentary towels. Fire pit area was outstanding. Rooms were spacious and clean. A lot of towels and washcloths. Extra dishes and silverware was useful.

We stayed only one night as we were in town for a wedding. Check in was easy, the room was very spacious. Location was close to our venue and being pet friendly was key to us staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here over July 4th weekend and was not over crowded like some places..It was clean and managed well..breakfast was to be expected just ok with the closet eggs..Gym was nice and well equipped..pool was better than most but I did not use..area is close to beaches 👍

We love staying here whenever we come to Amelia Island. Overall very clean and pleasant staff. The only thing is this time our room smelled very strongly like mildew, especially the bathroom.

One of the cleanest hotels I ever stayed at! Also, all staff I encountered were very friendly. Able to walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Not a far drive to other attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

This place really needs a good deep clean. Breakfast options were also all there- but quality seriously lacked. However, there were the nicest front desk staff working!!! I wouldn’t return just due to the lack of cleanliness in the room.

Usually Home2 Suites is my go-to hotel. My room in this one was poorly cleaned and maintained. The reeked of old urine and the AC would not remove humidity. (maintenance issue). The public areas of the hotel were about average in cleanliness. The morning breakfast staff was doing a good job.

I get it. We needed a dog friendly room and we got a room next to the pool. Our dog was going crazy as there were lots of people around the pool. The rugs were clean, but the floor was very dirty and the desk chair was loaded with crumbs. The location was great and the staff was great as well. When we mentioned the dirty floors, they cleaned them right away. The room had everything we needed.

The shower was not cleaned at all. There was dirt in the shower pan and hairs meaning A LOT, many thick pubic hairs. It was disgusting. The desk had nail clippings & dust. GROSS!! I was shocked on how run down the room was, especially with Hilton in the hotel name. Hilton’s are typically nice. The mattress seemed like it was 20 years old, very uncomfortable. I let the front desk person know about how dirty the shower was, he was kinda rude. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room was very spacious, mini kitchen was wonderful, lighting and window shades were the best I have ever had in a hotel. Staff was fantastic. Bed was OK, not as comfy as I would have liked. And I was quite surprised that there were no hooks in bathroom to hang things on.

Upon arrival, entered the room and discovered the toilet was plugged. It was about 8pm when we arrived so we immediately informed the front desk in person about the toilet. No maintenance on at that time. Told me they could be a call in for the morning. Which would mean I couldn’t use the bathroom all night. Asked if they had a plunger and I would try to plunge it. It was very confusing for them. At first they couldn’t find it, offered to put us up in a different room for no additional fee. Then they found the plunger after about 20 minutes. Husband and I tried to clear toilet but couldn’t. They switched us to a different room that was half the size of the room I initially paid for. Don’t know how the second room was more $. Ended up having to put my suitcase in the car because there wasn’t much room in this room for 3 adults and 1 child. My child had to sleep on this small sliver of a couch. First room had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch and plenty of space. Room they put us in had 2 queen beds and a sliver of a couch. Not much room between tv stand/ dressers for waking etc.

I loved how friendly the staff was during the stay and all the features that came with the suite that we stayed in. It was like a small apartment! I also loved that they offered “clean” and “natural” foods as part of their breakfast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and when we come again, I know where we will be staying!

Staff was very nice . Tartlet was very sweet & helpful. Always greeting guests when they came in. Food was delicious & fresh. It was nice to not have to think of breakfast. Room and hotel was very clean. Housekeeping was wonderful and very nice. Pool area was nice & my grandson preferred it over the beach. We had a perfect stay!!

Hotel had no supervisor that could respond to authorize staff to get a plumber to fix our room toilet. They were literally going to put us out so we had to agree to stay in our room and use the lobby toilet. I asked multiple times to just call the manager to have them approve fixing the toilet. They said managers would not respond until Monday. Utterly disappointed in this place we left out trip early!!!!! Would not stay here again

Brian the host at front desk was amazingly helpful with our accommodations, & early checkout. But we did get charged a pet fee of $75, I heard they were waving this fee due to the hurricane, we're still waiting on the refund. Regards Juan & Dinah Diaz

This hotel is awesome! Lots of sitting areas, really done well. Rooms are perfect for families. It’s a little far from I 95, but kinda worth it. Close to Beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Bed comfort was good, but pillows could be better. The breakfast buffet needs some work, variety. Eggs seemed processed. Overall, the room is beautiful and the stay/location good! Convenient to everything!

The hotel is great for long term stays. The free breakfast was pretty good and the hotel is clean. I didn’t use the pool but it looked decent. It’s in walking distance to the beach and there’s plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive

The continental breakfast was a major disappointment. The “sausage” was taco flavored and the “chicken” was tasteless. Lumpy grits and watered down orange juice. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. I little upgrade to the breakfast would be appreciated by all guests, I’m sure

The hotel was amazing. They thought about all the things a guest might need. Smooth check in and check out and convenient location and parking. Reasonable pricing for all the amenities they provide. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Overall, had a wonderful experience.
