Shuttle out of service but was never notified. Called from airport was placed on hold for 8 minutes finally hung up and called back to be helped without being placed on hold only to be told shuttle service was not available and would not be available to return my family to the airport the next morning for our flight. One of the reasons I booked was due to the shuttle availability. I always stay at Hilton properties due to the level of cleanliness and service and this property failed in both fronts. Front desk staff anything but friendly. Found someone else’s deodorant in the bathroom drawer, hair all over floor and in additional bathroom drawer, hair ball in bathtub, drain in bathroom sink would not drain, stains on the bedding, and the water…no cold water in the bathroom. Two choices HOT or SCALDING. When I told front desk staff about water situation at checkout (only discovered when trying to shower before early morning flight) was barely acknowledged. Just an “ok”. No good morning no I am sorry. Maybe it was too early but in the hospitality industry it is never too early for common courtesy. This experience would make me seriously reconsider my Hilton affinity. Highly disappointing experience.

Room was very nice, only there for one night so didnt take advantage of amenities. Was frustrated that airport shuttle did not start until 7 as we needed to leave at 6. This was not stated on their website.

Didn’t like the $10 self parking charge. Typical parking lot at motel but in fine print on web site but told to you on check in. Don’t want it as part of nightly rate as I b might have picked another hotel.

The use of desk top computer and printer were an extremely thoughtful feature available. I highly rate this property for it's cleanliness all around from the room to the breakfast bar area/lobby and fitness room.

The hotel was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a suite and while we didn't need it, it would still work well for someone who planned on staying for more than a day. The pool was not available, as they were working on it. The biggest disappointment was that they charged us $10. a night for parking. This "new" policy went into effect on Feb. 1 according to the sign. ( This was the only way we knew they were charging us for parking). I felt this was very unfair. If I had known they would charge a parking fee, I would not have stayed there.

Refreshingly clean! Amazing staff! The pool was lovely and we really enjoyed it.

Property was clean and quiet. Staff were efficient and polite, check in was quick whixh was appreciated due to my late arrival. Would definitely stay again.

Upon entering the bed we found blood on our sheets. I contact the front desk and we was told there's no one to come change the sheet... Lol then we was offered to change room but we were in PJs and just showered. So we went down and got the sheets and changed them ourselves. After speaking with management the next morning. They feel changing us to another room was compensation.... No, no, no we are entitled to a clean room anyways. So I called the Hilton Corporate 800 number and reported it. That same front desk person told corporate she wished I would've called with them first. Ma'am, I spoke with the guy the same night and you the next morning. On top of that, the hall smells bad and the refrigerator didn't work, breakfast was not worth eating and they charge for parking after the price of the rooms. Beat it!

Room was dirty

The room was beyond dirty, the fridge never worked, the walls are thin and when talked to management about the fridge and cleanliness they said they would speak with their staff. Nothing was fixed. No one apologized or even tried to make the stay better. Would not recommend and would not be staying there ever again. Here you can see the walls and the rug.

Room was dirty, as we were heading to check out a cockroach promptly ran across the bed. Wanted to use the pull out couch but there was rice all over the bed. Unhappy, would not recommend. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

Very very nice spacious clean room with all the amenities needed. They even had real dishes at breakfast!

Convenient to I-95. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Breakfast was ok but not as depicted in signage. Bed was comfortable but needed firmer pillows. There was a sports team staying here who returned to hotel after their win and celebrated well into the early morning hours …. Until at least 2am… in the hallway and on the front patio. I did not complain but felt like the staff should have controlled the outside situation better.

The room was large and spacious, well organized and clean. The different areas; kitchen, office, couch cabinets were all functional and well thought out. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a family, business traveler or anyone needing a little more space.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. This time was for 3 nights. There was one occasion where the desk clerk was snippy but the rest of the time they were helpful and courteous. The room was average clean. Seat cushions were stained and dirty. Elevator very dirty, AC was very loud. It sounded like the startup of a jet engine. And the water pressure was less than average. However the price was good.

The property is nice and the staff is great the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is the mattress were hard but everything else about this property was great

The mattress on the pull out couch bed was atrocious. Embarrassing to the couple that had to sleep on it. You can do better.

Hotel was nice. The breakfast had healthy options, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. The area appeared to be safe. My only complaint was I could hear the people above me walking.

Stayed for a week, through the weekend. Nice, comfortable, spacious room. Comfortably slept 2 adults, and 3 kids aged 16, 5 and 4. Didn’t feel like we were crowded in the room. Room features were good, would definitely stay here again.

Jay, the night clerk thought it was necessary at 1.12am to tell me I had to come down for running my credit card for accidentals.....he kept on going for 10 minutes without thinking I was in the hotel for night rest. BTW: I already paid the accidental fee with his cowordker at 7pm... Goodnight night rest; not even a follow up from Hilton after a phone call with their customer line. NO WAY HILTON

Staff was very welcoming when we arrived after a 6 hour drive so this was refreshing. Check in was smooth and we had a restful night.

From the moment we checked in the staff was amazing. Our cruise ended before check in but the staff made it possible for us to get in early. Brandi specifically was friendly, very helpful and made us feel at home. The beds are comfortable and the staff was very accommodating if anything was needed. We will be back when in area

Front desk female attendant is rude and over talks you. They charge extra fees to your card with no proof of anything. Very unprofessional! I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We were warmly welcomed by Angel at the front desk upon arrival- what a delight! She recommended a great place for dinner which we really appreciated. Our room was very clean and well-equipped for our stay. Eric’s the manager reached out to inquire about our stay/ she was personal and grateful for the feedback. The hotel room was good. Clean and comfortable. My 2 issues were they charged me $10 a day to park at the hotel. We stay in dozens of hotels every year and I have never seen that. I already paid $190 for the room why should you have to pay to park where your staying? Makes no sense! Also the young lady who checked me in was nice but the lady that was at the front when we left was so rude. When checking in I told the nice young woman that we had to leave early the next morning so we wouldn’t be able to get breakfast. She proceeded to tell me to make sure we grabbed a muffin or fruit or something before we left since it wouldn’t be breakfast time yet. Well the next morning we were doing just that and the rude lady at the front desk proceeded to act like a child over a muffin and closed the curtains and was all in a tantrum because we simply grabbed a few packaged muffins to go. I’m sorry but if you can’t let the guest grab a packaged muffin that has nothing to do with your cooked breakfast after said guest paid $200 to stay including the silly parking charge then that is so rediclous. I personally will never stay at this location again because of the way that particular woman acted. It took everything I had in me to walk away instead of saying what I wanted to. Her attitude just really disgusted me and it ruined the whole stay. Home2s are my favorite hotel but I am so disappointed in this one’s staff. Learn to treat your guests with respect. After all it’s us who pay!

Close to the highway, airport and zoo, but still tucked away nicely. Pool set up was small but nice. Rooms were great with extra space, storage and a kitchenette.

Great location for pre-flight stay. Shuttle takes you to area restaurants as nothing is within short walking distance, especially in the rain.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel, even though situated by an airport, was very quiet. The hotel was also conveniently located in a commercial area where we were able to find food, gas and other necessities.

I like the location and everything about the hotel.

My daughter and I were here for 4 days and 3 nights and experienced a problem-free stay. The suite was spacious and clean, the grounds were quiet, the staff was pleasant, and breakfast was tasty. There are tons of restaurants and stores nearby and just a hop and skip to the airport.

Hotel was quiet. Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean. Bed was alittle hard for us. Conviently located near major highways and a outdoor shopping center. Close to restaurants.

Items where under cooked, people using hands to get food then put it back. Bacon was floppy, grits didnt have enough liquid. Ran out of coffee.

Not worth the price at all. We got there late like 2am and checked out at 7am. Yet they still charge 10.00 to park. That’s absurd. There should be no parking charge unless you’re there for more than one night. 10.00 for 5 hours of sleep is bull. But the shower SUCKED. There was barely any pressure, I couldn’t even wash my hair. I felt I wasn’t going to get all the shampoo/conditioner out of it. I saw other reviews about it before but didn’t think it’d still be a problem. It’s a bad problem. The breakfast was crap. No good cereal. No good food. Only good thing was waffles. For the price they are charging this should be a lot nicer. I would never stay here for more than 1 night. Home2suites are usually very nice. This one needs water/pipes fixed and a new breakfast with pancakes better cereal and sandwiches (not biscuits). Needs to get rid of paid parking.

We didn’t know it till we got into our room that we were upgraded to and bedroom suite, which was a nice surprise. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Not too many choices for non-meat eaters. The breakfast sandwiches all had meat in them.

They were short staffed so breakfast was cold and slow coming out. Don't offer late check outs.
