From check in to check out our stay was great. The indoor pool was very nice. Breakfast was also lovely. The young man who puts out breakfast was phenomenal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Stuff noticed me said good morning and lobby and pool was great

It got the job done for the price. Bathroom could have been cleaner and drinks at the bar came in huge water glasses resulting in very unbalanced drinks. Breakfast was the same each day and just okay. But the pool was cute and the rooms were spacious and everyone was very kind and helpful. Id visit again, but would just request a very clean room.

None of the doors except the front worked to get in. After going to indoor pool had to walk all the way around building. Fire pit didn’t work. Room smelled horrible had to move rooms. Maintenance couldn’t fix any of the problems just said “ yeah we been having problems with that sorry bout that “ asked front desk about pizza in the area they said “I don’t know”

Employees at the front desk were great. Nice gym.

Indoor pool was ice cold. Room very comfortable.

The room is HUGE! Such a nice place. Indoor pool was freezing cold. My watch said it was 79°. Way too cold for an indoor pool.

Conveniently right off I-95 but very quiet. Area felt very safe. Lots of nearby restaurants and gas stations. Very clean. Incredibly friendly staff who actually took the time to welcome my dog. Beautiful lobby. Attached restaurant. Great dog walking areas. Well lit at night. I love that they have recycle bins as well as waste bins. Huge rooms. This was only an overnight stay but it was so nice I wished I was staying longer.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned There was hair and dirt spots in the shower and on the bathroom floor and bits of toilet tissue. They rushed the room and did not clean very well. Other than having to clean it and disinfectant the room the stay was okay.

The room wasn't clean. Hair and mold in the shower, curtains gross with stains, couch had stains, the floor by the door was sticky in spots. If I wasn't so worn out by my long drive, I would have left. The breakfast was very pourly attended (messy counter, no clean plates, dirty silverware, meats and eggs weren't barely warm, etc.)

Room spotless except for shower. Black grouting at base of shower. Great amenities in room, bath towels and bedding. Personal products great. Check in easy. Would like some kind of proof that $25 incidental fee was returned to credit card.

Rooms are very clean and the hotel is in great condition

The room cleanliness was not the best. Room was still dusty had to wipe tables down. Room doors and knobs were not cleaned. You can see spilled coffee or juice from someone else but was never cleaned. Stayed before and didn’t have this problem.

Nice large clean room

Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable. We’ve stayed at the adjoining Hilton hotel a few times and this was just as nice.

The property was convenient to I 95. The property looks great on the outside but is in need of a refresh or remodel. We've stayed at other Home2 properties and this doesn't compare. Carpet everywhere on the property had stains. The mattress in our room was past it's prime with big sagging areas we discovered when it was time to sleep. Appliances in the room were old and had rust marks. Also no hair conditioner in the bottle in the shower which I discovered while taking a shower. This was a 1 night stay otherwise I would have moved. I won't book this property again unless I know it's been refreshed

Staff was great. Room was spacious with full kitchen. Could have used some updating. The reason for the 2 stars is because our room, 166, was very close to the back door to the parking lot. The door slammed open and shut all night and morning. It should be adjusted!

The fridge was noisy enough to keep waking me up. The latch on the bathroom door was broken badly enough that we were afraid to close the door. The desk was very accommodating about changing the room location from the first floor to the third floor but failed to say that there was an up charge to do it. I didn't find out about it until I saw the charge on my AMEX card later that night.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Other than that it was pretty good. Clean and convenient

The room was super clean, big, and modern. But the people upstairs must've had a ton of kids, and they were running around all the time. Breakfast was alright. If it weren't for the noisy people, I'd go back, but I never had this problem at other hotels around here.

When we arrived to check in on Saturday a lady in front of me was checking in after she checked in she said i have several more people who are still about 15 minutes away need to check in wirh me because she had them registered in her name but they had to pay with their own credit card the person behind the counter should have said until everyone is here can you please step to the side but He i think his name was Jonathan said how many are in your group and how faw away are they the lady said about q5 minutes away but 2 are here now. Therefore the person behind the counter made me and about 3 orhers wait until all of the party arrived. I waited in line at least 30 minutes to xheck in. They gave water to everyone in the line in front of us but when we finally ch3cked in we had to ask for water. Then our room was dirty microwave had nit been cleaned. Rhe room had a door that would go to the next room and that door was briken and didn't lock. We were moved to another room with no TV remote. Pillows were horrible and the shower had to be cleaned. Needless to say our 3 days here was not great. The supervisor at the front desk was very rude. He should have said if all the people in your party is not hete please step to the side and let me take care of the people waiting in line but he just kept waiting and literally little by little people keept cutting in line in front of us. Terrible customer service.

While checking in, it didn't feel like I was a priority of any kind. My key card was wrong and the staff person that made the error never apologized. Another staff member apologized, but she did nothing wrong. Elevator shakes and doesn’t feel like it’s working correctly. Mold in the bathroom. Room was clean though. Did not have breakfast, so I can’t say anything about that. Checkout, the staff was much nicer, different group. Cleaning staff were nice and friendly.

There was no stay. Despite having a reservation and calling in afternoon to confirm we arrived around 11 to find out they have a computer issue and even though they had rooms they would not check is in. Refused so many people that were so tired and were told to keep driving unsafely late at night to try and find a different hotel

Front Desk staff could be more friendly and greet their guests instead.

Light blinking brightly on wall. Stains on sheets. Refrigerator making noises. Dog barking. Toilet running. Needs a serious refresh. Thankful stay was only one night. Check in had multiple people waiting and only one staff member who was being treated poorly by guest but she handled herself very well under pressure.

My stay was an overnight refresher from a long road trip I was taking. The hotel, room, and location was amazing. However, the service was just missing. Everyone was nice and courteous. Yet, everything had to be done by you. It seemed as if they're were understaffed and no one could come to your room to drop off needed items for your room.The tipping point was the lack of cleanliness in the breakfast bar area. Also the lack there of being breakfast. Overall it's a nice hotel but if I can I would prefer a Holiday Inn Express or Embassy Suites.

The staff is great, the rooms clean and it was convenient to the interstate and dining options.

The location was perfect.

Very conveniently located right off the interstate, but with no traffic noise. Very nice hotel through and through. We were shocked at how huge the room and bathroom was. Great stay, we'll book again when in the area.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, conveniently situated off the 95. Will definitely stay again, breakfast was suffice.

Comfortable room and bed. Service was as expected, good price. Breakfast was just OK. Wife was looking for hot chocolate and none was to be found. Every other Hilton brand we have stayed at has had it with the coffee bar.
