This place thought of everything. It was definitely a home away from home. The check-in staff was quick and friendly. The drinks at the bar were strong and reasonably priced. Our room was impeccably clean. The shower had amazing water pressure. We were traveling via Greyhound which was only minutes away. The breakfast was hot and free! Theres a gym, and guest laundry is available and affordable. You won't find a better value anywhere.

Very quiet area. I was able to park on the street instead of paying their $25 per day fee for parking.

Parking was $25.00 per night. If inside parking was not available you had to park outside for the same cost. That was outside across the street, unprotected.

We were in town for Beach Boys concert & the rooms are amazing! Free hot breakfast was very convenient & easy parking across the street for $25. The parking garage is also available but its very narrow. I wouldnt recommend a full size truck. We rented 2 rooms total with family & we were very satisfied!

Property was new, clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were great. Parking garage was clean, and easily accessible, but don’t plan to have a full size vehicle as spaces and corners were tight. Overall was a great stay.

The stay was close to Lucas Stadium and is the reason why we booked it for the 2nd time. Bar tender was very un-attentive to the people in the bar area she never stayed in the bar area, people always had to search for her or have someone from the staff text her.

Staff was great. Room was great. Workout room best ever seen in hotel. Could not of been happier. 😎

GREAT location-close to downtown & Lucas Oil Stadium Facility is clean and well managed. Parking; ample parking in hotel garage or their lot across the street. Please note; garage hotel needs an over head mirror so you can see oncoming traffic as you make a turn going ingto or exiting lower level parking also tight space when exiting garage.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, which listed parking as free. However, I was charged $25 for parking upon checkout, despite being given a guest parking tag. I wish I had been informed about the parking fee clearly. The hotel and room didn't meet my expectations, and I don't feel the price was justified. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again.

There was a huge stain on one mattress at the head of the bed that looked like blood. Overall it was quiet and comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Loudest hotel and sadly not very clean. We were in room 431 and there must have been a room or apt above us with loads of kids and they ran up and down and banged the floor all night! It finally stopped around 11 and started up again around 5am. It was awful! The walls are paper thin. Also our kitchenette floor was pretty gross. My white socks were no longer white after a few passes and you could see past spills on the floor. Glad we didn’t have to stay for a long term.

Staff allowed no flexibility for a late check out. Room felt dirty; mold around shower edges, sticky rings on the bedside table and hair on the shower floor.

There was a dirty pair of women’s underwear left in the bathroom that the cleaning staff missed. The lady working breakfast was on her phone the whole time I was in that area, speaking extremely loudly in another language

Property was very clean, suites were amazing and spacious, staff were so helpful and professional. It was also very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be changing my next two upcoming stays I have scheduled to here. Very pleased!!

My child unfolded the Coach bed and a vape pen was inside. Disgusting!

The room was large which gave us plenty of space to spread our luggage out. We loved the location one block from Lucas oil and walking distance to downtown restaurants and the zoo.

We had a bad experience with the tenants above us. We were in room 418 and whomever was above us was making so much noise, boom, boom, boom stomping and dragging sounds. It was 11:00pm and we went to the front desk to complain. The lady at the desk said she would call them and talk to them about the noise. Eventually the noise did stop for the night but started again around 5 am waking us up. We went down to the front desk again, and no one was there because the clerk was serving breakfast to a high school band that was in the dining area. We thought things were taken care but on Saturday morning it started again around 3 am and at this point we said no more and went downstairs and requested that we be moved. We were given a room on the second floor, but the window was next to the ventilation system which was noisy. We survived one more night. Great location 2 blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium and walking distance to downtown, the mall and restaurants. Due to our experience, we will not be staying at this facility again.

Stayed on the 3rd floor and you could hear every step the person in the room above us made.

It was loud in the hallway on Saturday night between 1-4 am. Outside of that they stay was quiet and comfortable and good walking distance to most places.

Way more than expected. Full kitchen, comfortable beds, nice shower. No complaints.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and had everything you would need to stay longer than we did.....the rooms are basically a studio apartment. We would definitely stay again!

The room was great and breakfast was good. The overnight front desk manager was very rude. I was parked in front of utility closet by a staff member in the garage because of game traffic and front desk woke me up at 2am to move my car for customer. I’m understanding to the need but how I was spoken to was very unprofessional. Recognize you’re waking me up to correct a mistake your staff made. When I came to move my car he stood there and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Him aside it was great. This would’ve been the early morning of 8/20.

Very positive experience!! We came here for the Circle City Classic and this hotel was the perfect location for what we needed. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere we went which was very convenient. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful. Let's talk about the room. It was smaller than it looks in the pictures but I actually appreciate how it was arranged, worked well for us. When you pull out the sofa bed in the king suite it does touch the bed, FYI. The breakfast was amazing, big selection in my opinion!! We're more of a light breakfast type of family so we enjoyed the yogurt with all the mix-ins, muffins and eggs. If you're more of a meat eating family you may be disappointed because there weren't many meat options, although I did over hear that they have veggie patties by request. Let's talk parking. There are three options, garage parking for around $30/night,parking lot for $25/night, or on the street parking for free. We arrived around 12:30am on Friday and there were several spots available on the street so we chose that option. We could see our car from our room and the area was safe and quiet so we were happy not to have to pay for parking the entire trip. If you come at more of a busy time you may have to take another option. Let's talk deposit. Didn't see one listed but they charged me an extra $25/room/night at check in and it was released from my card 2 days after we checked out. Will recommend and will return!

If you’re looking for a hotel near Lucas Oil Stadium, this may be a good option. Otherwise, keep looking. Terrible service.

I felt unsafe. Maintenance guy just opened my room door with no knock or warning while I was sitting on the couch. Told me my kitchen sink didn’t work. Awesome. I paid for a working kitchen. Also, the bed and pillows were super uncomfortable and the noise and cold from the street seeped through the windows. Paid an extra $50 for parking and it wasn’t even secure as I had to park in the overflow lot. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This is our 4th stay, and we look forward to our night in this hotel each May when we attend a meeting at the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. The reception area and staff are very welcoming, friendly and efficient! The lobby area is attractive and clean, and the dining area is the best setup of any of the many hotels in which we have stayed. The included breakfast contains a large variety of choices, is attractively set up, nicely displayed and delicious. The rooms are comfortable, large and well-appointed.

The staff were really fabulous. They really made me feel taken care of -- helping me out with a new key card when mine got deactivated, and storing my luggage and leftovers for me after I checked out, since I wasn't leaving until later that evening. They were always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. I will definitely stay there again!

The free breakfast was the best we've seen around town. 5 minute walk to Lucas oil and be sure to eat at Shiprios. It's a block away.

Pretty average room. The bathroom was nice with a big walk-in shower. Loved having control of our room's thermostat! Breakfast in the morning was not great. The make-your-own waffle station was the highlight. The other food you could tell had been bought frozen and then just reheated, which was gross - the egg consistency was mushy and wrong and the sausages were a weird pale color. The reason we booked the hotel is because it's walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, which was great

Clean room, massaging showerhead, big refrigerator, and delicious breakfast were the high points. The lobby had a cool vibe and some guests were sitting there in the evening playing board games. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not as good as other hotel chains. The person attending to the breakfast area was great but the quality of the items served could use upgrading.
