El hotel es bueno, las instalaciones en buenas condiciones. No me gustó que llegó un grupo de como 8 personas y utilizaron la zona de la alberca para instalar una bocina a un volumen alto, bebieron alcohol ajeno a la propiedad (a pesar de que en la recepción te hacen firmar unas normas que lo prohiben), usaban lenguaje inapropiado. Tuvimos que retirarnos a nuestra habitación temprano, limitando las actividades de mi hijo debido a las condiciones que se presentaban en la alberca. Un lugar que se supone es para relajación se transformó en un rato incómodo.

This place is BEAUTIFUL! My partner and I stayed here only for one night, but we wished to stay longer. The installations are clean, the staff is friendly and we had a tasty breakfast. The price is reasonable and you get a lot! My only con would be that restaurant is not available all day, however you can drive to downtown in 5-7 min and find great places to eat.

Tres bon hotel très propre. Les chambres junior suite sont tres grandes et magnifiques. Quelques petits problèmes néanmoins, sur deux chambres, une n'avait pas d'eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner est trop sommaire et le personnel peu expérimenté. Le chocolat chaud est payant par exemple même si on réserve avec petit dej compris. Le bar ouvre à 18h, c'est dommage car la piscine est géniale. Si les enfants ont soifs ben rien de disponible. La voiture ou le bus qui passe devant l'hôtel est obligatoire pour aller en centre ville. Le parking est super grand et pratique.

This property looks like new, very clean and well maintained. Large parking lot and has a nice pool, not many loungers, but most people aren’t there for tanning. It has a nice restaurant with breakfast and more. The employees are friendly and good at their jobs. It is located in more residential area and is about 4-1/2 blocks to the Convent area and those restaurants. Thus it is a longer walk to the Zocalo downtown, and the Frailes diagonal street with all the shops and restaurants. We loved our room with the high ceilings and quality furnishings. The whole hotel is a safe and wonderful environment!!

We felt like it was a ghost hotel with very few guests. The pool looked nothing like the online pictures and there were only two sun beds available for the whole pool (one of them did nok work). We stayed there for two nights and they did not manage to clean the room at all, while we were gone on a whole day trip. The photos the restaurant showed on their own website looked way better compared to real life, and was also closed for dinner during our stay in the beginning of January 2026. Please note that smoking is only allowed outside of the hotel’s premises.

Zimmer waren nicht sauber , Schimmel im Bad , in den 2 Tagen wo wir da waren, gab es kein warmes Wasser. Das große Frühstück war Ei mit verschiedenen Optionen. Falls man ein Toast oder Joghurt haben möchte musste man dazuzahlen .

Nice hotel. The lady at front desk (arrival on a Wednesday afternoon, after 3:00 pm) was not nice, very grumpy, is obvious she hates her job. We reported that the water comes out of the shower and floods the whole bathroom and out to the closet area. The guy at the front desk said "show me". Can't he go and check himself. Their solution was to leave a water squeegee to celaun up the water ourselves.

Vi var en familie med to voksne og fem børn, og vi havde 3 dejlige dage på hotel Los freiles. Der var rent og pænt. Vi var ude at se ting hver dag, og om eftermiddagen brugte børnene poolen rigtig meget. Morgenmaden var god, og som andre skriver er den inkluderede morgenmad ikke så stor. Til gengæld kan man for kun 50 MxP ekstra, få en stor pakke med det hele. Hotellet lå godt 2 km fra centrum, men det var ikke længere end at vi kunne gå til det hele, og der lå også gode spisesteder tæt på hotellet. Medarbejderne var søde og venlige, og vi vil give hotellet vores bedste anbefalinger.

When I reserved the hotel the total price was about $162 USD. During the check in they charged me $170 USD due to the change in currency. We had an issue with breakfast. Even though we were there quite early by 7:45-8:00 they were already run out of the toast and jam. They didn’t have an orange juice, however it says orange juice in the menu. And the waiter took an order of orange juice. The variety of breakfast foods was limited, small portions. The pool was dirty with lots of leaves and insects. Overall, the room was nice and clean, the bed was cozy.

Morgenmaden er totalt latterligt, du betaler for morgenmad og du kan kun få æg, og hvis du vælger frugt kan du ikke få juice eller omvendt.. Du kan kun få sort kaffe og ikke andet. Meget dårlig, værelserne er fine til prisen, og poolen er meget kold
