Pool table in the lobby. Breakfast was good. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a lot of hair left behind from previous guest. Overall the hotel was clean. I love the shampoo they put in the shower.

Very clean and spacious. We travel for with a pickup truck and bass boat. I contacted the property prior to booking and was told they had parking for our needs. This property is great for travelers without the need for extra parking but not if you are pulling a bass boat. Fortunately the hotel was not booked to capacity when we stayed and the staff allowed us to park across parking spots to stay connected.

This hotel was very new and clean. Very family oriented with a pool table on the main floor. The bed was so comfortable, walk in shower, breakfast was great with lots of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful directing us to a good place to eat. This is certainly a gem.

The gym was small but had the right equipment, the games in the lobby kept my kids busy, but an older crowd does tend to stay here. Just be aware you will get phone calls/noise complaints about your children running in the room around 8/9pm - that was not pleasant as it was a vacation for my kids where I expected they would have more freedom to be kids and play. But on the bright side the kids loved the breakfast options and the 24/7 coffee was a hit for me!

Totally enjoyable for the rate, will definitely look to include this in future plans, only critique, would ask if a microwave can be in room, shared one in lobby stifle's time to patron's all trying to use same microwave.

No towels in the room, hair in the bed. Ans mini fridge was full of rust. Channels was limited didnt enjoy my stay. And was restricted to things i could do or enjoy while at the hotel, pool, cheese and other games was either broken or missing half of it.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay, close to the highway. The lady that checked us in was very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the lobby and played cards down there. Nice breakfast in the morning and coffee all the time. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel staff were super friendly. The lobby area was well appointed with a market, areas to sit, a pool table and a handful of other things. I thought this was very well done. What I didn't like was the shower needs to be re-caulked as it looks dirty and mildewy all along the pan. Stands out huge on the white walls - not sure how this passes?? And the AC is situated in a horrible place. You need to freeze out the left hand side of the room to feel like the right hand side (where the bed is) gets anything. It's a very small room with little space to put clothes.

The room was pretty basic lacked wardrobes and security safe. The main problem was the hot water. It had mind of its own, worked at time other times it was stone cold!! We complained to reception, and they said it there was problem with the boiler and could not help. The manager could not be located and made note to refund proportion of the cost. Still waiting.

I stayed five nights. Free breakfast was a plus. We never had maid service the entire stay. We ran out clean of towels and the trash was overflowing. I did request front desk at 10:15 pm. for towels and toilet paper. The request was never fulfilled.

We were there 4 nights and the room was not cleaned during our entire stay (even though the sign states it will be cleaned every other day). Even after we called the front desk - the response was “look out in the hall to find a cleaning cart - to get some towels”. the air conditioner was extremely noisy and there was an party in the room next to us & in the hallway on Sat night. We will not stay here again.

The hotel was well located. Breakfast was quite good. The employees were nice. But it was very loud. I haven’t been in a hotel with such loud and rude guests in a very long time. I stayed three nights and every night people were noisy. The walls seemed very thin. The people in the room next to me seemed to come in late each night and stayed up talking loudly until 4 AM every night until they turned on their TV to music to sleep to, I assume, which was noisy and could be heard through the walls. I used white noise to try to drown it out but it was still loud. Others on the floor slammed doors and were making all sorts of other noise. As I said, I haven’t heard so much noise in a hotel in a long time. Sad to say I wouldn’t stay here again. It was clean and well located but I barely slept over three nights.

This could've been a great hotel...everything is well kept, clean & modern, however the walls are ridiculously thin and because there is no carpeting in the rooms it sounds like your neighbors are in the room with you. Also the mattress sucks -- very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it is not important that you get sleep or unless its the last option available.

The rooms are so tiny 2 people can barely get around. No coffee make or microwave. We will never stay with Hilton again. Hilton is no better now than Motel 6

My Wife and I had a relaxing time at the hotel. The staff especially Maria accommodated us for our first night stay (friday 4/5/24). She was able to get us in the same room we had reserved for Saturday thru Monday (4/6 to 4/8) on a serate reservation. Very nice staff. Thank You!

This is the second time that I have to deal with a girl named Jay at the front desk. Her attitude is very hostile. To keep it simple she is not in the right place. As an hotel concierge you should be hospitable, welcoming and it is all about customer service. I give her a zero. Because of her, although I like the hotel, I will not stay at that location ever again. Someone needs to talk to her and explain her job to her once again.

Property and decor were beautiful. The front desk employee that came in for the night shift on May 3rd was rude, loud, and never at the desk. Many guests waited ten plus minutes for towels, information, to pay for snacks, and other guest needs. She was yelling and arguing with someone on her personal cell phone for over twenty minutes, the phone at the desk did not get answered in the two hours I was in the lobby playing pool, conversing and hanging out. A male came in asking about rooms after of course waiting 15 minutes for her to return to the front desk just to be barked at "no!" Looking online, yes there were in fact rooms. The first face you see should be welcoming and inviting, she was far from it.

This was a nice place. Just off 77 just south of Charlotte. Safe. Staff was nice and the beds were clean and comfortable. Rooms dont have carpet either so I felt safe walking without shoes. Great breakfast too;)
