Brand new hotel, everything very clean. There is plenty of community space to chill, including a bar, fire pit, and hot tub. The layout of the studio is great with plenty of room. I literally walked across the street to grab the bus to ski, so very conveniently located.

Super clean, modern, friendly - one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time!! Breakfast was a large, delicious buffet and the year-round heated pool/hot-tub are excellent perks. The room was quite large and quiet. GREAT CHOICE!

Loved the location and hotel. Breakfast was top notch. Front desk staff very personable and patient. Clean common areas. Very clean rooms. Excellent pool, hot tub and workout room. Loved having the two bedroom kitchenette. The only thing that could be improved is PARKING. Friday night there was no parking left and some very upset customers.

We had a lovely room on the 4th floor with great views, couldn’t fault it. We really enjoyed the breakfasts too. Our only disappointment was that having paid to stay at the hotel we were then charged to park our car there. Rather like going to a Supermarket and being charged to shop there.

Wonderful stay, lovely area and plenty around. Nice hearing the creek flowing right outside the property. Staff was very nice, pool area was clean and pool temp was perfect. Also the bike storage area was big and very secure. Pack the bug spray, but consider staying here you won't be disappointed

Overall this was a decent stay. The gentleman that checked us in seemed rather tired and out of it when we got there around 3pm. He didn't know how to assign us our digital key in the Bonvoy app which was a bit of a let down. Later that day we requested a couple more coffee pods from the same front desk guy. He said he would have housekeeping deliver them but it never happened. The room itself was pretty decent. A broken door handle on the closet. The toilet would run and refill itself every 10 minutes or so which caused us to keep the bathroom door closed overnight. There as a broken hinge for the door under the kitchen sink as well as a circuit that was blown that disabled quite a few power outlets. I later opened the panel and reset the breaker switch myself. Overall for the price it was a decent stay until you include the silly parking fee which doesn't make much sense at all to have. The pillows were ok, the mattress was pretty stiff and you could really feel and hear the springs when you moved. The highlight was the really nice lady that handles the breakfast buffet. Speaking of the breakfast itself was really good as well. In the end I would say about a 7 out of 10 for this price range of hotel. I would stay here again if needed, but would not be my first choice.

Very bad cleaning service. I asked them to make my bed, take out the trash and bring towels and they never did it. I even asked at reception and directly to the jousekeeping and they didn't do it.

The room and hotel itself were great. The breakfast was also great as they had “green Chili” along with the typical breakfast entrees. The bed was a little hard for me and the pillows were flat. However, this seems to be typical for a hotel. I would suggest bringing own pillow.

It’s a nice, new hotel. The included breakfast is a great spread. The shuttle to take u to the base of the resort is about a 3 min walk, same with the one to town. A few things we didn’t love: even if you are staying for 4-5 days, there’s 0 cleaning service. The rooms also get warm. You can’t set the thermostat to less than 66 (they have the ac function disabled) so even if you turn off, the room stays warm and it’s hard to sleep. (No ability to open windows either). If there are people staying above you, you hear all the footsteps all night.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well laid out. Breakfast was a good with scrambled eggs, two kinds of meats (Bacon, Canadian bacon, sausage patties, spicy sausages), oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, etc. Convenient location. Kitchenette is so so, no oven, two burner induction stove top but no frying pan , one steak knife but has good microwave and large ice-making refrigerator.

This hotel is very nice! Beautiful room. Great location. Only bad thing, is Pine Grove Street is VERY LOUD. Take earplugs!!! The traffic was so loud & then the snowplows started about 3:30am. They must’ve made 6-8 trips by the hotel.. the walls are very thin as well. I could hear people talking in the next room clear as day.

Perfect location and centrally located. In one direction, it was only a 4 minute drive to ski town and in the other direction it was a 4 minute drive to downtown. Rooms are spacious and can have some great views! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you, we will be back.

Fairly new looking hotel. Nice with friendly check in staff. The surrounding area was nice with some restaurants and services nearby. Didn’t like paying $10 per night per space for parking. The room was nice and clean, but the air conditioner unit in our room sounded like a semi truck driving through when it would kick on. Made it difficult to sleep even in the comfortable bed.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was next to the bus stop and Safeway, which was very convenient. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious. The only thing we didn't like about the room is that our room was on the 2nd floor, and the only view we had from the windows was of the giant air conditioning/heating unit.

Stay at this property on a one night stay…website said pet friendly and stated no cost but I assumed there was some sort of cost associated so when I checked in I made the receptionist aware I had a pet and she proceeded to hand me a form that said a $125 dollar charge would be applied every 14 days of the stay for the pet and I asked about just the one night and she said it’s 125 a night and I said here it says 125 for two weeks and she immediately turned rude and disrespectful towards me even asking a question it was late so I did not push back I did not know what her night was like but it was extremely disrespectful to treat someone like that for merely asking a question about a policy

A really nice hotel in which we were given what appears to be the one terrible room. It's room 211 so avoid it. It is on the 2nd floor and when we arrived the curtains were pulled and the aircon on - all seemed great. We had arrived latish and went out for a meal. On returning and getting ready for bed we noted the aircon was loud and turned it off. We then discovered that outside of those curtained windows are all of the heat exchangers and aircon units for the hotel, mounted on the roof of the reception. These turn on and off all night. There is no duty manager at night and apparently the desk were unable to move us. We got little sleep. On complaining in the morning there was still no manager at checkout (10.45). We were promised a call - none came. So - avoid 211 and if anything is wrong don't expect anyone to sort it out....

We had a wonderful experience. Clean, specious room. The service from the front desk staff was great! Super friendly people who have no problem helping with any of your needs. Breakfast was great - all kinds of options for breakfast. When we come back to Steamboat this will be the place we come back to!

As with most residence inn, breakfast was awesome. I had an issue with the heater and they moved me to another room with ease. Rooms are spacious and kitchen was a huge plus. Bed was very comfortable. A 10m drive to downtown, although they do have shuttles running.

I was shocked when told upon checking in that our room was given away to upgrade. Different party !! WHAT ?? How does this happen. I was upset but they moved us in the morning. Thought things were ok until coming back to the hotel after a day of hiking; a phone call from the desk - a noise complaint!! If we couldn’t be quite we were out !! WHAT ! It’s was 8:30 and we just walked in our room. NEVER will we stay here again.

Third night of our big USA road trip. Great stop off. Our room was fabulous. Great view of the mountains. As has been our experience so far of America the staff were fabulous. Super helpful. Very handy for the free shuttle into town. We ate in a lovely Italian called Mambo. Food was delicious. We enjoyed relaxing by the little pool and a lovely nightcap back at the bar where we chatted with some lovely people. Thanks for a great stay. A really positive experience.

Liked the fact we had a shower instead of tub, but the shower floor got very slippery with soap. Would recommend grab bars be installed. Also, food was good but would have enjoyed a milder coffee brew. All of the coffee urns said 'bold'. A choice would be appreciated.

Only two things were a little below a 5 star rating. Compared to other Residence Inn properties we’ve stayed recently, this ones bar at night had a much more limited drink and food selection. Also, the oatmeal for breakfast was very watery. Not really palatable. However, the overall stay at the property and in the area was excellent
