Hotellet var godt, der var pænt og rent. Ligger tæt på lufthavnen, men kunne ikke høre støj derfra.Receptionen ligger på toppen, men man kan kun komme af på de andre etager hvis man har nøglekort. Der ligger et stort indkøbscenter 10 min gang derfra som er et besøg værd, med masser af spisemuligheder. Man kan vælge at tage taxi til byen eller tage bus som kører 10 min gang fra hotellet.

Schönes modernes Hotel mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, auch vieles in vegan oder glutenfrei verfügbar. Die Aussicht mit Blick auf den Flughafen ist fantastisch, würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

This was the first hotel I visited where the reception was located on the top floor, shared with the bar, restaurant, breakfast area, recreation area (pool table, chess, foosball table, large TV), and a work area. Floor-to-ceiling windows lined most of the level, offering guests stunning views of the surrounding mountains and water. Whoever came up with this design was a genius. The Moxy staff undoubtedly had one of the best workplaces on the island. Speaking of staff, I found them all to be friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Perfect for our four-night stay. Breakfast had everything we needed for a pleasant start to the day. There were abundant parking spaces available, but a word of caution for those with rental cars: the company managing the parking lot bills the rental car company, and they add their administrative markup fees to the final bill when you return the rental. To avoid all the ridiculous fees, we ended up parking in a small, unmarked gravel parking lot across the street from the hotel. We didn’t see any signs prohibiting the use of the lot. During our two-week trip we stayed in seven hotels. Moxy is tied for first with the hotel in Tallinn, Estonia.

Welcoming staff. Very convenient location to airport and downtown. We could walk from airport after dropping off rental car. In same parking lot as grocery store. Taxis available for quick ride to downtown. Welcome drink was nice. View was awesome. Breakfast was great with lots of options and delicious coffee. Only downside was lack of towels in bathroom and you had to pay for parking at the hotel.

The rooms are relatively small and I would have preferred access to a fridge, but overall we were quite pleased with our stay. While it’s not in the city center, it’s not terribly far, and the access to the mall/grocery stores/pizza/Burger King so close within walking distance made it convenient to eat. The bar is great with lots of games and cozy seating to hang out. They advertise being pet friendly and had an adorable pet station in the common area. The rooms were very quiet, the bed was comfortable. Seeing a previous review I knew to ask for extra pillows on check in and they were brought down shortly after check in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were pleased with our experience.

Nuovo e curato nei dettagli, attaccato all'aeroporto. Reception, lobby, bar e colazione all'11 piano molto accogliente con vista. Sotto ci dono un burger king, un pizzas e un supermarket. Le colonnine di ricarica sono pero' del tipo lento da soli 7kw al costo di un oo piu fi 5kr al kw ( come quelle molto più veloci della Enivy). Consigliatissimo ad inizio o fine tour dall'aeroporto di tromso.

Fornøyd med oppholdet, men for lite betjening med tanke på at de skal administrere bpde innsjekk, bar og lage småretter på kvelden. De som jobbet var veldig imøtekommende og hyggelige. Rommene var for varme til tross for at vi satt de maks ned, eller var hotellet og standaren veldig bra. NYDELIG UTSIKT FRA BAR OG RESEPSJONSOMRÅDE. Et stort minus var prisen på parkerining utenfor hotellet (480 nok pr døgn er uforholdmessig høy pris npr man er gjest med bil over flere dager).

Rommet var rent og pent, fikk et HC-rom på hjørnet med god plass. Men! Det var ikke mulig å justere ned temperaturen, selv om jeg justerte termostaten så langt ned som det gikk an, holdt den 22 grader på rommet gjennom natta. Åpnet jeg vinduet ble det bedre, men det er mye støy utenfor fra trafikken og anleggsområdet rett på andre siden av veien. Mulig vi var uheldige med naboene våre, barnet ble vekket flere ganger mellom kl 22 og 06 fordi det slamret i dører fra andre rom, dette hørtes svært godt.

No dresser or closet in room. Ceiling is concrete and unpainted in room. Bartender did not know how to make advertised drinks. Crew member observed cleaning multiple tables with same rag and no sanitizer or cleaning solution used. She then cleaned food station with same rag. Broken glass left outside for 2 days on porch. Zero management presence. Should not be considered a Marriott brand hotel.

Var over én kort natt, men trivdes godt. God bar med muligheter til mat og gode drinker. Det er også utstyrt med forskjellige spill i loungen oppe som var flott! Rommet (med Queen size seng) var rent og fint og sengen er grei. Litt hard, men overlever helt fint. Nå bestilte jeg ikke noe tilrettelegging, men til informasjon så var badet meget lite, det er absolutt ikke mulighet med rullestol, men det kan fint gå med krykker, dog litt trangt.

We really loved this hotel. The view was just amazing and we enjoyed every sunset at the bar. The common area is a great place to sit and chil. The staff was super friendly and our room always very nice and clean. THANKS A LOT

The room was modern and it had (nearly) everything, that you need for a stay! The only item missing, was a water heater! It is sad that there's no mini-fridge in the room, so you can store your water for example! This point is kinda tricky to point out, but your Bar on the 11th floor is NOT doing its wonders! So many of your guests, are ordering food from outside like "wolt" or "fooddora" which is kinda sad, considering your hotel could organise a little better in terms of food availability/ a bigger restaurant!

Great hotel, 3 minutes away from Tromsø airport and 5 minutes away from the city centre. The breakfast had a great selection of food for any type of dietary requirements. The parking in front of the main entrance was useful, however you have to pay for it. The bar on the 11th floor was vibrant, with a lovely view and they even offered us welcome drinks. The room was nice and cozy, the bathroom was spacious, however the bed was too noisy and squeaky for every minor movement, I wasn’t able to get a good nights sleep due to the noises of the bed as I was constantly waking up.

Far from downtown. You need to learn the bus system or take Uber or taxi to and from downtown. The drive is not bad but it can become inconvenient and expensive very quickly. Great for staying overnight for an early flight because it’s 8min to the airport. Also, the rooms are quite tiny. NO closets or drawers. You’re going to have your suitcase serve as your closet. You get a few hangers to hang on the wire rack attached to the wall. View was great if you’re facing the water but if not- you’re facing the parking lot and the roads. Good thing is that it’s new and clean. The bar/restaurant/front desk on the 11th Fl can get very noisy since it’s everything in one. Best to stay downtown if you’re looking for convenience.

Totalt meningsløst å ha en resepsjon i 11etg. Var allerede sjekket inn og fikk rom i 8 etg og kom tilbake til hotellet på kvelden og da var det 2 busser med turister som skulle sjekke inn. Køen var helt ut på parkeringsplassen og alle måtte da opp i 11 etg for å sjekke inn. Jeg ble stående i denne køen i 20min for å komme opp i min etg. Vanntrykket i dusjen var heller ikke av det beste. Hotellet lå fint til for mitt vedkommende og kort vei til flyplassen.

Overall I had an excellent experience at the Moxy hotel as a solo traveller. The staff were very friendly, even helping me plan bus routes in to town and back, and giving me advice on things to do. Being a new hotel, everything looks and feels fresh. Rooms were clean and spacious, if not maybe lacking some cupboard storage. The 11th floor bar/reception has fantastic views and is a very relaxing, enjoyable space to be in. The only downside to the hotel is one that isn't the direct fault of the hotel itself: the location. It's the other side of the island to the city centre, so is a 10min bus trip there and back every day. To be honest, I didn't really mind it too much as the buses were so convenient, frequent, reliable, and cheap (I bought a week unlimited pass for about £20, £25 ish), but I can see how it wouldnt be for everyone. Please don't be put off by this though - it really is easy, with a bus stop a 2min walk from the hotel, with well located stops in town, close to everything. The area around the hotel is seriously lacking any restaurants, cafes etc, so you'd either have to eat in the hotel itself or go in to town. On the plus side to that, however, is that it's very convenient to the airport, so makes arrival and departure day a lot less stressful. I walked to the hotel from the airport on arrival, which was a pleasant 25min walk. And on departure day it was a 5min shuttle bus from outside the hotel to the airport. Overall, very good hotel. Fornøyd med oppholdet, men for lite betjening med tanke på at de skal administrere bpde innsjekk, bar og lage småretter på kvelden. De som jobbet var veldig imøtekommende og hyggelige. The staff was rude. I stayed a week before as well and the staff was good. They helped with upgrading the room and provided alternatives to the welcome drink since my wife and I don’t like sweet drinks. This time on October 5th, I had a terrible experience with the lady who checked us in. She was the same person who denied giving alternatives to the welcome drink. Last week, her colleague helped with both of them. When I shared the same, she said that is not their policy. All of a sudden everything is out of policy. “The management doesn’t like it” her words. Well we are not coming back to your hotel. Hope you and your management likes that. Maybe that's what she wanted. Terrible customer experience.

Hotellet var godt, der var pænt og rent. Ligger tæt på lufthavnen, men kunne ikke høre støj derfra.Receptionen ligger på toppen, men man kan kun komme af på de andre etager hvis man har nøglekort. Der ligger et stort indkøbscenter 10 min gang derfra som er et besøg værd, med masser af spisemuligheder. Man kan vælge at tage taxi til byen eller tage bus som kører 10 min gang fra hotellet.

Welcoming staff. Very convenient location to airport and downtown. We could walk from airport after dropping off rental car. In same parking lot as grocery store. Taxis available for quick ride to downtown. Welcome drink was nice. View was awesome. Breakfast was great with lots of options and delicious coffee. Only downside was lack of towels in bathroom and you had to pay for parking at the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed it was so far from the City center, but once we figured out the transportation system, it was quite easy to get around. It is probably walkable to the center in the warmer months.

Hotellet var veldig bra, fine rom og en fantastisk skybar/matsal. Frokost var veldig inkluderende for matallergier! Frokosten hadde lite varmretter i form av bacon og stekt egg men det er bare bagateller. Selv om rommet var bra så oppleves sengen som hard og vi kjente det på ryggen på morgenen. Men over all så var det et bra opphold
