Our stay was excellent overall with a helpful considerate staff, beautiful roof top bar with espresso machine, coworking space and fire pit. Hotel is relatively new and is seemly geared to an active working age crowd. Gym is spacious with up to date equipment and weights.

I really loved this hotel. It seems very new, the style is modern/comfy and stylish. The rooftop bar had good drinks and a great view. It’s located in a good area, walkable to the harbor or park. The staff even let us check in early which was soooo appreciated after the long flight we had- we had only asked to leave our luggage while we waited for check in time, but they said the room was ready :)

Hotel had us park in a garage a few blocks away which was fine. What they failed to inform us , was that the exit to the parking garage would be closed on departure day We had a morning international flight and could not get out. They should have been aware of this and notified any guests who were checking out that day. A severe oversight that cost us dearly.

Little National is one of my favourite places to stay in the CBD. It is conveniently located above Wynyard Station and very walkable to access Barangaroo. The luxurious bed is unmatched. The gym and rooftop workspace are excellent. The fireplace perfectly accents the bar that has luxe indoor/outdoor seating areas for gathering with small and large groups.

The Little National Hotel Sydney is a wonderful place to stay! It has quiet, comfortable rooms, an excellent rooftop lounge area with separate work areas. Complimentary coffee including espresso drinks and premium water. It is right next to the metro, but completely quiet. A short walk to the Barangaroo ferry makes all of Sydney easily available. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The bathroom soap, shampoo, lotion and towels were wonderful. This hotel gets my highest recommendation.

The staff was courteous but the housekeeping/cleaning could certainly be improved. We stayed over 7 days and the sheets were not changed. Many times they were barely on the mattress. Although I am sure it’s difficult to change since the mattress has a wall or window on 3 sides. We were able to ask for clean towels. It was very easy to check in and the hotel was in great location to allow for access to the transportation and close proximity to tourist areas.

Super cute hotel for up to two nights. Trips longer than that aren’t suiting the space of the rooms. The rooms smell very humid which was not good. Overall the hotel is beautiful und the staff is great. The service staff was not that great as the bin wasn’t cleared for two days.

Damp and dusty rooms. Smelled very damp and odd, moved first room due to smell, and dust, into another room a few floors above, same issues, did not complain again, what’s the point? Staff were okay, they only sell toasties and nothing else??? Maybe a pizza? Asked for a drink and told by a member of staff to come back in five minutes or so because he is training someone? It is really not a four star hotel… more like 2 or 3, it is very dusty and they had flooding and it smells very damp… not cleaned very well at all. Photos evidence and videos.

Centrally located right on top of a train station surrounded by plenty of shopping and restaurants. The most wonderful staff and very nice amenities. Great shower. Room was spotlessly clean but teeny-tiny. I had to climb over my partner to go to the bathroom during the night. Despite excellent air conditioning, the room was quite humid and our clothes and bed linens felt slightly damp.

I was impressed by how efficiently the hotel handled not only check-in and check-out, but also providing information and allowing guests to contact the reception through an iPad. I was also impressed by how I could use the panel in the room to set the "Do Not Disturb" sign and request room cleaning, instead of hanging a tag on the door. In addition, I appreciated the security system in the elevator, which only allowed access to the floors corresponding to each guest's key card.

Property is fairly new and high-tech with upscale amenities. Very conveniently located next to Wynyard train/bus station and near light rail on George St. Loved the rooftop bar area; great place to have a drink, with tables for working on a computer. There were a few negative points. Rooms are small with no storage space for clothes other than a few hangers so we were literally living out of our suitcases. Bed could only be accessed from one side so one person has to climb over the other person to get into or out of bed. I was awakened a few times by construction and street noise.

I’m a huge fan of the little national hotels, but you need to know what you’re getting. You’re getting a tiny room but the most comfortable bed and the best night of sleep in your life. I don’t need a big room and a bad sleep. Just give me one of their cute little cubby house super king beds that drift me off to dreamland and I’m happy.

Best bed I've ever stayed at, cute but small room, perfect for solo or couples, I'd stay with my closest friends since bed could fit 4/5 people, but comfortably 2, even 3. Too floor is near self service bar that is. It stocked well and with untrained staff. I had coffee but nothing to add sugar or something to mix it with. But that tiny room with huge bed made up for the Meg t rooftop bar. If I was not tired I would have explored more. The staff didn't know where else to go and they were not sure about the area. But the location for first time solo person was perfect, might as say it's in train station. There is a homeless encampment diagonal to the hotel which is why I didn't venture out, but wished I had gone one block and there were tons of food options, plus less than 5-10 minute walk towards tourist areas were lovely and open,

The moment i walk into reception a staff member approached & helped me with checkin & was the most wonderful welcome ever! Room was perfect 10/10 Level 11 rooftop bar, brilliant the bar person again super friendly & helpful. After being on the XPT train all the way from Brisbane i had found paradise ❤️ The staff here at the hotel have to be some of the best in the world!! Wonderful staff and great location right next to the train station (when exiting airlink train, head towards York then exit Clarence). The rooftop was great with Nespresso coffee and sparkling/still water. I appreciated the 24 hours gym especially being jet lagged and up at 3 am. They allowed us to check in early and gave excellent tips for what to do for the day! Our luggage was already in the room by the time we entered. The place was just as pictured!

My experience was absolutely AMAZING! Next time I hope the night staff at the counter give correct information about the parking garage hours. I needed to leave early the next morning and they assured me I would be able to get my car whenever when in fact it was close until 0600. Other than that I was extremely happy with my experience. Excellent hotel the staff were so welcoming friendly polite happy the second we walked in. There were smiles all around greeting us. Excellent location. Toiletries were great beautiful fragrances not smelly all over the empowering brilliant king size bed we had was just so comfortable. The pillows were a bit bulky and huge. Close to shops mall restaurants cafes Train station just next door the light rail close by next street in George Street we caught that to go to Chinatown. We had a short stay but it was fabulous. We Would definitely stay here again. 😃.

Great location and a great hotel! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, they even gave us a free drink as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay! It was the perfect location to explore Sydney and we would highly recommend!

Little National Hotel is probably good for business travelers; it did not work very well for us. We arrived and left by taxi as we had a lot of luggage; the hotel has no drop off spot. The room offered limited storage, and the very comfortable bed is against a wall on three sides so only one person of a couple can easily exit. The rooftop bar is nice, although lower than all the surrounding buildings; the minimal menu has only crackers as a gluten-free option. We clearly picked the wrong hotel, without realizing that was something to watch for in a CBD accommodation.

We loved our stay at Little National Hotel Sydney. We came for vacation for a few nights and it was the perfect location to get to all the popular attractions. The rooftop bar with complimentary coffee and tea was convenient before heading out for the day. The in room speakers were a nice touch. The room was fairly small but the hotel was designed for individuals not planning to spend much time in the room, which worked out for us! Our flight arrived at 7 AM and the hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage while we went about our day before check in time. I would definitely stay here again.

Sleek, clean and modern. Located right next to trains that will take you literally anywhere. 10 minute walk to circular quay with ferries to Manly, whale watching and other gorgeous places. Beautiful boutique hotel, very technology advanced. The location is awesome, we walked everywhere the Opera House, Barangaroo waterfront entertainment district, the wharf and the Rocks, Sydney’s old town neighborhood. Every staff member was super friendly and accommodating. The beautiful roof top terrace with free capuchino machine was our favorite spot. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but there are all types of restaurants nearby. Only one little issue though, there is hardly any storage in the room so it may be best for short stays.

Very functional but the rooftop would be better as a longer hours serviced offering. Breakfast included would be great and then it could become a more social space all day, not just at night. The hotel is great as a place to stay/sleep but it didn't feel like a place you could spend time at, in the lobby or on the roof. Just a bit too functional - not enough 'vibe'. Also the car parking info wasn't clear and I had to go search for ev charging options in car parks nearby, in a rush I didn't realise their web site offer was pre-book and paid $108 overnight just to get a charge (vs your $65 offer which wasn't clear on whether there were EV chargers there - your staff didn't know either so that meant I have to do the work while driving into town). Otherwise it was great.
