A beautiful boutique hotel with a very warm and friendly team of staff. The pool was excellent, the suite is very nice and well appointed - the mattress is very good. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus which is useful as it is 20 minutes from the centre however this is a good thing as staying in a Riad is nice for a few days but if you are wanting proper relaxation away from the busy medina, then staying at this resort is perfect.

Das Tigmiza Hotel ist wirklich das schönste Hotel, in dem wir bisher waren. Alles ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, innen und außen. Die Außenanlage ist üppig begrünt mit drei unterschiedlichen Pools, davon einer beheizt. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurantbereiche, auch die sehr stilvoll. In einem Restaurant gibt es abends Livemusik. Das Personal ist insgesamt unglaublich höflich, zuvorkommend und dabei immer gut gelaunt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, die Betten groß und bequem. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und sind nur ungern wieder abgereist . . .

My new husband and I chose Tigmiza Boutique hotel for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed at all!! It was the absolute perfect destination for us, the staff in the hotel were all so friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself is truly beautiful with it's many areas to relax and enjoy and the villa we had was amazing! There are three insta worthy communal swimming pools and two restaurants. We chose to stay in a 1 bed villa with a pool, it was incredibly spacious and the Moroccan style decor was beautiful. The hotel puts on a free shuttle service to and from the city centre twice a day which was a bonus!

The property is beautiful. Lots of room and it’s very clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a little situation with transportation, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right and accommodate us. The Chalet suite was gorgeous and spacious. Food was delicious. They have an authentic and international cuisines. They have a free shuttle that will take you to and from the city on set times. All together we were super happy and would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

a very restful hotel with excellent facilities, 3 very nice pools including one heated which was a huge bonus We had a split level suite which was spacious and comfortable - only complain was that the sink drain was broken - shower excellent and good sized bath Breakfast the best we had in Morocco (18 day trip) The poolside cafe produced the best food in the hotel with the most varied of menus - very charming staff Ford in the international restaurant was of a high standard though teh menu was rather limited and in the 3 nights we stayed the duck was never available - a minor complaint but with a limited menu the restriction on choice of unavailability shouldn't happen in this standard of hotel

One of our favourite hotels in the world. The staff looks after you like you are their family. It’s perfect place to chill and relax. Spa and hammam are amazing. The cinema and heated swimming pool were nightlights for our 12 year old. It ticks most of the boxes if being perfect Moroccan hideaway in the middle of European winter.

Genieten, alles is mooi. Het klopt gewoon allemaal bij elkaar. Meerdere restaurants, je kan elke menu in elk restaurant eten. Mooie poolbars en super mooie zwembaden. Heerlijk. Boek dit als je compleet tot rust wilt komen.

Everything is 1st class. It is an oasis not a resort. Wonderful hospitality and very friendly, attentive staff. Mimi the cat lept us company with her young kitten.. beautiful pools, tranquil gardens and so much birdsong we felt as if we were in a nature reserve. Stayed in a villa with its own pool which was very special. What could be improved? The toiletries are not great and decaf seems to be hard to get. Thats it though. Treat yourselves, this place is a hidden gem.

Amazing property, with stunning gardens and pool areas. Our room was very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent; very friendly, helpful and professional. A courtesy shuttle bus is available to the souk a few times a day plus the concierge can organize private tours if desired. They also have very good restaurants, with a mix of Moroccan and international dishes available. Overall, we had a memorable and pleasant stay.

We had a really fantastic stay - a much needed 4 day couple's break from family and work life. We would have been happy with our villa, but we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool which was a lovely surprise. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was good. The pools were perfect and the hotel was well Shaded, protecting us from the hot weather. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und bietet mit ihren verschiedenen Pools eine perfekte Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Besonders angenehm war der beheizte Pool, den wir auch im Februar genießen konnten. Das Personal war durchweg herzlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Ein weiteres Highlight war das reichhaltige Frühstück, das mit einer großen Auswahl überzeugte. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die sehr hohen Getränkepreise, die aus unserer Sicht nicht ganz gerechtfertigt waren. Dennoch überwiegen die positiven Eindrücke bei Weitem, und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Prachtige villa's en uitermate sfeervol hotel met schitterende beplanting. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was ruim, sfeervol en schoon. Een tegenvaller voor ons was het aanbod van vegetarische opties (met name in het westerse menu) en vooral de prijs van het avondeten en de drankjes (in de minibar en daarbuiten). Een fles water kost bijvoorbeeld 75 MAD/7 EUR en kraanwater is niet drinkbaar. Het verschafte water was niet toereikend.

My new husband and I chose Tigmiza Boutique hotel for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed at all!! It was the absolute perfect destination for us, the staff in the hotel were all so friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself is truly beautiful with it's many areas to relax and enjoy and the villa we had was amazing! There are three insta worthy communal swimming pools and two restaurants. We chose to stay in a 1 bed villa with a pool, it was incredibly spacious and the Moroccan style decor was beautiful. The hotel puts on a free shuttle service to and from the city centre twice a day which was a bonus!

We had a really fantastic stay - a much needed 4 day couple's break from family and work life. We would have been happy with our villa, but we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool which was a lovely surprise. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food was good. The pools were perfect and the hotel was well Shaded, protecting us from the hot weather. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a very warm and friendly team of staff. The pool was excellent, the suite is very nice and well appointed - the mattress is very good. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus which is useful as it is 20 minutes from the centre however this is a good thing as staying in a Riad is nice for a few days but if you are wanting proper relaxation away from the busy medina, then staying at this resort is perfect.

Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! The property is beautiful. Lots of room and it’s very clean. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a little situation with transportation, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right and accommodate us. The Chalet suite was gorgeous and spacious. Food was delicious. They have an authentic and international cuisines. They have a free shuttle that will take you to and from the city on set times. All together we were super happy and would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Everything is 1st class. It is an oasis not a resort. Wonderful hospitality and very friendly, attentive staff. Mimi the cat lept us company with her young kitten.. beautiful pools, tranquil gardens and so much birdsong we felt as if we were in a nature reserve. Stayed in a villa with its own pool which was very special. What could be improved? The toiletries are not great and decaf seems to be hard to get. Thats it though. Treat yourselves, this place is a hidden gem.

Prachtige villa's en uitermate sfeervol hotel met schitterende beplanting. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was ruim, sfeervol en schoon. Een tegenvaller voor ons was het aanbod van vegetarische opties (met name in het westerse menu) en vooral de prijs van het avondeten en de drankjes (in de minibar en daarbuiten). Een fles water kost bijvoorbeeld 75 MAD/7 EUR en kraanwater is niet drinkbaar. Het verschafte water was niet toereikend.

a very restful hotel with excellent facilities, 3 very nice pools including one heated which was a huge bonus We had a split level suite which was spacious and comfortable - only complain was that the sink drain was broken - shower excellent and good sized bath Breakfast the best we had in Morocco (18 day trip) The poolside cafe produced the best food in the hotel with the most varied of menus - very charming staff Ford in the international restaurant was of a high standard though teh menu was rather limited and in the 3 nights we stayed the duck was never available - a minor complaint but with a limited menu the restriction on choice of unavailability shouldn't happen in this standard of hotel

Amazing property, with stunning gardens and pool areas. Our room was very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent; very friendly, helpful and professional. A courtesy shuttle bus is available to the souk a few times a day plus the concierge can organize private tours if desired. They also have very good restaurants, with a mix of Moroccan and international dishes available. Overall, we had a memorable and pleasant stay.

Wonderful property, excellent food, amazing staff. They make you feel like family, all the people from the staff where so kind since our arrival until the second we left the hotel. Definitely we will come back.

Magic spot with great staff. The bed was wonderful,best aircondition we ever had. A bit far from Marrakech but so worth it. Food was lovely, staff incredibly friendly & our only reservation when booking was the possible cost of taxis to Marrakech but the hotel offers a free shuttle to & from at several times a day - this was such bonus, always punctual & so handy! Pool was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay, usually stay in the Medina, but a relief to escape to cleaner air!

Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!! We look forward to seeing and reconnecting with you ALL again sooner than later :)
