El lugar súper céntrico , sin estacionamiento propio pero hay varios a los alrededores solo sumar a la estancia ese adicional , el hotel bonito en general solo si le falta algo de mantenimiento en el área común que conecta las habitaciones , la habitación que nos tocó cómoda y espaciosa, pero no pudimos descansar tan bien ya que de la ventana del baño entra mucha luz cada que alguien pasa y prenden las luces de los pasillos, además de escucharse todos los murmullos de la gente que pasaba , si lo que buscas es un lugar bonito céntrico , económico y no te importa tanto el descanso este es el lugar perfecto

Hospedaje, instalaciones, restaurante, excelente, algo que no me pareció en servicios del hotel, fueron los siguientes. No cuentan con Valet Parking, tienes que ir a estacionar tu vehículo, no cuentan con botones, hay que subir tus maletas, servicio a habitación nunca contestan, hay que búscalos por otros medios para el servicio requerido.

Our room was nice and bed was comfortable. Hotel offers free parking located about 10min walk away. Only complaint would be that a party was going on somewhere near the hotel one night and we could hear the music well past midnight. Not the hotels fault, but though I would mention it, in case you book a weekend stay. Restaurant Carola is located within the hotel…eat there. Food is awesome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is really nice, the staff was also very nice and helpful. The rooms are of good size with all the amenities you need, comfortable bed, functional restroom, everything was great. The only difficulty is parking. The hotel does not have their own parking lot, you will have to find public parking, pay and get reimbursed. Other than that, the hotel was great!

This has got to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Wonderful staff, super clean, I’m not just talking about the room, but the whole hotel itself. It was also peaceful and slept like bears. If we go back to Queretaro, we’ll stay here.

The rooms are well appointed with nice linens and towels and very comfortable bed and shower. A little noise coming from the restaurant in the hotel was a bit annoying but not bad. But the downside was the room had no windows. Made it a bit dark and sad. Have to park in a nearby parking. Not a big deal but not as convenient as on site parking.

Nice property in Centro Historico within walking distance to many plazas, churches, restaurants and other attractions. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was small but big enough for my wife and I. The water pressure in the shower was low but it's a good method to conserve water. The curtains in the unit where we stayed did not give enough privacy. If we're are in Queretaro again we would stay here again.

We just spent 6 nights here along with all of our friends for our wedding week. Without us asking, they went above and beyond for us in every way possible. There wasn’t a single thing they didn’t jump to accommodate us with. A truly perfect stay. Their entire staff, from the front desk to the waiters to cleaning staff and maintenance worker, is absolutely wonderful.

I loved that the property was close to everything. However, when I arrived, the hotel host was busy chatting with the onsite restaurant staff. Even after greeting us, she mentioned she wasn’t ready to check us in and had to finish other tasks first. We also noticed that the bathroom windows didn’t lock. When I asked about it, I was told they were all broken and not to worry because there were cameras on the property. That didn’t make me feel very secure. Lastly, the on-site restaurant was a huge disappointment—save your money and time. Overall, not the best first impression. 0/5 stars
