Scammer . They first said that they never received the reservation from Expedia . Then after waiting for hours and talking to the Expedia agents , the hotel management somehow found the reservation and ask me to pay for extra to stay . The actual director was nice . And at a moment I decided to pay and stay . But as soon as she left the front desk was so rude and did his best for me to not stay . So we left and stayed somewhere else . The hotel who claimed to not have my reservation somehow now are refusing to return the money for a reservation they never had . I tried to call them but phone number that doesn’t work. It’s a very unfortunate to have a good facility ruined by awful personnel

Je n'ai jamais vu une salle de bain aussi salle et peu entretenu. douche rouillée et qui fuit. Chasse d'eau qui coule, produit gel douche pas ramassé, pas de ceintres, pas de fer à repasser (jai demandé un fer et une table à repasser, on m'a dit de repasser sur le bureau), pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, obligé de passer par le room service mais pas de téléphone, carte de chambre qui ne fonctionne qu'une seule fois, technicien qui décide de réparer l'ampoule du numéro de chambre à côte de la porte à 23h45 et qui fait un bruit pas possible. Je souligne toutefois la gentillesse des personnes à l'accueil et du room service.
