Cuando reservemos el hotel, no vimos un aviso que la alberca iba a estar en mantenamiento. Pero cuando lleguemos allá si apareció algo en el sitio del hoteles.com Pero todavía no apareció nada en el sitio oficial del Hotel. Cuando mi esposa quejó el gerente nos contestó de forma un poco sin respeto aunque en el final intentó hacerlo parecer como el estaba haciendo lo correcto. Durante los dias que quedemos allá, los trabajadores que estaban trabajando en la alberca, cortaron la luz y cuando regresó la luz, no hubo internet, TV, telefonía ni aire conditionando. Todo eso por unas horas. Afuera eso las habitaciones son muy comodas, las facilidades son bonitas y nos gusto.

Overall comfortable hotel and location was very good. We loved the pool and billiards table at the lobby. We had a few issues upon arrival with the room (lack of supplies) that were quickly taken care of. Our final invoice differed a bit from our initial book amount as there was confusion as to whether breakfast was included or not.. I ended up paying about $100 over the amount but breakfast was really good and I went ahead and just let it be. Overall good hotel and would stay there again.

Viaje de negocios por lo que una habitacion sencilla era suficiente. El hotel se encuentra en buen estado, con buena alberca y gimnasio. La habitacion era comoda y bien organizada. El baño tiene el techo de la ducha con necesidad de reparaciin y pintura. Todo lo demas estuvo bien.

El hotel tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad para brindar un mejor servicio, pienso q si saben que tienen la ocupación casi llena no deberían manejar el day pass porque no tienen suficiente personal ni espacios para tanta gente, lo comento porque el área de alberca no está bien controlada, permiten bebidas en botella de cristal q es muy peligroso y se ve muy mal q metan hasta hieleras con bebidas alcohólicas etc dejando todo muy sucio mucha basura y al día siguiente no tienen personal de limpieza suficiente .,. Adicional los tres días q estuve no hicieron el aseo de la habitación aún cuando se le pedía a la persona encargada. Ojalá lo tomen en cuenta porque pueden mejorar muchísimo.

En febrero me hospedé en Aloft y les comenté que era incómodo escoger un hotel por sus instalaciones y especialmente gimnasio y que al llegar encuentres equipos fuera de servicio (caminadora), esta vez regresé 2 meses después y sigue el equipo fuera de servicio, además de uno de los elevadores. En especial a mi criterio como huésped el que yo escoja un hotel y pague esa tarifa diferenciada por sus instalaciones y estas no cumplan con su funcionamiento me queda a deber mucho. Si no tienen presupuesto para mantenimiento quita el equipo y ajusta tu tarifa a lo que realmente ofreces y puedas cumplir.

En el estacionamiento del Hotel me rompieron la cerradura de la camioneta, la abrieron y el Hotel me dio largas no me dio solución y no respondió por lo sucedido dentro de sus instalaciones, no tienen control y vigilancia al estacionamiento. Muy mala la atención del encargado y el gerente nunca se acercó o se involucró para dar seguimiento

El hotel tiene un concepto e instalaciones muy agradables. Sin embargo, la atención a la limpieza es muy mala. Platos sucios que duran muchas horas en los pasillos y en las áreas comunes. Pasillos sin aspirar con mucha suciedad acumulada. En mi opinión, el nivel de supervisión de parte del gerente es pésimo.

Housekeeping service was terrible, we ran out of the bathroom toiletries, and they were not replaced when our room was serviced. We ran out of toilet paper twice and had to go out looking for some. On more than one occasion we were told they didn’t have towels to stock our room with clean ones and that as soon as some became available we would have them delivered. Well that didn’t happen. We ended up going downstairs to the pool and using those. The lobby ran out of coffee cups as well, didn’t have any available. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced, not anything compared to what the website stated. $85 us dollars for 4 people and the food was mediocre for that price. Requested a crib and was told one was available for me, and it would be sent up to the room after check in. Had to call for it 2 separate times before it showed up.

Personal amable. Al hacer el check in no informaron sobre la Fumigacion, la propiedad tenía mal olor, las toallas en la habitación sucias, tapiz descuidado, goteras (muchas) en Lobby, área de bar y toallas en el piso de la misma. Nos informaron que el restaurant estaba abierto al check in y no fue así, no nos dieron servicio a pesar que estaba en el horario. Piso elevadores también sucio.

Personal amable. Al hacer el check in no informaron sobre la Fumigacion, la propiedad tenía mal olor, las toallas en la habitación sucias, tapiz descuidado, goteras (muchas) en Lobby, área de bar y toallas en el piso de la misma. Nos informaron que el restaurant estaba abierto al check in y no fue así, no nos dieron servicio a pesar que estaba en el horario. Piso elevadores también sucio.

The staff was amazing. I was traveling with kids and a dog. And they did everything to make the stay so joyful. Especially a thank you to Nico for all his help for all the family.

Housekeeping service was terrible, we ran out of the bathroom toiletries, and they were not replaced when our room was serviced. We ran out of toilet paper twice and had to go out looking for some. On more than one occasion we were told they didn’t have towels to stock our room with clean ones and that as soon as some became available we would have them delivered. Well that didn’t happen. We ended up going downstairs to the pool and using those. The lobby ran out of coffee cups as well, didn’t have any available. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced, not anything compared to what the website stated. $85 us dollars for 4 people and the food was mediocre for that price. Requested a crib and was told one was available for me, and it would be sent up to the room after check in. Had to call for it 2 separate times before it showed up.

Todo estuvo perfecto, pero el buffet de los desayunos es realmente malo. Tuve que pagarlo porque no lo había incluido en mi reservación, pero todos los platillos estaban salados, incluso las papas sabían ya pasadas. El personal fue muy amable y me dio otras alternativas de alimentos, pero no valió la pena por el costo que tiene. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo increíble, la alberca fue lo que más me gustó, aunque está un poco pequeña tiene espacio muy agradable para asolearse.
