Great position, close to everything. Have stayed at this property many times before and we were very happy with the property. The studio which we were very happy with previously needed a little TLC. It looked like it was not maintained. Gardens were also very tired, previously they were beautifully kept. I feel since on site managers were removed the property has deteriorated. Would probably not choose the property again.

Lack of communication from the start to the end.From a 5 night stay cut back to 2 nights due to Cyclone Jasper heading to Port Douglas.We decided to leave early for our safety.The day we decided to leave Monday 11th December,went to their office and spoke with Tom and told him we are checking out of our apartment he brushed off the threat of Jasper.Say that we get these all the time and nothing happens.
