This is a stylish and comfortably furnished modern apartment. The location is excellent, a short walk to excellent bakeries and a slightly longer walk to an assortment of other shops including supermarkets and the Hadar Mall. There are a number of bus stops nearby (one is directly opposite the building) giving easy access to a number of bus routes around Jerusalem. There is also underground secure parking for those with cars. However, be aware that you do have to walk up a double-flight of stairs for pedestrian access to the building, although this can be avoided if you have a car and use the secure parking space provided (3 levels underground) from where you can access a lift to take you up to the residential section of the building (on levels 4 and above). In summer the living room can get uncomfortably hot due to the large windows which let in a lot of sun, so remember to put down the blinds and block out the sun before you go out in the morning (there is also air conditioning, but this takes a while to cool down the living room).

Apartment was great in a nice neighborhood in Jerusalem. Only problem was a hole in the bathtub that allowed for showers only we were unable to give the kids a bath. We found the management company to be minimally responsive to our questions and concerns. There is a 20 step staircase to enter the building requiring us to bump the double stroller up and down the steps each day. Overall, an excellent trip and we definitely got our steps in

Excellent location for us (near family, shopping and public transportation), well-appointed and spacious apartment, and with a surprisingly expansive view of Jerusalem from the lovely balcony. It's on the "first floor," but that's really more like the 5th floor of the building, as the lower floors are office space, and the building is situated on a hill. Highly recommend this property. (One caveat: bathrooms are beautiful, but surfaces are slippery when wet. I recommend placing a towel on the stone flooring before taking a shower.)

Clean lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood. On your arrival you will need to turn on the water heater. Give yourself a few hours for the water to heat up before trying to shower.
