Do not like the 12 dollar daily parking fee . And the daily 50.00 a day credit hold !! Front desk at check in was a bit untoward. Sent hotel message through my booking app to apply my Marriott Binvoy number with the understanding that points would not apply . However this was never added to my folio . No response ! Had to locate housekeeping to refresh towels and take out trash . After 2:00 pm

Unbeatable location for an overnight near RNO. Decided to have drinks and bites rather than go out and that turned out to be a great choice. Shuttle to RNZo was running at 4:45 a.m. and took 2 min.

We stayed here after a late night flight from the east coast. It was the perfect hotel, just a quick walk away then a hot shower and comfy bed. The next morning I made myself a complimentary lobby coffee (with honey!) and walked back to the hotel to pick up the rental car to head up the mountain. Easy, convenient and a perfect welcome to Nevada!

Although we told the front desk that we didn’t have a car, the evening young lady charged us a parking fee. It was removed by the morning person when we checked out. The other issue we had was the shuttle service in the morning (at 4:15am) took us all the way over to the baggage claim just to drop us off. Our flight was with Southwest meaning we had to walk all the way to the other side of the airport to check in. There wasn’t any traffic so that is so wrong to make people walk so far. We might as well just walked across the street and would have been closer than the shuttle driver. The hotel is nice except the towels in the bathroom, they were cheap and very thin. I would have expected better from Marriott since we use them all the time.

Property was great … Except for the pool. 90 degrees summer day. But the pool was nasty. Lots of debris and gunk floating on the top of the water. Checked in after a 5 hour drive. Rushed upstairs to change into my swimsuit. To my dismay 😩 the pool was too yucky to get in. I told the deal clerk but all she said was “that’s too bad sorry.”

Room had a ton of clover mites and some ants. Was too tired from traveling to ask to switch rooms since I was only staying 6hrs. The hotel also accidentally charged me for the room even though I paid through Expedia, was refunded within 24hrs after bringing it to their attention. The room I was assigned was on the first floor, not a safe feeling for a female traveling alone, most hotels would never do this unless asked. I usually love aloft but this particular stay was meh.

The hotel hall ways were dark and dirty. It was cold and rather off putting to say the least. The room floor was not well swept and there waa no hand soap. While the theme/ decor was fun overall the hotel was okay. Probably wont stay there again.

Bathroom came off hinges, toilet plugged up and had to fix it ourselves. Bedsheet cover was not clean, and carpet is filthy. Light over bathroom sink doesn’t work.

There's only one staff member working the front desk upon check in so there's a bit of a wait time. They're not upfront about surcharges - I was asked for my credit card without being told what the deposit is or the parking fees and even at checkout I had to ask what I'm expected to be charged. The room had dog fur and hair all over the ground and so did the sheets. I asked for new sheets upon leaving in the morning to start my day and told the gentleman why and after coming back over 8 hrs later all that was done was they made our bed - without changing the linen like I requested bc of the dog furs so I went down and got the linen to change myself. I called downstairs - again bc there's only 1 staff at the desk you'll be on hold for 20 mins- and requested several more washcloths bc they only put 2 in each room - and we don't use the same one on our bodies and faces - and since we're here for 2 days I asked for 6 because we already used the 2 we had for after sex clean up - sorry TMI - and I was told they could only give us 3 more. We waited a few hours and instead of washcloths & a couple more cups, they brought us HAND TOWELS lol & said they cannot bring us cups, we have to come downstairs and get them from their self serve area at their store lol. So i went down the next morning to ask for washcloths & was able to get those & the cups. Lastly, if you run hot be aware - I run cold and we had it at 70 and I was HOT. In my apt i have AC at 76 mind you. Anyways 2 stars.

When we arrived, our room was dusty and the cushions stained and the toilet was not flushed. No bottles of water in the room. they moved us to another room very far away from the elevator. thats it.

The property is located right at the entrance of the Reno airport, which is very convenient. The hotel room was clean and modern. It was only a three-quarter high wall separating the bathroom sink and shower from the beds so not a lot of privacy when traveling with multiple people, but was sufficient for our overnight stay for our early morning flight. Would stay here again.

We asked for a quiet room. Instead we got a room facing the freeway that was as noisy inside as it was outside the building. We were told the hotel was overbooked and they offered earplugs. Truly disappointed. Won’t stay here again.

The styling was unique and a fun experience. Room was very small, so not a place we would look to stay for a long visit. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was convenient for the airport. Only complaint was our room was above the lobby bar and we could hear music quite late.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The only odd thing is that the AC unit is at the foot of the bed, so when it was running it was very cold and blowing up at your head, but when it would stop running, it got very hot. It would be great if they did breakfast, but not a deal killer.

The room has an awkward layout with no bathroom door. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is not solid, more like a partition, with gaps below, above and on the side. Extremely heavy, difficult barn door for the toilet room which also had a gap. Gaps were wide enough for hands as demonstrated in the photo. If someone had to use the restroom at night, the light lit up the entire room because there was really no separation between bathroom and bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable but that was the only nice thing about the place.

Rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. Shower is fantastic! The lack of comfortable chairs is unbelievable. Same in lobby. I literally found only the bed to sit on. I don’t know what the idea was, but I suggest you ditch it and move on!

We came in late… about midnight after a long day with a child and no one was at the desk. We waited 15 minutes and started to consider another hotel. Front desk person finally arrived and complained that she was busy and only one on staff. Not our problem.

The staff was asked more than a few times to please fix my door bar for safety as it was broken off. The request was never completed and when asked by staff the status they were unprofessional and did not assist. I also received my bill this morning and was charged for two days of parking when I did not even have a car. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.

Checking in for handicap room as requested is my complaint. The gal at desk "was not if it was a hadicap room" gave me keys and no it was not, she also didnt seem to understand what a roll in shower was. I was given crap direction to the room, I walked the perimeter of the outside of buolding as I was led to believe I could access the room after reparking my car. The elevator was right nect to reveption desk, yet I was never told I needed to take the elevator up. I was picking up my 87yo father w a below knee amputation at airport, time to pick him up was tight after the debacle I had checking in. Once I went back to get a correct room, I was met with attitude and silence, from this gal and there was also abother lady there. I could see in the mirror walking away a eye roll and attitude

Great location; friendly staff; shuttle to the Airport. Great location to the airport. Big negative is the traffic noise throughout the night especially the motorcycles reving their engines as they race through the streets. Get a room away from the street side. Had to sleep with a pillow over my head to quiet the traffic noise.

We came home from Europe, landing at Reno at midnight. It was somewhat easy to walk with our luggage and we didn't check to see if the hotel shuttle was available. It was nice to go across the street from the airport and get a good nights sleep.

Swift pick-up late night at airport. Room was clean, but not *clean* for brand new hotel standards. Both rooms on our reservation had empty body wash dispensers (which no one knew until the last minute during our 1 night stay), so check that the night before. Morning front desk staff was having a rough day with limited help. Chef didn't show up, so no breakfast and coffee wasn't available (made) until someone arrived that knew how. This hotel is fine, but these little things can aggravate a limited stay.

The location if you wanted to be close to the airport is good. It's across the street as you come out of the car rental area. Has issues with the lights not working correctly. The breakfast was bad and you had to pay for it, I returned mine. The bar restaurant was just a bar as there was not enough staff. No places to eat near by.
