Front girl was super nice. She gave my little daughter to eat when everything was closed and helped us with phone charge. Only minus about property is that there is no Ac but it wasn't a big problem because there was floor fan available in the room.

Hotel bom, porém os atendentes não são simpáticos. Não tem elevador, e não há ninguém p ajudar c as malas. Fica a quase 1 km do estacionamento. O código fornecido p o estacionamento não funcionou e tive q pagar a tarifa normal (20 euros) por 1 diária. Ha a possibilidade de estacionar perto do hotel, mas não há informação sobre isso. Só soube qdo cheguei lá.

Even though the building seems to be old, the room is clean with updated bathroom. The window doesn’t have screen so when it’s opened at night, bugs can get in. Hotel doesn’t have air conditioning but when we stayed, the weather was cool. The only thing we didn’t like is the floor that has steps at entry of every room. It was inconvenient to hand carry the luggage to our room by stairs as the hotel does not have an elevator. Staffs are nice.

We arrived to find both the bar and the restaurant closed for the duration of our stay. On the 2nd evening the 24 hour recption was not manned. Our room had severe problems with the bathroom and toilet. A very poor shower. Overall not the stay we had hoped for.

This is the closest hotel to Mont St Michel, so that you can easily walk to the tidal abbey. The room was clean, the dining and bar area were attractive, the surrounding areas were interesting. You need a pass code to enter the community, so that was exclusive. The hotel is on the older side, but it served our purpose.

The hotel is located at a great location. Very easy to access the river, bike xing, etc. There is a 'small' patio', which is only large enough for one chair. The noise from other rooms are clear to hear. Even we stay on the toppest floor, we can still hear someone walking and talking.

Hôtel très bien situé, vue en chambre supérieure sur le mont très agréable. Le personnel est accueillant, sympathique, professionnel. Les chambres sont propres mais vieillissantes… une nouvelle deco de la chambre et des wc (surtout les wc!) serait appréciée. Pour un 3 étoiles on s’attend à mieux niveau service en chambre, deux sachets de thé et deux sticks de café soluble c’est moyen comme plateau de bienvenue. Gros bémol sur le linge de toilettes, les serviettes fournies sont minuscules. Nous avons apprécié le calme. Le petit dej est basique.

Le Relais Du Roy is a very nice place to stay when visiting Mont St Michel. Although it is very basic, akin to an older Motel 6 in the US, we found the room to be clean, the receptionists exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast buffet bountiful and delicious. The location can't be beat, as it's only a 30 minute walk to Mont St Michel, or under 10 minutes by free shuttle, which were running until 11 pm in May. There are 3 restaurants in La Caserne for dinner, all within walking distance of the hotel, so it's imperative to make a reservation if you don't want to dine on Mont St Michel. (We chose to dine at Le Pre Sale and the food was delicious.) I would highly recommend staying at Le Relais du Roy when visiting Mont St Michel.

Close to St Michels. Short free shuttle bus away with shuttle running every 10 mins. Would recommend not staying in a hotel on island itself. Would be to hard to carry or wheel luggage from shuttle the final distance and the up step cobble stone road to hotel! This hotel has perfect location and was great

Very close to Mont St Michel. Free shuttle takes you right to it and back, and you can get a view of it from the little balcony. Three hotels owned by the same company, and they have 3 restaurants that serve as well. We walked to the one with more Asian food that we wanted, but were refused because it was full after just opening 45 minutes earlier for dinner. That was a bit frustrating, but it is the way France works for meals. ; (

Le Relais Du Roy is a very nice place to stay when visiting Mont St Michel. (We chose to dine at Le Pre Sale and the food was delicious.) I would highly recommend staying at Le Relais du Roy when visiting Mont St Michel.

My kids and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. It’s close to everything so once you park your car, you can walk or shuttle. The staff were so friendly, and the restaurant on site is amazing.
