Condo was on the third floor. Stairs only, they don't have an elevator. 😞 The road off the highway to get to Evamar Condos is in very bad condition and is unpaved.👎 Restaurant is only open on weekends. 😫

The room was fantastic as was the staff. We had a condo on the third floor. With no elevator and 34 steps to the door it was tiring to say the least. Hauling items up and down got old for a 5 day trip.

First time in San Carlos and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Evamar. Location was close to restaurants and beach. The pool area was very nice and family enjoyed it.

No me gustó que todo es a través de la app. Reservar el asador, o pedir las bicis. Muy complicado. Y el estacionamiento muy mal diseñado, difícil de manió si traes carro grande
