La propiedad perfecta, las amenidades del edificio excelentes, la ubicación del departamento ideal. Lamentablemente las vías del tren están alado y el tren pasa en la madrugada de 2 a 4 veces.

Every aspect of the property - its cleanliness, its high-end workout facilities, free parking, kitchen in unit and so on was highly impressive and convenient. Its close location to a shopping center and a major grocery store within it made it so convenient for us to shop for food items and cook at night. And the customer service is excellent, with the management being always accessible through WhatsApp. They even accommodated our request to extend our stay by a night when our plans changed. Overall, a very satisfactory experience!

There was no AC in the apartment we had fans it was real hot. Was there for one week we didn’t get notified there was no AC until we got there. No one cleaned our apartment. We had to go ask for towels for toilet paper. There was hair all over the restroom on the floor on the sinks. It was horrible. I would not recommend no one to stay there.

La atención en la recepción es excelente . Pero el departamento no cuenta con aire acondicionado, las personas están muy descuidadas y están muy calientes por el sol las habitaciones . La recámara 2 necesita mantenimiento la cama hacía muchísimo ruido y no pude dormir. Cuando quise bañarme toda el agua se dirigía a la pared . La limpieza es buena . Deben poner aguas solo hay vasos. La TV no cuenta con plataformas . El wifi estuvo intermitente . Las chicas de recepción estuvieron al pendiente todo el tiempo pero no puede solicionarlo . Recomiendo remodelar y hacer el mantenimiento del departamento .

Edificio nuevo pero con fallas en los servicios, la Tv no funcionaban tuve que bajar a recepción, el baño no cuenta con lugar para colocar el jabon y shampoo, literal el suelo! El colchón terrible y las almohadas peor, viejas con bolas!

Es la segunda ocasión que elegimos este lugar para nuestra estancia, ya que me sentí muy cómoda la primera vez. El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. Excelente opción Pet friendly, nuestro viaje fue de 4 personas incluidos dos niños y una mascota, el departamento es muy amplio. El tren pasa cerca de las instalaciones, sin embargo, a mi familia no le incomodó ese detalle.

Es la segunda ocasión que elegimos este lugar para nuestra estancia, ya que me sentí muy cómoda la primera vez. El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. Los departamentos se ven nuevos y en buen estado, muy amable la atención y el servicio de todo el personal fue excelente. Solo el wifi nunca pude conectarlo sin embargo como no era urgente fue un detalle menor.

We booked this apartment for a total of 5 nights. They can probably improve the property’s apartments by investing a little on some furniture or deep clean chairs and sofa. Also, I would suggest to offer all guests cleaning services for an additional charge in the property. It would’ve been nice to have someone coming to clean the apartment for us. I would highly suggest this place to stay with no high expectations but normal to non expectations. I would also suggest to wear earplugs at night due to the train noise.

If you like to be woken up at 2:00 AM by a loud train whistle, and hear it all day, this place is for you (I was on the 14th floor and it was still loud!). If you like to shower with brown, luke warm water, this place is for you (10 gallon water heater!?!?) Sheets had holes, fridge froze EVERYTHING in it (frozen mayo anyone). Many other issues with the place. My conclussion is I will never go back after my 10 day stay. There are only 2 things worth about the place: the view is great and the staff is fantastic - professional, proactive and very nice. Not their fault the building is defective or the ammenities are just not there. And being non-refundable, once you pay you are stuck with it. I do not recommend it

Avoid if you want to be able to sleep. There is no mention that there is a train a few feet away that passes by every 2 hours honking non stop. Cleaning is horrendous, very dirty. Smells like sewage, had to wrap a bag around the pipe in the laundry room. None of the balcony doors lock, they’re all broken. Freezer had mold. Cleaners cleaned once a week but did a terrible job, toilets had pee all over when we checked in. Bunch of hairs everywhere, used Q-Tips in drawer and used socks in drawers too. Couch had bad body Oder. Neighbors up stairs are extremely noisy. Sink faucet sprays water at like 100mph at random times(so expect to get soaked when washing dishes.) cars honking all night so they could be let in. Dogs barking all night also. Now for the positive, friendly staff and Clean sheets. Save your money and go elsewhere.Not worth the money. Had to leave 2 days before checkout because I couldn’t take the noise and not being able to sleep anymore.
