We loved this place. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The lodging's on a lovely street with easy access to a host of beautiful shops and local sites of interest, it has clean comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and good coffee -- and an amazing garden with a small pool in the back that truly is remarkable to escape to. One of our favorite places on our 28-day trip.

The property was easy to find and they had parking directly in front or in their own car park at the far end of their excellent garden. This was accessed via the next parallel street. Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was larger than we required and very good. Room and all areas were kept clean. Good storage in the bedroom with a safe and fridge and free beverages inside. With only 3 bedrooms available the place is not buzzing. It was easy to access the town for shopping and site seeing. No alcohol available from the cafe in the hotel and the dinner menu was a little restrictive, however, there were no objections to bringing in your own. We stayed for 3 nights.

Beautiful hotel with garden on the town’s best street. A lot of charm. The garden is a charming place for breakfast, and the food is good. They’re a little cheap though… coffee with breakfast is extra. They offer a complementary drink but don’t have any alcohol. Still, definitely recommended. And is you’re looking for great music and atmosphere, check out Mezcaleria Don Trejo A few doors down.

Breakfast was excellent and always more food than I could eat. The coffee was good, although I would have preferred a pot of drip coffee option (but the lattes were fabulous). My room was clean and beautiful and I had access to the lovely, peaceful garden, which was perfect after a day of exploring.

el hotel es muy lindo, de tres recamaras solamente. muy bien ubicado y con muy buena atención. en la recamara principal con salida a la terraza habían arañas, y nos cambiaron de habitación, a otra menos linda, pero sin ese problema. tuvimos mala suerte por este cambio, ya que esa habitación era muy linda, pero comprendemos que es una zona muy caliente y selvática. el hotel en verdad nos gusto, la gerente muy amable al igual que el staff que nos atendió.

The property is beautiful and the service was amazing. The front desk girls were so nice and the server at the breakfast terrace as well. The rooms need a little bit of maintenance a bit of water leaking on the window, the lighting in the bathroom also need some fix and the ceiling had some water marks , but nothing that cannot be fix. Overall the place is very well located on beautiful street very quiet and safe. Breakfast was good. Plenty of parking on the back entrance.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce petit hôtel / café. Le personnel d'accueil était très aimable et professionnel. Nous avions une des deux chambres de l'étage donnant sur la rue. La chambre était assez spacieuse, joliment décorée (sobre), la literie correcte, la salle de bain fonctionnelle. Il n'y a par contre AUCUNE isolation phonique, vous entendez tout de la rue: chaque voiture, chaque moto, chaque piéton. Mieux vaut se munir de bouchons d'oreilles pour avoir la chance de dormir un peu. Petit déjeuner à la carte dans le très charmant jardin, service impeccable. Un bel endroit, isolation phonique à améliorer d'urgence compte tenu du tarif ( 150€).

This was a gem of our road trip through the Yucatan. We loved our stay here. Parking was connected to the property in a quiet lot. The street was great for shopping and restaurants located right by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and room had a great view of the street. The courtyard was so peaceful, shaded, and relaxing. They also served an amazing breakfast right in the courtyard.

The building and gardens of this hotel are absolutely beautiful, particularly the latter which stretches back the whole block and is full of lovely plants and paths and has the swimming pool-really a plunge pool as it’s small. The staff are really very lovely and helpful, the breakfast was great and had lots of options a la carte, and was outside in the wonderful garden. I had a suite, which was fine for me as I was by myself, but might’ve been a bit tight for two people, as the room is not massive and storage-wise there is only a wardrobe (which has the safe and the fridge in it too). I had to put stuff on top of the wardrobe because I ran out of space inside it. The suite itself nicely furnished and full of character. Also there are only three rooms I gather, and they are all right next to reception-or mine was anyway-and so at times early in the morning I could hear people chattering while they were making breakfast at just after 6 am. Perhaps something to bear in mind for staff in future…

This was a quaint space in a great location in the city. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The included breakfast was beyond generous with a full menu and very high quality food. The rooms are quaint with nice access to the rear garden area. Unfortunately the bed was quite hard for my tastes, so I didn't sleep well, but everything else more than made up for it, and I would stay there again.
This was a quaint space in a great location in the city. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The included breakfast was beyond generous with a full menu and very high quality food. Street where the hotel is one of the nicest in the center of Valladolid, great location - quiet, plenty of restaurants and other shops, partially closed to traffic in the evenings. Garden was peaceful with the occasional waft of fragrance from the perfumery next door. Breakfast served in the garden was excellent - and service from Daniel was great. I think there are only 3 rooms so guests get friendly, personal service from all of the staff.

We arrived before check in. We left our luggage and waited to come back until the assigned hour. They showed us to the room and gave us a bottle of wine which was a nice surprise. We were taking a nap and the staff woke us up, told us we were in the wrong room and asked us to gather our things and move upstairs. They took back the bottle of wine they gave us and said it was a mistake. The hotel is pretty but the experience after check in was unpleasant.
We arrived before check in. We left our luggage and waited to come back until the assigned hour. They showed us to the room and gave us a bottle of wine which was a nice surprise. We were taking a nap and the staff woke us up, told us we were in the wrong room and asked us to gather our things and move upstairs. They took back the bottle of wine they gave us and said it was a mistake. The hotel is pretty but the experience after check in was unpleasant.

Verde Morada Hotel is a beautiful, quiet hotel near the main sites of historic Valladolid. The lovely outdoor space and traditional interiors made my visit most memorable. The staff were kind, friendly, cheerful and helpful. I loved everything about my visit!

Check in was horrible! No one was at desk waited 5 min and they were in kitchen chatting! The hotel had sent us a discount code and the guy at check in would not let us use it. They provide free smoothies and said they would bring them to us in our room in 5-10 minutes. 25 minutes later we had to go ask for them and then they we t and made them. The guy at the desk didn’t know how to tell us where to park our car! Basically a horrible experience and will not stay here again!!!

We loved this place. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The lodging's on a lovely street with easy access to a host of beautiful shops and local sites of interest, it has clean comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and good coffee -- and an amazing garden with a small pool in the back that truly is remarkable to escape to. One of our favorite places on our 28-day trip.

The property was easy to find and they had parking directly in front or in their own car park at the far end of their excellent garden. This was accessed via the next parallel street. Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was larger than we required and very good. Room and all areas were kept clean. Good storage in the bedroom with a safe and fridge and free beverages inside. With only 3 bedrooms available the place is not buzzing. It was easy to access the town for shopping and site seeing. No alcohol available from the cafe in the hotel and the dinner menu was a little restrictive, however, there were no objections to bringing in your own. We stayed for 3 nights.

Breakfast was excellent and always more food than I could eat. The coffee was good, although I would have preferred a pot of drip coffee option (but the lattes were fabulous). My room was clean and beautiful and I had access to the lovely, peaceful garden, which was perfect after a day of exploring.

The building and gardens of this hotel are absolutely beautiful, particularly the latter which stretches back the whole block and is full of lovely plants and paths and has the swimming pool-really a plunge pool as it’s small. The staff are really very lovely and helpful, the breakfast was great and had lots of options a la carte, and was outside in the wonderful garden. I had a suite, which was fine for me as I was by myself, but might’ve been a bit tight for two people, as the room is not massive and storage-wise there is only a wardrobe (which has the safe and the fridge in it too). I had to put stuff on top of the wardrobe because I ran out of space inside it. The suite itself nicely furnished and full of character. Also there are only three rooms I gather, and they are all right next to reception-or mine was anyway-and so at times early in the morning I could hear people chattering while they were making breakfast at just after 6 am. Perhaps something to bear in mind for staff in future…

They’re a little cheap though… coffee with breakfast is extra. They offer a complementary drink but don’t have any alcohol. Still, definitely recommended. And is you’re looking for great music and atmosphere, check out Mezcaleria Don Trejo A few doors down.

Quiet, peaceful, good air conditioning, excellent staff, perfect central location, safe, and they had vegan waffles and soy and almond milk. Sadly, the beans contained pork fat. If they had been clean, everyone could eat them. The thought of it made us feel sick. The only problem and easily fixed! Thank you.

We had a lovely few days staying at this centrally located hotel in Valladolid. Breakfast was superb with wonderful warm cake, fresh fruit and nutritious food served in the gorgeous, ancient, tranquil garden to the sounds of the birds and fountains. Staying in this unique authentic Mexican Hacienda felt very special. A big thank you to Luis and Christian who made us very welcome. The room was very clean and parking was easy.
