We’re disappointed that the hotel did not provide airport transportation after 2 PM, despite it being listed as an available service. This was not mentioned in the reservation, and even after we contacted the hotel the night before to arrange it, no one informed us of the limitation. It wasn’t until check-in that we were told the van was in the shop. It would have been helpful to receive that information when we initially reached out, as we were trying to make arrangements in advance. As a result, we had to pay for a cab unexpectedly. Had we been advised earlier, we could have planned differently. We specifically chose this hotel because transportation was advertised, so the lack of communication significantly affected the value of our stay. We're also disappointed that we weren’t reimbursed or even offered a credit for the out-of-pocket expense.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this airport-area hotel. The room was clean and spacious, there was an in-room safe, the free airport shuttle was on time, and the burger I had at the restaurant was one of the best I have tasted in quite awhile. The restaurant’s lighting was a bit harsh, and the hotel’s highway location (while convenient to the airport) did not make for a particularly attractive room view, but the accommodations and the service were both excellent, especially for the reasonable price. Everything about the hotel was outstanding except its location. It is next to a busy highway, and it would be impossible to have walked anywhere. My Uber driver had a hard time finding how to get into the property to drop me off, and the next morning another Uber driver got lost trying to pick me up.

I stayed here for the location. The only downside was the food I ordered in my room I ordered dinner and it looked like a small portion for the price I paid. Also the coffee wasn't changed the last night I was there. Other than that, everything was good.

The hotel is nice and everything but at the restaurant they have here the service is absolutely terrible. We were there for ever waiting to get out drink order taken and food order. The waiters aren’t nice. My family and I had to stand up and walk up to pay for our dinner because they wouldn’t come and give us the bill. It was awful

La propiedad se ve sucia sus toallas demasiado percudidas y el baño demasiado descuidado , el servicio de trasporte al aeropuerto malo pedí servicio para salir a las 4:00 y me dijeron que solo tenían 9 lugares así que sería una hora antes o después solicité servicio de taxi y dijeron que yo lo resolviera poco amable el recepcionista . La comida buena pero fría … definitivamente no volveré a usar este hotel ni lo recomendaría.precio y calidad no cumple
