El personal muy pedante. Nos vieron feo y no fueron amables cuando llegamos. Tuvimos una fuga en el lavabo y al marcar a recepción me contestaron de mala gana. El gym estaba cerca y era muy ruidoso. E igual la habitación de a un lado estaba haciendo mucho ruido. Le falta valet parking y un botones. Para el precio y ubicación, siento que no lo vale. En otro hotel en el centro más económico y más bonito me atendieron mejor.

The only thing I could complain about is the dogs in the parking lot are agressive. The room was clean, the restaurant had good service and good food. The pool didn’t have towels at 8pm so we had to run upstairs wet.

Great service,starting at arrival they help on everything, rooms so clean and neat, the parking is private, the gym is available 24/7 and the pool its ready since 8 am till 9 pm.I really recommend it!!!

Tenemos 3 años quedandonos en este hotel y nos encantan las habitaciones, siempre muy limpias y en muy buen estado. De igual manera muy bien el baño y todo el hotel en general. Solo comentar que los elevadores SI les hace falta mantenimiento, uno de ellos no funcionaba y el otro se encontraba sucio

Pedí hospedaje de 2 habitaciones dobles, una de ellas estaba sucio de la tasa de popó embarrada alrededor de la parte de abajo de la tasa, no la limpiaron y había cabellos en una de las almohadas así que dudo que hayan cambiado las sábanas. La otra habitación estaba bien.

Me encantó la atención de los meseros en el restaurante. Lo que no me gustó fue la higiene de la habitación ya que tuvieron que cambiarme al hacer ver los cabellos que habían en el sanitario y en la cama apenas entrando a la habitación. Pensé que se trató de mala suerte, pero en la segunda habitación en el mismo piso también encontré cabellos en el piso y en la cama. Quizá deban profundizar más en este tema solamente. También una mala impresión en ver en los pasillos platos y sus residuos de alimentos de otras habitaciones durante la tarde sin que fueran levantados.

En mi reservación yo selecciono cuarto con cama king size y cuando uno llega al hotel dicen que nunca tienen el cuarto como uno lo eligió y terminan dándote cama más chica porque dicen que los cuartos de la reserva están en remodelación se me hace injusto que te dan un precio con cama más grande y te dan lo que quieren uno llega fastidiado de trabajar y lo único que quiere es descansar

I have used this hotel as my “mid-point” stop-over when I visit family in central Mexico. First stayed in early 2020, and twice yearly trips since. Ten trips, twenty stays. This hotel is very well located, just a mile off the main highway. Very quiet, very secure, and the showers are to die for. Very clean.

Durante la estancia, el aire acondicionado falló, a las 12am se llamo a recepcion, se supone que lo resetearon y a las 2am volvio a fallar, se volvio a llamar a recepcion y lo volvieron a resetear y a las 4am volvio a fallar, En la mañana a las 7am se le comento a la recepcionista sobre la queja y dijo que no habia ningun gerente en turno, que le iba a comentar la queja para que nos llamara, nunca lo hizo. El hotel esta limpio y bonito, la atencion al cliente no es buena. El gerente no se reporto, me imagino para no querer dar una compensacion por las fallas, Ningun huesped deberia pagar por una habitacion en la cual no pudiste descansar por fallas del hotel.

Mi experiencia fue muy mala. Rentamos 4 cuartos entre 2 familias.como a las 12 de la noche se apaga automáticamente toda la climatización de los cuartos. Vuelve a encenderse automáticamente como a las 5:30 am. Yo me desperté a las 3 am sintiendo extremo calor y falta de ventilación. Traté de encender el clima y no encendió. Llamé a la recepción y nadie contestó. Cuando comenté mi experiencia con las otras familias me enteré que a todos les había pasado lo mismo

It was very clean and seemed safe despite its location (there's nothing nearby as it is on the highway). The food could have been better... I ordered lasagna and the pasta was not fully cooked but burnt at the bottom. My husband ordered a burger which was bland.

The property is nice, clean, dinner perfect breakfast has a nice selection at the buffet but the food is not warm enough. we stop twice a year at the hotel and we forget about it so we need to remember and order a la carte

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel is located quite far from the city in what appears to be an industrial area, so there is constant heavy traffic noise throughout the day and night. In addition, the soundproofing is very poor. Guests come and go at all hours, and many start their day very early. Around 5:00 a.m., you can clearly hear showers running, people walking through the hallways, doors opening and closing, and conversations outside the rooms. As a result, getting a restful night’s sleep was nearly impossible. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax or sleep well, this may not be the best choice.
