Me asignaron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, abrí la puerta y una mujer estaba dormida, no hubo nada de damage control, además; más de 90 min escuchando la plática de ventas, el chico de la tienda para canjear mi resort crédito fue grosero, el lugar es bonito pero mala experiencia.

Es muy aburridor los vendedores tratando de venderte semanas. El transporte en los carritos de golf no es muy organizado. A veces tarda mucho tiempo en pasar.

The overall stay at Moon Palace Nizuc was great. From the Bell staff, waiters, kitchen staff, playroom staff, room service staff, and reception. The one issue we ran into while staying there at Moon Palace Nizuc was when we did the tour of Moon Palace The Grand, for the two day free pass— the last of four salesmen who were trying to sell a timeshare was rude and insulting to my wife and I when we refused to buy anything from them. He got snarky and tried to get a reaction out of us; however, my wife and I didn’t react the way he was trying to have us react which prompted him to finally give in and tell us to leave. We had a great stay up until that point, luckily it was second to last night Monday there which we made up our minds NEVER to return to Moon Palace Nizuc. The only thing going for them is the humble work staff that are trying to make an honest living and not stiff tourists. Our next vacation will be at another hotel and not at Moon Palace resorts. The individual was reported to the reception staff once we were leaving because they asked what our opinions of our stay at the resort. Frankly, there are bad everywhere you go, however; this was a little on the extreme side and even the reception staff felt bad for us once they asked us to describe this individual so they could report it to their bosses. Regardless, this type of behavior is not condoned by anyone outside of the timeshare folks and it definitely left a mark with us.
