Great hotel. Went for half board. Breakfast was great and the buffet dinner had a lot of options for everyone. Alcohol is very expensive so a bottle of beer is nearly £10. The free access to theme parks was great and saved on this. All the theme parks are great! Kids club was good too. Very comfortable stay.

Amazing hotel, clean, chic, great location and ameneties. Loved our stay the ONLY downfall was the drinks service at breakfast and dinner was always very slow, usually we had finished our meal by the time drinks came, all the staff were polite and went out of their way to help us. Only one staff member let this down by telling us off for falling asleep in the foyer whilst waiting for our room (we had a night flight with two kids so kind of couldn't help it!) and I found that a bit unnecessary but maybe she just wanted something to do. The rooms were spacious, the pool was a great temperature and clean, life guards were checking swim nappies on babies which was reassuring, kids club was well maintained and great staff, food options were fine as we were half board we could mix it up so we didn't get bored, the eggs to order was a great concept and the morning coffees were always a great start to the day!

The hotel was very attractive, and the breakfast buffet was the best. I wish the pool was open later in the evening (beyond the theme parks), but I was told it was due to government regulations so it is likely the same at all the other nearby hotels. The shopping mall nearby was the best, but the best feature was the free access to the theme parks.

My stay at the Hilton was underwhelming and did not feel like a five star hotel mostly due to the extremely poor service. Pros: -great location if you plan on attending the theme parks -theme park tickets included with the stay Cons: -rooms felt small, even though we had a family suite -very poor service (At arrival, we opened our own doors and unloaded our car. Later on, I called the front desk to ask a question about the theme parks. No one answered the phone. I had to go downstairs to ask my question in person. Another time, I ordered food at the pool and didn’t have my credit card linked to the room. They kept calling my room asking me to pay. You have my credit card on file. I’m not going to leave without paying. At the breakfast buffet, I ordered coffee. It didn’t come until after my meal was finished.) -pool closes at 7pm. There’s not much to do after that. -pool is beautiful but the water was not the cleanest. My kids found tissue paper and debris in the pool. -walls are so thin, I could hear everything in the room adjacent to mine. Overall, for the price I paid, I was highly disappointed and would not stay there again.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We’ve been there for 4 nights, two adults and two kids. Hotel room was nice, but on the first floor, next to reception and restaurants and we heard so much noise like music and security talking all night long, that no one could sleep. In the following day we were changed to 6th floor and this problem was solved, however room was not well cleaned, terrible smell of cigarettes. To get even worst, hotel was hosting an event from India cinema, full of actors, papparazzis, security. We were not advised of that in advance and definetely would have choosen another hotel if we knew about that. On our last night, we were coming back to the hotel by taxi and were not allowed to stop in front of the main entry because there was a red carpet going on. Security in the street forced the car to stop in the middle of the road, with the kids, stroller, shopping bags, and we had to leave in the middle of the cars and walk for 5 minutes. Then the security in the front door did not want to let us in because an actress was going out. We felt totally disrespected by hotel staff during our stay and would never come back or recommend to anyone.

THE BEST HOLIDAY. I have so much to say about how lovely this hotel is. I contacted the hotel before we travelled and made arrangements with Nina to ensure we had everything set up for our stay ahead of arriving. Nina was extremely helpful in supporting our room set up. She would send photos of what the hotel can provide to allow us to feel at ease. Not all staff we had interacted with ahead of arriving had been as helpful so I would definitely like to make a point of saying that Nina is a credit to the staff at Hilton. As for our stay, where to begin. The food is great, so much variety. Obviously there is more meat but as vegetarians, most of the time, we never felt short of the variety in the buffet. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, helpful and always ready to serve. A shout out to Ashis who would also be attentive to our family and in particular make my daughters birthday extra special. We had a bay view room with a large balcony and breathtaking views of sunset and the waterfront. It was loud outside as there were late night parties going on at cafe del mar but this wasn't too much of a bother during the week. The housekeeping needs a little improvement. However the minute i flagged any problem, someone was there to address it immediately. I think however as a must without guests having to request this, floors should be mopped and balconies cleaned. Amenities replenished. All in all, i loved this holiday. I would love to go back.

A nice, modern hotel close to the parks. The location is what drove the decision to stay on our short break. If I was staying longer I would stay at a larger resort, travel a bit further and buy parks tickets. I booked half board via Expedia and feel I wasted hundreds of pounds on meals due to the limited options. We ate at restaurants in Yas Mall. Breakfast in the hotel has lots of options, just very busy around 10am. As a group of three, one adult and two kids, we had a one bedroom suite and the two beds were really small. Thankfully we worked out after the first night there was another small sofa bed.

After arriving at midnight with elderly parents and small children I was told they didn’t have my rooms at they were fully booked Bear in mind I made this booking over 7months ago for a party of 8 They offered me an upgrade which wasn’t acceptable and would mean us all camping out in camp beds and sharing bathrooms The check in staff also lied about being fully booked as I could actually go on Expedia and make a booking After pretty much breaking down the lady offered me another upgrade but still expected us all to share a suite, again sharing bathrooms and putting extra camp beds in Finally we managed to secure an extra bedroom This was a shocking experience as a Hilton honours member who uses this brand regularly I was appalled I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times for the convenience of yas island amenities but this is the last time We had a bad experience with discrimination against my autistic daughter last time and not having rooms ready but this time it shows there are serious problems with this hotel it’s not worth the risk or stress any more They have a lot of conference guests and it seems that they must not only over sell the rooms The service is awful from the front counter I’ve spent 40 years living and visiting Abu Dhabi and they are just the worst My advice would be to stay clear until they raise standard

The hotel is nice but check in was too slow, in room breakfast took ages to arrive and it arrived cold with half of the order missing! The hash brown was greasy and I think fried multiple times.. they offered coke as a compensation! I refused it and spoke to their manager, he said he’ll email me to ask for my bank details for a full refund but didn’t do it!

The person at front desk was really nice. I didn’t get his name but he allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to pool side view. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and breakfast was brill. The spa staff were really nice and showed me around. Made me feel really comfortable and safe. Siamo stati per una breve vacanza ( staycation ) 4 giorni. Il posto è spettacolare, la gentilezza del personale era straordinaria. I loved my room. This hotel is not just a one night hotel. There were so many amenities that I’ve missed. However, I visited Nuri Restaurant. Awesome service. The atmosphere and decorations were top notch. The food was excellent. I ate plant based options but each bite was scrumptious.

Stylish hotel with amazing choice of breakfast and attentive staff. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Would return back to this hotel if I visit again.

A nice, modern hotel close to the parks. The location is what drove the decision to stay on our short break. If I was staying longer I would stay at a larger resort, travel a bit further and buy parks tickets. I booked half board via Expedia and feel I wasted hundreds of pounds on meals due to the limited options. We ate at restaurants in Yas Mall. Breakfast in the hotel has lots of options, just very busy around 10am. As a group of three, one adult and two kids, we had a one bedroom suite and the two beds were really small. Thankfully we worked out after the first night there was another small sofa bed.

Amazing hotel, clean, chic, great location and ameneties. Loved our stay the ONLY downfall was the drinks service at breakfast and dinner was always very slow, usually we had finished our meal by the time drinks came, all the staff were polite and went out of their way to help us. Only one staff member let this down by telling us off for falling asleep in the foyer whilst waiting for our room (we had a night flight with two kids so kind of couldn't help it!) and I found that a bit unnecessary but maybe she just wanted something to do. The rooms were spacious, the pool was a great temperature and clean, life guards were checking swim nappies on babies which was reassuring, kids club was well maintained and great staff, food options were fine as we were half board we could mix it up so we didn't get bored, the eggs to order was a great concept and the morning coffees were always a great start to the day!

The hotel was very attractive, and the breakfast buffet was the best. I wish the pool was open later in the evening (beyond the theme parks), but I was told it was due to government regulations so it is likely the same at all the other nearby hotels. The shopping mall nearby was the best, but the best feature was the free access to the theme parks.
