Consigliatissimo .. giardino curatissimo..bella piscina....lettini e teli piscina disponibili gratuitamente....camere un po' datate ma pulitissime.. letto comodo e grande... all'esterno taxi per il centro..che è circa a due chilometri a piedi.... personale gentile e disponibile.... silenzioso e tranquillo.....un alternativa al Riad ottima per chi non ama gli spazi limitati della Medina.... tornerò sicuramente

Stayed 8 nights, reception staff very welcoming & efficient, lovely gardens around pool, sun beds always available, (the covers needed a wash, we took them off) food & service lunchtime was great but breakfast service was awful, always running out of something on buffet, took 10 minutes one morning to fill the 1 milk jug up, a cereal spoon was hard to come by, often another 5-10 mins wait, butter/croissants would also run out, it was not busy & plenty of staff working but most stood around talking doing nothing. Plenty of taxis available opposite hotel, walking to square is around 25 mins walk.

Le seul gros point négatif à signaler est qu'il y a trop peu de transats. Je n'ai jamais pu en avoir un car il doit y en avoir une petite quarantaine pour tout l'hôtel . Aussi, les gens les réservent hyper tôt le matin voire tard le soir en posant une serviette ou autre dessus. Puis ils vaquent à leurs occupations et reviennent se poser sur les transats et ainsi de suite: ils empêchent donc pas mal de monde d'en profiter... Un conseil, si vous voulez profiter de la piscine, il faut se lever de très bonne heure!!

L'accueil à la réception est chaleureuse et conviviale. Les chambres sont très confortables avec tout le confort requis pour un séjour réussi. Un vaste et magnifique jardin est doté d'une belle piscine. Les petits déjeuners sont complets et savoureux. Wifi efficace et parking sécurisé sont à noter. Mais de grâce... pourquoi cette musique dans le jardin...? Le calme est bien plus reposant...

The hotel Is in a nice location green with a pool. It s nice to have breakfast with that landscape. breakfast Is bit poor same food every day. Nothing special except for the fresh omelette made at the Moment. Pool Is really cold. There Is a ping pong and free tennis courts (It would be nice having a service of lending rackets and ball for tennis because people don t brink rackets in their luggage so It s having a court without the possibility to use it) .Wifi Is a bit inconsistant. Rooms are basic ,TV has 10 channels ,that s It. Bathroom also basic there Is no hairdryer. Staff Is kind ,especially the guy at the reception Always smiling and helpful.

2 nuits chambre 151 les 28 et 29 sept 2025: la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur des 4* annoncées, les rideaux ne coulissent pas sur les tringles, les chaises sur la terrasse sont couvertes de peinture de façade et il n'y a pas de table comme sur les autres terrasses, l'ensemble n'est pas trés propre et cerise sur le gâteau, un énorme cafard est ressorti dans la salle de bain... L'établissement présente beaucoup de traces de vieillissement, de manque d'entretien et ne mérite pas ses 4* comme affiché. Le personnel n'est pas remis en question, ni l'accueil. Nous avons été déçu. Pierre Masson et 4 autres personnes. Nice

Des escrocs, propreté à revoir, buffet nul, pas de cuillères à café, pas de serviettes ni suffisamment de transats (détails), piscine sale, les petits jeunes qui travaillent là-bas subissent des maltraitances, n'allez surtout pas faire des excursions avec l'hôtel, favorisé Guetyourguide !! Les marocains sont adorables et très accueillants, dommage d'être tombée sur cet hôtel......

The staff were very friendly. The hotel facilities were great with a big pool and decent pool bar where food and drinks were available throughout the day. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms a good size. The cleanliness of our room was a bit of a shock as we were used to much higher standards ( nothing major that would stop us from staying there again) resulting in us buying a disinfectant for the bathroom in the nearest Carrefour. Overall we enjoyed out time at this hotel.

Je cherche encore les étoiles ? Ménage approximatif malgré les 3 femmes de ménage qui vous dérangent avec ou sans le papier sur la porte (sol toujours sale et caleçon d’un ancien client dans le placard). Pas de bouteille d’eau inclues dans les chambres. Le coffre est dans un état lamentable et ne fonctionne pas pour vos effets personnels. J’avais demandé lors de la réservation un lit double, j’ai eu deux lits simples et quand je leur demande de me mettre des draps de lit double sur les lits jumeaux on me répond que ce n’est pas possible. Pas d’eau chaude également ou très aléatoire. Pas de navette pour l’aéroport.

Horrible, chambre trop sale rempli de moustique. Il y a des traces de moustique mort sur les murs et plafond avec des taches de sang et toujours plein de moustique qui vol, impossible de dormir sans devoir les tuer, j’ai du en tuer une vingtaine et pourtant il y en avait toujours. Sale de bain et toilette qui donne pas envi de rentrer. Investissez dans l’entretien des chambres, c’est la base pour un hôtel sensé être un 4 étoiles. Heureusement j’y suis resté que 2 nuits sinon j’aurais pas tenu plus longtemps.

Be aware people! we got bites all over our bodies… at our arrival home, we consulted and came out it was bed bugs… need to disinfect all our clothes and our stuff… we were at room 151, I guess the whole place is infected. Given the 4 stars and the price, we expected more cleanness and professionalism… very disappointing!

Looking at hotel from the outside, Kennedy himself could have stayed there in the 60's... The hotel desperately needs a paint job. The hotel foyer, floors and rooms are incredibly clean, however, the restaurant area was not so clean. Tablecloths look dirty and are covered in food crumbs. I just felt like everything i touched, plates, salt dish, just felt dirty . The swimming pool are could do with a bit of a clean and upgrade of sun loungers.

Yje Bungalow i stayed in was very poor qulity. I had to call maintenance twice to get a lught to work, the AC to work, and the tub to drain. Paint is peeling all over, linenes were small compared tot eh ed size, but somewhat clean. Staff really nice but it is an impressive property from the ourside but the rooms are really really very old and worn out.

Hotel was clean, the safe in the room wasnt working but they offered to put passports in the safe in the reception. currently they say all safes dont work, limited choice of TV channels (12) and air con is central , not that cold in the summer but reasonable, good fridge in the room. decent continental breakfast but wifi poor throughout. Streaming is diffucult especially if you have netflix

À notre arrivée, il y avait une queue interminable à la réception car les chambre n étaient pas prêtes. Ma chambre avait une fuite d eau au plafond et des champignons !!!! La personne a la réception m a immédiatement changer de chambre et m a donné un bungalow !!!! Un état général vieillissant, lampes de chevet et prises qui ne fonctionnaient pas, pas de TV et je ne parle pas de la salle de bain. A rénover L extérieur et l emplacement sont parfaits

Positives: Good location near shopping mall restaurants and within walking distance of downtown Marrakech and sights. Staff are friendly and are willing to help. Negatives: We stayed 4 nights and booked a room for four. Two adults and two children. There was one large bed and two small couches for the children to sleep on. There was no sofa bed. Inevitability the adults ended up sleeping on the couches which are too short for an adult. Smal could fall off the couch during the night. By check in we were charged €24 tourism tax. We were told by Hotels.com that we would only need to pay €16. Children under 12 are exempt. There is no internet in the rooms and only in the public areas. Breakfast was limited also.

Inevitability the adults ended up sleeping on the couches which are too short for an adult. Smal could fall off the couch during the night. By check in we were charged €24 tourism tax. We were told by Hotels.com that we would only need to pay €16. Children under 12 are exempt. There is no internet in the rooms and only in the public areas. Breakfast was limited also.

L’hôtel est bien situé à hivernage mais dans une rue calme. Par contre il ne vaut pas du tout ses 4 étoiles hôtel ancien les chambres duplex sont pas entretenus. Nous avons été envahis par les moustiques la Clim ne fonctionnait pas pas de chaîne TV. On a dû nous changer la chambre pour avoir un minimum de confort. À fuir! This is a dated property. Clean and spacious, but lacking in some areas. For example, no hairdryer, no working safe, no wifi in room. Our air conditioning didn’t work and there was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. Buffet dinner is 20 euro pp, but we had some great pizza and beer at poolside for same amount. Bed was very comfortable.

The first time I stayed here about 6 years ago it was called the Farrah hotel and now the Kennedy hospitality The hotel needs upgradingas it looksold and outdated especially for the price i paid wasn't cheap. I couldn't believe there was no hairdryer in the bathroom and the beds were not comfortable at all. Breakfast was same everyday and not much choice. The staff were very friendly. Location is good and you could walk to jamal fina and Gueliz.

Malgré les efforts des réceptionnistes, nous avons récupérér les clés des chambres que tard. Et grande nouveauté, une sonorisation assourdissante des espaces communs (piscine, jardin, terrasses) qui hurle, rendant ces mêmes espaces insupportable, dommage car le jardin est magnifique. Départs matinaux et arrivées tardives de groupes, bruyants, nuisances sonores assurées dans les couloirs. Nous ne reviendrons plus...!

Amazing location, minutes from the liveliest of nightlife but quiet in itself. Wifi even worked in the grounds, by the pool etc. Excellent staff and brilliant value for Hivernage. I'll be back in the spring.

Avons été relogé d'urgence dans cet hôtel car avions à la base réservé un riad en plein coeur de la médina.A notre arrivée au riad pas de réservation à notre nom...globalement hôtel correct dans le quartier hivernage,petit-déjeuner désastreux par contre!Séjour contrarié du fait du changement de logement.

There Is a ping pong and free tennis courts (It would be nice having a service of lending rackets and ball for tennis because people don t brink rackets in their luggage so It s having a court without the possibility to use it) .Wifi Is a bit inconsistant.
