Tettenhall Village Townhouse

Im glad you got in touch. I seem to have a problem with out recent stay. I did a “Pet friendly” search for properties in Wolverhampton over Christmas for 4 adults with 3 bedrooms, as both our daughters are adult now. When I put the pet friendly bit in most of the houses/apartments disappeared, and so I booked the one in Tettenhall as it looked perfect. Upon leaving I received an email form the owner saying there were only 2 adults on the booking, and it wasn’t pet friendly. How did this hap

The host was great but I booked this through a ' dog friendly stays,' search, I put in 3 bedrooms, 5 people and a pet and they have just got in touch to say only 2 people were on the booking and it is a no pets property. Which I don't understand as lots and lots of properties disappeared from the search when I put in a pet, but this one stayed and so I booked it. I literally only looked at pet friendly stays so I don't understand how this happened. If you could clarify???
