A guesthouse é muito bem localizada, os quartos são bem limpos e quentinhos, o banheiro apesar de ser compartilhado estava em otimo estado, mas também não haviam outros hospedes em nosso andar. A cozinha também é muito bem equipada. Não há ninguem no espaço, nenhum funcionário, você recebe um código para entrar usa e vai embora. Para mim foi pratico fiquei só uma noite e atendeu as minhas necessidades.

We had a good stay. Our room was small but we spent very little time in it. Being out all day on tours - the Guesthouse is very close to all the bus stops and bus station to access these tours. We lost our room key which was sorted straight away by the staff and we were very grateful to get this sorted so efficiently. The kitchen is in need of some repairs - the stove is smashed in the corner and the dishwasher not working. All bathrooms and kitchen was always clean. I think more drying cloths in the Kitchen would be good. Some guests had to put glasses back wet. It was perfect for our budget and trip. I would stay again.

Wonderful property - we stayed here twice during our trip and both times we had a great stay. The staff were very accommodating with our questions and requests as well. Note that if you’re bringing large luggage parking can be a bit of a challenge but regardless it is definitely still worthwhile staying here!

Shared kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed for meals. One bathroom per floor of 3 rooms so there were people from other floors coming to ours to use the bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot!

The location was fantastic. Check in was easy. Staff seemed to come in regularly and take out the trash and tiddy up the bathrooms. The couch for the third person to sleep on was awful. There was a lot of mold in the shower and the drain didn’t work well. You had to continually shut the water off during your shower so it didn’t flood the bathroom. Staff was notified and they were able to have maintenance clean the drain the following day. Customer service was good. Overall, the location was worth the stay.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison à l'allure extérieure défraîchie mais bien située pour visiter la ville. Je penses que nous n'avons pas eu de chance car les autres utilisateurs étaient sales et bruyants. La douche était couverte de cheveux et de poils.... il y avait du moisit sur la douche. Les toilettes aussi étaient sales. La chambre est plutôt propre. La cuisine est miniscule par rapport au nombre de chambres

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. If you are a light sleeper like myself then the traffic road noise maybe an issue. We physically checked in at 10 pm and left at 4 AM to leave for the airport.

Some of the other guests were very loud and noisy and walls are thin. The keypad to get in was very loud and we heard everyone entering and exiting. It’s on a busy street but it is walkable to down town which was nice. The room was very stuffy with no way to get any airflow but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was always wet so I don’t know if there was a leak or it was just from showers. It was a cheaper option for the area but I’m glad we were barely there and only stayed a couple nights. All in all…meh.

The door and window hinges were both broken. It was very difficult to open the door to our room. It was Impossible to close the window completely, making it a chilly and noisy night. The electricity in our room was off when we got to the room. When we called the reception desk they told us to check the fuse box. The electricity went off again when we were getting ready for bed. The parking was very difficult as non locals since parking is along the side of a very busy street. It was however a comfortable room and the common area was nice and well equipped.

Beds are terrible. Curtains are falling off. There’s a TV but no socket to plug in. We’re 4 family and the sofa bed were moving and separating. It’s centrally located though. Cleaning lady are really nice. But it’s really really old. Windows are broken.

Not at all newly renovated like they promised. Very bad (if any) ventilation in bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Consider paying a bumpy more for some better quality. Beds we comfortably but that’s about all. No instructions for the Apple TV. No possible way to get help from the owner.

Very pleasant experience. No contact needed. All the instructions given ahead of time. Felt very comfortable finding the property. Everything as described. Good backup for your money. And free parking was always available near the property. Kitchen had everything you need to cook, coffee was provided free or charge.

We loved our stay at the guesthouse, from the convenient location to the coffee maker in the kitchen. It had everything we needed at a good price. Customer service really helped us out by checking to see if we could drop our bags off a few hours earlier than the regular check-in time. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and seating area. When we rented a car at the last minute, we had no trouble finding free parking. We would definitely stay here again!

チェックイン方法を記載したメールが届いておらず、当日ホテルに入れず大変困りました。電話がつながったため無事チェックインできましたが、ネット環境しかない場合は注意が必要です。 施設自体は、共用スペース含め困ることはありませんでした。シャワーが少し狭く水の詰まりもありましたが、大きな問題ではありません。 ありがとうございました。

I was disappointed with the staff follow up per our request. Three out of the four people in our party are allergic to pillows and comforters with feathers. I put in a request to have this changed and was told that they would bring us alternative linens and pillows. They never showed up and I called again and emailed and was told that they made a mistake and would not be bringing us what we needed in order to sleep without allergens. They apologized but did not bring what they had told us they would earlier in the day. Another negative is that it is on a main road and our room happened to be on the road side. If you can try to request a room on the opposite side, The positive is that it was clean.

Aside from a shared bathroom arrangement- which wasn’t a problem at any point- this place was a good base for a walking exploration of Reykjavik. We walked to and from transpiration points- including the bus depot- pretty easily. We’d go back, certainly.

Some of the other guests were very loud and noisy and walls are thin. The keypad to get in was very loud and we heard everyone entering and exiting. It’s on a busy street but it is walkable to down town which was nice. The room was very stuffy with no way to get any airflow but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was always wet so I don’t know if there was a leak or it was just from showers. It was a cheaper option for the area but I’m glad we were barely there and only stayed a couple nights. All in all…meh.

Close to downtown, but not in downtown. Walk across the street and cut next to church and you are in downtown. Bonus points for coffee machine in kitchen and free street parking

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue mais assez calme le soir. Arrêt de bus pour aller au centre ville juste devant, 10 mn pour celui qui va à l'aéroport. Cuisine et salle de bain agréables, literie confortable. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir y laisser les bagages en cas de check in précoce même pour 30 mn, il faut déposer aux lockers du BSI bus terminal, un peu cher.

The whole place smells like the shared bathroom, the curtains didn’t cover the windows that are open to a highway. There are no window coverings in the bathroom and the neighbors can watch you take a shower, which has to be quick before it floods. The counters are held together by tape, the ceiling had recently been painted, but mold was coming through and the room was next to the kitchen and loud. The pullout couch was ripped, as well as the sheets. The tv didn’t work. I can’t believe hotels.com would put their name on it. I reached out to the property and was told there wasn’t a way they could help.
