The male receptionist at the hotel was great. The female receptionists seemed disinterested to provide customer service. The room was nice except for the following, room service (clean towels, tissue rolls) should be daily or minimum every two days. The carpet was not clean upon arrival. The sleep and air condition were good along with the washroom facilities. The location of the hotel is good and you can walk it to Masjid Al Haram with local supermarkets and masjid right next to the hotel. The free shuttle service was ok there were two occasions. 1. the bus did not arrive at the car park location and another 2. The bus was parked, engine off and lights off. Both occasions led to me spending 50 riyal and I was not compensated even when I spoke to the manager.

Just far from haram and shuttle goes on certain times and they are not good times. Like no return after shurooq no like tahajud time trip. Just 30 mins before fajir. So I got taxi for 10 riyals which is not bad at all still. Everything else is good. Clean, good service, good breakfast

Forget about anyone answering your call from reception — even if you’re dying in your room. No matter what time I called (day or night), the reception never picked up. After going down personally and asking why they don’t answer, the only response I got was: “I was busy with customers at the counter.” Apparently, one person handles everything, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel in Makkah. This wasn’t a one-time issue — it happened all three times I tried calling, even on different days. Secondly, the washroom drainage was very poor. Water did not go down properly, so the bathroom floor stayed wet and dirty all the time. Very inconvenient. Now the good part: • The room was clean • Breakfast was good However, transportation is another issue. Unless you have your own car, be prepared to walk. Their shuttle bus drops you far from the Haram, and you still need to walk around 15 minutes to reach. Overall, the hotel needs more staff, better maintenance, and improved shuttle service. Clean room and good breakfast, but the service issues make the stay uncomfortable.

It was a good hotel to stay near haram. Overall amazing feedback however there was a slight issue of construction happening infront of the hotel which cost alot of time and issue with travelling to haram. Taxi cost was high from 20-40 riyal. Hotel does provide free shuttle. Breakfast was really nice

It was a wonderful experience at Three Points Musalli. The hotel provided bus service to the Haram and made sure the impact of the construction going on around the area was not too much. My only concern about the hotel was the noise coming from the vents of the room that was allocated to me on the 11th floor. I didn’t request for a room change though, because I was spending most of my times at the Haram. But overall, it was a great facility and I would recommend the hotel any time.

Biggest obstacle is that they do not have a shuttle. I would recommend for the property to partner up with other hotels and this way they can share the cost .

Everything was pleasant! However there was no shuttle bus. Multiple sources said there is a free shuttle bus however that’s not true. No shuttle bus from the hotel.

Great service, really friendly and responsive staff, plus free bus service to Masjid al-Haram.

Very clean and peaceful place. Friendly staff. The road works meant it was sometimes hard trying to get a taxi without jumping into one that stops on the busy flyover road for you.

The House keeping are very poor, everyday you must call them several times before they to clean the rooms, the restaurant staff are very rude and arrogant. The porter also very arrogant talks to everyone anyhow. The only good people and who are well manner are the receptionist both the male and female Mrs Shashada very polite and well experienced worker.

1.Due to roads closure it was challenging for taxi to assess ,we had a hard time due to that.. 2.cleaning schedule was not done on time until a follow up was done.

Overall I had a good stay except we were not told about the shuttle being only for Umrah performers . We had to walk most of the time . Also WiFi was a little slow

No WiFi Internet connection at ALL, you can connect but no page or any will open. It is very weak wired. Wireless? oh forgot about it and use your cell phone instead. I notified staff about it and got me a tech, but no progress. Tech gave me an ethernet cable but still very slooooow. Morning staff need alot of improvement but night staff is good and get your concerns addressed. Hotel breakfast is ok. Three stars out of 5. Food inside this hotel is ok but super expensive. It is more expensive than the airport. So don't eat there. Walking distance to Al Kaaba is about 17-20min. Restaurants are very bad and poor quality in that area around this hotel. I don't see myself going back to it.

Property is a good quality close to haram, rooms are slightly on the smaller side.

Multiple issues with the hotel ranging from the WiFi to lack of room service. The iftar service was amazing on the other hand only highlight of the hotel. Amazing chefs and kitchen staff.

Really amazing staff,i got the 12th floor good side view of the clock tower. Only 10minutes walk to the Haram, but not for the faint of heart. Alot of inclines and declines, be carefull with the traffic walking on the bridge infront of the hotel. Please get their breakfast package, didnt try their lunch or dinners. Cabs charge alot, i would suggest cross the bridge to the other side and get a cab,10 riyal or else 25riyal.

The room had reasonable space, pillows were very thick and stiff though. Bathroom had strong pressure head with shampoo and shower gel. Coffee and tea option was there. Iftar buffet had a variety of warm meals and salads. Staff were very efficient in replenishing the food and clearing out tables as well as welcoming guests despite the extreme crowding due to the timing ( last ten days of ramadan). Location was good close to supermarkets, it was a 30 minute walk to the haramein.

The room size was good and clean. The restaurant food was very good quality.

Our dtay here was amazing. The room was a but small than we expected, however their amenities and surrounding shops were great.

Comfortable and clean room, 25 minutes walk to Haram and shopping centres, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food.You can book half day if you need to or after check out they are welling to store your luggage for couple of hours. I recommend this place and would love to come again.

Amer on the nights was an outstanding member of staff, always had a massive and genuine smile ready to welcome you back into the hotel. Warm and hospitable, and his english was miles better than my arabic

The hotel is not reachable due to construction. The room wasn’t clean. The hotel manager on duty was not hospitable. The front desk lady was nice and friendly she got it check quickly after all.

Breakfast menushould meet the multicultural clients requirements as it was only Mediterranean menu. The shuttle timing should be more frequent.We stayed there for , 5 nights but we didn't use once. AMER and all front desk representatives were very cooperative and helpful. KITCHEN staff was also very cooperative and friendly. Thanks

Un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel ! Le service était tout simplement irréprochable : le personnel a été chaleureux, attentionné et toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins avec professionnalisme. La proximité de l'hôtel avec la Mecque en fait un lieu idéal pour les pèlerins, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Vous pourrez vous y rendre à pied (environ 1,2 km) ou en bus mis à disposition par l'hotel. Bien que des travaux de voirie aient eu lieu jour et nuit à proximité, l’hôtel n’en est bien sûr pas responsable, et cela n’a en rien affecté la qualité de mon séjour. Leur engagement à offrir un environnement de détente et de confort malgré ces circonstances est à saluer. Sans hésiter, je reviendrai ici pour mon prochain séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui cherchent un service de haute qualité dans un cadre accueillant et idéalement situé.

Great people great customer service very friendly

I was attacked in the middle of the night. Someone perpertrator ringing my bell knocking my door for 3 hours. I was so scared. I called front desk 4 times no answer goes to the voicemail: I left messages that my life is in danger no one came to rescue me. I called Expedia. Expedia agent tried to call receptions, 3 times No response. Then Expedia agent was kind told me to check out And have tax driver come to Scort you. When I went to check out. Young lady came to the reception I am sorry the person was new didn’t know how to respond was her answer. I still didn’t get refund for the remainder nights. Since I was terrorized and I left for my own safety

Açık büfe kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterince mevcuttur. otel temiz ve hijyenik, en önemlisi çok sessiz. Yaklaşık 20 gün konakladık. Görevli personel güler yüzlü hizmet sunuyor. Konum olarak Mescid-i Haram’a biraz uzak yürüyerek gidip gelmek biraz yorucu oluyor. Otel namaz vakitlerinde otobüs servisi var.

This was a great place not far from Masjid al Haram. But there was construction going on at the time so had to reach it by walking a short distance. Either way the walk to the Haram was only 30 minutes and once the road is finished should be 15-20 min. Otherwise amazing place for the price and great service and nice rooms.

Hotel was great ma sha Allah. But currently umm ul qura road is closed and so it causes difficulty to get to it and also adds more time to get to the Haram. If you are single or just with men its fine but becomes difficult with family.

The construction in front of the property caused repeated problems for me as a guest during arrival after a long international flight and subsequent taxis not understanding how to get to hotel property and going in circles. Upon arrival I had no idea there was construction that would force me to roll 2 suitcases through dirt alleyways and look for tiny hotel arrow signs. I was jet lagged and it was hot. No warning from hotel about this situation to me the guest. Later other taxi drivers, dropped me in odd locations and I had to figure out how to reach hotel on foot. One taxi was so bad that I had to walk around for 25 minutes in circles because of the construction closures. I had to rely on the kindness of a random person to walk me fir 10 MINUTES through narrow turns in the heat to reach the hotel. Fahim, a staff person at the hotel, was amazing in helping me arrange a competent taxi driver after this particular disaster. I almost felt I couldn’t leave the hotel because returning to the hotel in taxis was so stressful. I am a female with many years of experience traveling on my own and I never encountered problems with taxis like this, and everyone has map apps and still can’t navigate. Fahim went above and beyond at the hotel to help me with the taxi thereafter. I am grateful to him. The hotel room was good, no noise issues and breakfast buffet was excellent. Front desk staff was helpful too.

There is a lot of construction in front of the property. It took the Uber driver an additional 40 minutes to find a backroad to access the hotel, which made our trip extremely inconvenient. The hotel and rooms themselves are good, but accessibility is a huge issue. We ended up switching hotels after the first night, as it was not worth the hassle of transportation.

The hotel is nice. However, due to construction of a bridge, it is not easily accessible by car/taxi.

Location was not bad but due to the construction, it became really inconvenient to access the hotel. Taxi had to stop about 300-350 meters away. They offered shuttle but it picked far from the hotel as well dropped so far from the Haram. We preferred to walk from the hotel to the Haram (about 1.8 km).

Clean Room, Breakfast and Staff

Amazing hotel, staff, and service. The only issue is that the construction on the street creates issues for transportation. If you want to book this hotel you can walk to the Haram in 25 min using the narrow pathways through the construction on um al-qura road. Or you can walk to the selat al-bait hotel and order a taxi from there ts a short 5 min walk to that hotel on Sheikh Mansour road. Also amazing breakfast, once the construction clears up this hotel is a must.

Good place to stay while you are doing your Umra or Haj, great restaurant all you can eat breakfast. Walking distance to the masjid. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are very helpful and polite. Taxi drivers find it difficult to locate as its not updates correctly on google map. Breakfast choices are really good but they dont serve lunch or dinner despite having 2 restaurants on site which is really odd. There are some local restaurants nearby and a grocery store. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from Haram which was really helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Its a nice cosy hotel. Hard to get there even on taxi and a bit of walk from Haram. You have to inform reception for cleaning and then constantly remind them. Breakfast is okay and too great. No choice of English tea.

Property was good about 30 minute walk to the haramein. Rooms were clean, good size, coffee and tea as well as complimentary water. They did have a laundry bag which was misleading as they do not have that service. Our room had a nice view of the clock tower. Bathroom was in great condition excellent water pressure, two types of shower heads. There was shampoo and body shower provided as well. The Iftar buffet was ample there was a big selection of hot meals, also a big selection of salads, desserts and beverages. Both tea and Arabic coffee was available. As this was a very busy time last week of Ramadan, so very crowded but restaurant employees were very efficient greeted people nicely and offered them tables. Plates were cleared out right away so that you can go for another round to the buffet. Buffet was replenished right away. All in all it was very good.

We have enjoyed our stay (Quality hotel, Nice service, The staff are very friendly and pleasant). 20*25 mins walk to Al-Masjid Al-Haram. I wish they would provide a shuttle service from the hotel to Masjid Haram as this was the most inconvenient for us. What's more, if they could pay more attention to breakfast, which is the same every day, without much variety. I highly recommend !!
