A separate pool for adults would be great. Both pools are currently next to each other around the bar, not a great experience for adults wanting to relax and disconnect but great for families that take over the entire area

The room was great, very clean and spacious! Restaurant was nice, we ate there every night of our stay. We can also recommend the free guided bike ride. The down side for us was how ´family friendly´ the hotel was. Probably a plus for other types of guests, but we couldn´t enjoy the pool because it was constantly occupied by playing children.

Hôtel original dans la forêt, en harmonie avec le milieu. Un peu plus rustique toutefois que sur les photos. Propre, belle piscine, restaurant satisfaisant avec de bons vins. Tour de vélo sympa. Petit déjeuner correct. On regrette l'absence de navette pour la ville, les chutes ou l'aéroport. Il faut faire appel à des taxis qui ne sont pas toujours sur place et paraissent plus chers ici que dans le reste du pays.

The good: spending time in the forest whilst visiting Iguazu is a truly special experience and this hotel has elements that could make it a great hotel. Some of the staff in the restaurant and reception are friendly and attentive. Some are at the beginning of that learning curve. When something broke in our room the team were very prompt to fix it The bad: the room was so humid it made our clean clothes damp - outside was in fact less humid. The bathroom was tired with dirty grout, broken shower screen and in need of a refurbishment. The pictures screwed into the walls in all corners were unattractive, the stained furniture and the broken lampshades added to the motel vibe. The ugly: the broken flooring in the pool is dangerous and the ongoing construction work should be highlighted to guests at the booking stage which is what other good establishments do

This property was clean, comfortable beds and good shower. Unique experience being so close with the jungle. However there is not a spa. They have 1 person for massages in a small hut. The hot tub is not hot and we didn’t feel like the photos accurately reflected the property.

Room was not ready. It was ok we came early than checking in. Room was nice but smelled terrible. Floor extremely slippery. My husband fell in the bathroom. Next day no towels at 4 pm. Breakfast opened at 7am. Very old coffee in the lobby. Location was nice. We could not stay past 10 am.

We stayed at the lodge for 3 nights with our two kids to visit Iguazu falls in December 2023. The pictures shown on hotels.com is not representative for the reality. The rooms are simple, they smell mould and there is a lot of mould in the beds. Very simple rooms. What is good is the pool and the pool area and the restaurant is OK. We would not stay at this lodge again at our next visit.

We had a great time, front desk staff were very helpful, they helped us schedule transportation to/from the airport, as well as a round trip driver to Iguazu Falls. The breakfast and dinner were great, and our rooms were clean. A great place to stay if you want to feel like you are in nature.

Check in was fast and efficient. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean but some of the facilities in the room was old, example the toilet flush button was about to spoilt and the balcony door was hard to push open as it seems to not been oiled or lubricant enough.

The hotel is located inside a jungle reserve, so better rent a car or have lots of cash for taxis. WiFi did not work most of the time. Be prepared to see bugs, spiders, or small centipedes inside your room, they’re mostly harmless. This place is surrounded by nature, so if you do not enjoy this, I suggest looking for alternatives. Limited options for dining and having food, and it’s far from the main town.

We arrived at 2:51 and would not let us check in until 3:00pm. 9 minutes early., so you are forced to wait outside with no AC or inside the tiny reception area that is no more than 150 square feet , The rooms are very nice if you book a mini suite other ways the standard rooms are very very small., there is only one restaurant in the property and a small pool area., it was a shock to arrive to the middle of nowhere ., there are not many amenities in the hotel., the staff are pleasant., but we would not return., rather stay on a more traditional hotel stay with AC recreation areas

We stayed one night at the Reserve Virgin Lodge as part of our trip to Iguazú Falls. We loved the on theme jungle lodgings and quiet luxury of the rooms. The accommodation was very spacious, including the rain shower and bathroom. We enjoyed the bar and pool area as well as the restaurant and think this is a great hotel to make a visit to Iguazu top notch.

Pictures on the Expedia site are of a newer building they have built on the property. We were put in cabins out back that needed renovation. Dinning hall was new and renovated Ms breakfast options were descent. Staff was helpful with our bags however the early check in was not available on any of our 3 rooms that we had booked. Didn’t get the Expedia VIP beverages or early/late checkins for members. Staff was friendly

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann viele Erfahrungsberichte zur schlechten Qualität nicht teilen und bin von der Spitzenleistung überzeugt. Die Lage im Regenwald ist schön, wobei man dies nicht mit dem Dschungel verwechseln darf. Dennoch sieht man hier zwischen dem Grün viele schöne Vögel (Kolibris usw.). Die Unterkünfte sind sauber und bequem. Entsprechend der Lage im Regenwald sind diese gepflegt. Hervorzuheben sind die sehr gute Auswahl des Frühstücks und Abendessens im Restaurant. Die Preise sind etwas höher, aber von sehr guter Qualität. Mucho Gusto! Transportoptionen können sehr einfach arrangiert werden. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Llegamos a la recepción y no vamos nadie para atender. Tuvimos que ir 2 veces al restaurante a ver si alguien nos ayudaba, después de 30 minutos logramos hacer check in. La habitación olía muchísimo a humedad (o guardado, era fuerte el olor). El desayuno demasiado demasiado delicioso. Tienen taxis ahí mismo entonces es rápido el servicio. Un hotel bueno para descansar, en medio de la del selva. Muy lindas las instalaciones.
Llegamos a la recepción y no vamos nadie para atender. Tuvimos que ir 2 veces al restaurante a ver si alguien nos ayudaba, después de 30 minutos logramos hacer check in. The staff were responsive, attentive and kind. Communication was through whatsapp and it was very efficient. You feel immerse in nature. At this moment there is construction going on and it may disrupt a bit the serene atmosphere. The restaurant for dinner is good. For breakfast and lunch the restaurant its ok, restaurant service ok. The shower needs some stand or something to place the hygiene products somewhere other than the floor or the table outside of the shower. Hotel is clean. The staff does help you coordinating transportation anywhere, outside and in property activities as well. Check out it’s a bit early 10am. Overall good experience.

We arrived at 2:51 and would not let us check in until 3:00pm. 9 minutes early., so you are forced to wait outside with no AC or inside the tiny reception area that is no more than 150 square feet , The rooms are very nice if you book a mini suite other ways the standard rooms are very very small., there is only one restaurant in the property and a small pool area., it was a shock to arrive to the middle of nowhere ., there are not many amenities in the hotel., the staff are pleasant., but we would not return., rather stay on a more traditional hotel stay with AC recreation areas

We had a great time, front desk staff were very helpful, they helped us schedule transportation to/from the airport, as well as a round trip driver to Iguazu Falls. The breakfast and dinner were great, and our rooms were clean. A great place to stay if you want to feel like you are in nature.

The hotel is located inside a jungle reserve, so better rent a car or have lots of cash for taxis. WiFi did not work most of the time. Be prepared to see bugs, spiders, or small centipedes inside your room, they’re mostly harmless. This place is surrounded by nature, so if you do not enjoy this, I suggest looking for alternatives. Limited options for dining and having food, and it’s far from the main town.

Very nice hotel and it’s so peaceful! The pool is lovely and the restaurant for breakfast was so good! Easy to travel to the waterfalls and the town of Iguazu is a short drive away. Highly recommend

Great place to stay in Puerto Iguazu, strategically located to visit the falls. You will need a car though... Excellent breakfast. We found going out disappointing to eat dinner, but the hotel has a good restaurant with reasonable prices. We loved the way they cooked our "pacu" river fish.

Hôtel original dans la forêt, en harmonie avec le milieu. Un peu plus rustique toutefois que sur les photos. Propre, belle piscine, restaurant satisfaisant avec de bons vins. Tour de vélo sympa. Petit déjeuner correct. On regrette l'absence de navette pour la ville, les chutes ou l'aéroport. Il faut faire appel à des taxis qui ne sont pas toujours sur place et paraissent plus chers ici que dans le reste du pays.

The setting was great, and the pool and bar was nice. Rooms could have been cleaner and the quality of the restaurant food wasn’t great, with a language barrier with the staff. Overall, we had a good stay.

Room smell terrible. Front desk did not allow us to stay 15 extra minutes. Breakfast very basic. Since it is a lodge, it should has coffee maker. A lot of mosquitos and insects on the bed. Very expensive for drink and dine.

Beautiful facilities in the middle of nature. Really gorgeous place. The restaurant for dinner has a great selection. Delicious food, great presentation and great price. The pool area is very nice.

We loved that the hotel was built into a jungle like area with low catwalks to get to the rooms. The vegetation was lush. The pool, the bar and the restaurant were the center of the property. They have a regular pool and a cold pool- which was welcome in 90 degree Fahrenheit temperatures. There were probably not enough chaise lounges in the shade. There were nice bar stools overlooking the pool for a drink and for lunch. We ate New Year’s Eve dinner and two lunches at the restaurant. The lunches were excellent and the food was good. At dinner , service was quite slow. The lobby for check in is quite small and the process takes some time but the hotel is very nice. There are no telephones in the rooms so you must rely on WhatsApp. The WiFi was good . You sign on in the lobby with a QR code. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the Falls. The hotel is well known so there is no problem in scheduling tours or transfers to and from the airport. I highly recommend seeing Iguazú Falls. All in all this hotel was a good choice for us.

O hotel nos surpreendeu. Passamos apenas uma noite, pois pegamos voo cedo em Puerto Iguazú. Mas o hotel é bonito, com excelente área de piscina. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, jantamos lá e foi excelente. O café d amanhã também é muito bom. Recomendo

Their was no running warm water , asked for them to help fix it multiple times and nobody helped Only 1 Chanel on the tv worked and you couldn’t see anything The screens on the balcony are broken so bugs and insects get in
