The location is perfect for anyone visiting the area and is an easy commute from Warwick House in Southam, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Gaydon and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a tranquil country setting for the professional who wishes to leave the maddening crowd, yet needs to be near major travel routes including the M1/M40. There are also lots of lovely local pubs and restaurants nearby. There is a smart TV, NETFLICKS and all free view channels. A basic breakfast of cereals, milk, tea and coffee is also provided for you to help yourself.
