Stayed here as a couple in January for 1 night and experienced extremely friendly and professional service from start to finish. We booked a junior suite which had recently been renovated to a very high standard. Would have liked a mini bar or a fridge, but our room was only a short walk to the small but cosy bar area. Prices in the restaurant were on the high side, but the food (we both had beef) was amazing! Would definitely recommend to couples looking for a quiet relaxing break. We shall certainly be back.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location near Oxford. We wish we had been allocated a room in the main house as it was pouring with rain and we had to run from the Coach House to the main house for breakfast and dinner. The Lavender restaurant was exceptional, decor and food, pricey but worth it. Staff were very friendly.

Holy smokes. What a place this is! Romantic for couples, quaint, historical . Lovely bar and food. Fabulous staff and breakfast. I think Maude still looks around the property as our tv kept turning itself on after I’d turned it off . Definitely go to Weston Manor

Beautiful gardens Would of welcome a leaflet on how to work coffee machine , spa bath !!! Would highly recommend staying . Thank you for making our stay special

We had a lovely room at the top level of the building, it was very spacious and was very in fitting with the manor experience, loved it! The staff were very friendly through out our stay and were very accommodating. They seemed to do multiple roles, e.g. from reception to bar, etc. which was fine, just to note it. We dined at the manor one evening. The food was quite tasty and the service weas great. However, I felt we were coraled to a back dining room to make way for a wedding party in the main dining room. It wasn't a terrible dining room, but I felt somehow like I was short changed. Breakfast was only OK, nothing to comaplain about, but not wow either. We drank at the bar both evenings, it was very quiet, not sure what other guests were doing as they weren't to be seen! We took our drinks to the garden and it was a nice, tranquil experience. On the second evening we went to a fabulous Japanese restaurant in Biceste, Mizu Japanese Ikakaya, felt very authentic. It rounded off our visit to the Bicester area quite nice. I'd stay again.

We stayed in a Junior Suite on the top floor of the main house. Lovely room but lots of stairs and no lift, which I don't think is clearly explained on the hotels.com website or app. During a previous stay, we had a fantastic dinner in the main restaurant, but the menu seemed different this time and so we decided to give it a miss. Breakfast was great. Nice and hot, a decent choice but not much of everything. The staff were doing their best to keep replenish anything that had run out. When I checked in, the reception area and bar was packed with people attending a party. Would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of our stay. Overall, this is a small and very high quality place that feels more like a private home than a hotel. Would certainly recommend for couples, and can't wait to return for a third stay.

Beautiful building and bedroom in the coach house. My husband and I both noticed the chemical smell on the pillows & bed linen. Unfortunately I have sensitive skin and because of the chemicals used in the bed linen did not get a good nights sleep. The towels had dirty marks on them. The breakfast was great - one day was buffet because there were so many guests, the other a menu choice as it wasn’t as busy. Strange as we were expecting menu choice both days.

Lovely grade II listed Manor House. Unfortunately due to the poor weather we were unable to enjoy the extensive grounds. The whole place is well decorated and clean but keeps many period features including wood panels and stone work. Service was first class and the food excellent. I can highly recommend this venue.

The building was incredibly cool. Lots of character and very well maintained. Our room felt luxurious and was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the fan in the room. The continental breakfast was perfect, but the made to order hot food was fantastic as well! We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer.

A beautifully furnished character hotel with superb cleanliness and staff. We had an evening meal which was probably more than we would normally pay, but it was excellent in all respects. The hotel cannot be blamed for inconsiderate guests. We had trouble sleeping due to what we assumed was a couple having a domestic problem which dragged on and on including repeatedly blowing a car horn in the early hours, speaking loudly and slamming doors.

Excellent hotel of a standard one dreams of. Warm and welcoming, helpful staff, high standard of cleanliness and choice of breakfast second to none. Usually there is a niggle somewhere but honestly I can't fault this hotel at all, I cannot praise it enough. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Staying in the junior suite for a single night, the room was very nice. Nice big space and some quirky furniture you’d expect in a ‘suite’ unfortunately no aircon and sunshine had been slowly cooking the room throughout the day. Facilities were good, the estate itself is stunning, very classic ‘estate’ for the part of the world. But felt like a square peg in a round hole for certain aspects being a hotel. Breakfast was a bit squashed in due to the lack of space, but the food itself was very good. An annoying slight sour taste in the mouth on check out. Agreed check out at 11, quite literally 11.03 we get a phone call saying we need to check out. To then get to reception where we check out to join a long queue for 10/15 mins. We could hear the other rooms being rung as we left our room. Staff felt a little robotic, pleasant enough but missing that bit extra. Overall it wouldn’t take much to be exceptional, and maybe a slightly harsh critique but it was a suite we paid for.

lovely hotel - very comfortable room although it was very hot and the temperature was difficult to regulate. dinner was good (service was a little haphazard and not particularly friendly). breakfast was excellent. my only negative is the that piped music playing downstairs was audible in my room (until 12.15am) which disturbed my sleep. I would definitely stay again. the hotel had made a huge effort with its Christmas decorations.

The Weston Manor Hotel was quite honestly a disappointment. There was no AC available in the rooms and during the current heatwave it was absolutely unbearable. We were in the coach house which is poorly ventilated (there is one small window nowhere near the bed) and it was boiling hot. They provided a fan that did very little. I just don’t think it’s acceptable to be a 4-star hotel and not have AC in the rooms. Furthermore, there were no amenities like ear buds, cotton pads, shower caps etc which are a basic requirement. The worst part was there was no mini fridge and so the water bottles provided were boiling hot and not drinkable. The breakfast was also very limited, the hot buffet portion was cold, and the waiting staff were brash and rude. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience and would not stay here again.

This hotel genuinely is superb.....would be a 10 out of 10 as everything is extremely impressive, its a beautiful setting, lovely grounds, staff were wonderful...but for 2 points...the Upgraded Delux room we have doesnt have a fridge. Small complaint but you should have one at this price. Secondly the seating (in rooms, the bar and other areas inside open to the public) had the same bizarre (slightly tacky) seats?? The hotel and rooms are adorned with amazing antiques and antique furniture, but the seats just stand out and really didnt fit with the rest of the 'image' the hotel portrays... These 2 issues aside its a 9.8 out of 10 from me, would definitely go back its a fantastic place to stay.

We had only booked in for an overnight stay en route to pick up our cruise ship at Portsmouth but unfortunately there was a technical problem with the ship so the hotel were marvelous in accomodating us for an extra night.We could stay in the same ground floor room.Staff were most courteous and could not do enough for you.I would highly recommend Weston Manor hotel.

Hotel set in beautiful grounds, peaceful & relaxing. Room was cosy with good facilities but could benefit from a self in the ensuite for make up etc. Breakfast ok, hot food could be replenished sooner. Varied cold buffet selection, a few more pastries to choose from would be nice but apart from that very good. .

We had the new Taster Menu which was incredible, amazing tastes, flavours and textures. Strongly recommend. Overall fantastic hotel, incredible restaurant and also a very fine wine cellar.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Coffee, tea and biscuits too. Breakfast was excellent, more fresh fruit choice would have good. 10 minutes in car to Bicester Village. Definitely would like to stay there again.

Lovely room, huge bed very vomfu Dinner was interesting, Stone fish and crab tortelloni….. but chef substituted tortellini with potatoes. Breakfast is a let down. Cooked food was good but do your own toast so have to gamble when eggs may arrive….very cheap bread too, Make your own coffee, no jugs for milk. Cold selection very poor. Staff lovely and helpful.

The property is amazing. Luxury bedding and beds resulting in a very contented sleep. Staff All really friendly couldn't do enough for you. Evening meal very mediocre, blue cheese sauce not brought with steak had to wait along time for sauce by which time steak was cold needed reheating. No Chantilly cream with desert as on menu . Would I stay again yes but would I dine their no .
