The hotel is in a great location, close to a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops. We had a good sized room on the ground floor, and were not disturbed by any unnecessary noise. Professional and friendly staff. Nearby garage for parking where we were also able to charge our electric car.

Extremely loud hotel. The room has constant ‘machine’ noises and you can hear every step and every uttered word from your neighbour. The hotel looks very nice but I would not recommend anyone going here. We paid 150 euros for one night (incl a parking spot) but I gladly would’ve paid 20 more for some silence.

Kleines feines Hotel mitten am Kanal in Utrecht. Mit Glück bekommt man einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Dazu muss man aber das Kennzeichen hinterlegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich aber lecker. Für den Kurztrip eine ideale Unterkunft

Nette hotel accommodatie. Kleine lobby dat tevens dient als ontbijt ruimte. Kamer 19 op begane grond gelegen was modern ingericht met een bankje , schrijf/ koffie/thee hoekje, groot bokspringbed , moderne wastafel en douche en wc. Stoffering netjes en rustig ( goed geïsoleerde) kamer. Top👍 Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd, niet overmatig wel voldoende. Vriendelijke vrouw die hielp als je wat nodig had. Een aanrader voor ons dus.

One of the most enjoyable hotel stays during our three weeks in Europe! Beautiful, spacious room with comfortable beds and bedding, air conditioning, helpful and friendly staff, easy access to shipping and restaurants and also easy area for Ubers to access (some parts of Utrecht can be tricky for taxis and Ubers). Would definitely return!

This hotel needs a little TLC. You get what you pay for though. Receptionist was lovely and helpful and let us store our bags prior to check in. No windows in The room (which we knew). Only fresh air was through a sky light, but bar noise outside at night forced us to keep it closed. Perhaps reception could supply ear plugs to guests as other hotels in the city do. The shower is so poorly designed you are furnished with a squeegee to wipe up water so it doesn’t run all over the floor. Our bottom sheet tore when trying to pull it tight over the mattress.

Purtroppo non credo la consiglierò: una stanza senza finestre è al limite della legalità. Manca l'aria. Menomale che non soffro di claustrofobia. Inoltre, la mancanza di aerazione, favorisce la formazione della muffa in bagno, i cui sanitari sono in un materiale che non consente la rimozione perfetta dei residui di sapone che rimangono visibili. Il bagno è troppo piccolo, non ci sono appoggi. Non c'è nemmeno una presa per il phon. In tutta la camera ci sono solo due prese di corrente. Infine, in barba al risparmio energetico, quando sono arrivata tutte le luci della stanza erano accese.

De ligging van deze accommodatie was top. Je loopt zo het centrum in. De accommodatie zelf oogt in eerste instantie keurig. Echter de badkamer rook wat muf als gevolg van vocht. Dit vochtprobleem was ook in de hoeken van de badkamer terug te zien in de vorm van schimmel. Verder was de kamer erg gehorig vanuit de gang. Ook zat de trap naar de volgende verdieping aan onze kamer waardoor je alles hoorde. Voor 1 nachtje te doen maar langer zou ik hier niet willen verblijven

The extra bed on the sleeping couch was VERY bad. You could feel/were sleeping on the iron bars through the thin matres, which resulted in a bad back for several days. The bathroom smeld awfull of mould. No windows in the room, only sky light.

Gehorige kamer zonder echt raam. Op zich was dat laatste wel origineel opgelost. Het bed was goed maar het beddengoed wat kort waardoor het snel los raakte. Badkamer rook erg muf. Op zich best leuk en netjes maar voor het geld iets meer verwacht

Leuk klein schalig hotel. Erg schoon. Kamer was erg mooi en rook heerlijk. Ook het ontbijt was goed, lekkere croissantjes met gekookt eitje. Helaas waren we vroeg wakker vanwege zonlicht. De kamer had geen ramen maar een solar tube. Die kon dicht gedaan worden. En die was ook dicht maar toch kwam er licht. Alsof het een Philips wakeup light was.

Wat een prachtige kamer.Alleen die licht koepel in het plafond was niet fijn het was al vroeg licht op de kamer. Daardoor was uitslapen er niet bij verder is het ontzettend gehorig leek net of de buren in dezelfde ruimte waren.ondanks alles hebben we het wel leuk gehad. Service was perfect👌 kamer

Very noisy night. Lot of talk in corridors, through walls, and slamming doors until 3 a clock in the morning. Mayby it was just this night and bad luck, but the sound proofing is obvious not that good if you happen to have noisy neighbours.

We sliepen met 3 personen op een kamer en er werd daarom een extra bed in de kamer gezet. Dit bleek bij aankomst een slaapban. Dit sliep er slecht en het bed maakte veel lawaai. De volgende ochtend aangegeven en kregen we een andere kamer toegewezen. Hier was het bed net zo slecht!

We were happily surprised with our stay. I booked a bunk bed room for one night, and they upgraded us to a large room with a queen-size bed, free of charge (and we did not even ask for it). Very cozy and clean hotel. Perfect location in Utrecht.

We enjoyed the closeness to the city Center and the size and cleanliness of the room. I was very disappointed however when they overcharged me for the room, which I paid by Visa, and then they said they would refund the over charged amount the next day. They said, the morning we were leaving, that they would have to refund it when their manager arrived that day. We came back to Canada the following day and I have now received an email saying they can’t refund ti Visa! I find this to be very fishy and am very upset with the way this has been handled.

Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade di camera (dalla più piccola, alla più spaziosa), che ci ha fatto estremamente piacere. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, la pulizia all'altezza delle aspettative e sebbene non ne abbiamo fruito, la colazione sembrava ottima. Dovessimo tornare, non avremmo dubbi dove alloggiare (a parità di upgrade)! 😉

Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade di camera (dalla più piccola, alla più spaziosa), che ci ha fatto estremamente piacere. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, la pulizia all'altezza delle aspettative e sebbene non ne abbiamo fruito, la colazione sembrava ottima. Dovessimo tornare, non avremmo dubbi dove alloggiare (a parità di upgrade)! 😉

This was a comfortable and convenient hotel to stay. Bus and the city center was all close by. It was in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood. We had joining rooms so the kids had their own space. Would definitely stay here again.

Leuk klein schalig hotel. Erg schoon. Kamer was erg mooi en rook heerlijk. Ook het ontbijt was goed, lekkere croissantjes met gekookt eitje. Helaas waren we vroeg wakker vanwege zonlicht. De kamer had geen ramen maar een solar tube. Die kon dicht gedaan worden. En die was ook dicht maar toch kwam er licht. Alsof het een Philips wakeup light was.

Kleines feines Hotel mitten am Kanal in Utrecht. Mit Glück bekommt man einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Dazu muss man aber das Kennzeichen hinterlegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich aber lecker. Für den Kurztrip eine ideale Unterkunft

Nette hotel accommodatie. Kleine lobby dat tevens dient als ontbijt ruimte. Kamer 19 op begane grond gelegen was modern ingericht met een bankje , schrijf/ koffie/thee hoekje, groot bokspringbed , moderne wastafel en douche en wc. Stoffering netjes en rustig ( goed geïsoleerde) kamer. Top👍 Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd, niet overmatig wel voldoende. Vriendelijke vrouw die hielp als je wat nodig had. Een aanrader voor ons dus.

Ontbijt was wat karig. Ei was al op om 8.45. Maar wat er stond was van prima kwaliteit. Tv op de kamer deed het niet maar genoeg te kletsen dus dat was niet zo erg.

I liked my room but didn’t like having an interconnecting door, especially when the couple in the next room were shouting aggressively at each other. It left me feeling vulnerable. The girl on reception was helpful and got the tv in my room working. Checking out online worked well as I was leaving quite early.
