We stayed at Element because it’s close to the airport and Lumen Field. We were in town for a concert. We didn’t want to stay in Seattle and chose Tukwila instead. We are very happy with Element in Tukwila. We will definitely be back. It’s safe, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Element has an bar with late night food and drinks. The vibe is outstanding. The breakfast was delicious as well. We’re very happy.

The hotel was great all around. The room was very well planned out. The patio and fire pit was wonderful. Just wish we can get the espresso bar/coffee in the late evening to enjoy the coffee by the fire pit. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of area for seating. The tv was not one of those extremely small one that make viewing difficult. Very clean rooms and property. The breakfast was a great spread with lots of food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking rate was higher than expected but security was important. Plenty of handicap parking spaces. Will definately stay there again. A great staycation spot. Exceeded expectation.

We stayed for three nights in a room with a kitchen and not once did room service come to freshen up or restock. I went to the front desk after the second day and got clean towels and asked what we should do with our garbage. They said to put it outside the room in the hall and they would pick it up and room service would be by in the morning to freshen up. They never came! So the third day I went back and asked for toilet paper, towels and dish soap from the front desk. When paying hundreds or dollars a night to stay at a hotel on vacation, I should not have to be doing the maids work. Then the last morning of our stay, before checking out and before the check out time. A maid let herself into our room without knocking while I was breastfeeding our child. I was upset, let the front desk know and no one said anything else about it. Disappointing.

Ok property that needs cleaning. The floors in our room were nasty and we had to use two bath mats to wipe it half way clean. There were visible stains. Carpet is super dusty. Also the whole time we stayed there we didn’t hear the sound of a vacuum or saw one. Everything was dusty. The location is ok if you rent a car. Bearkat’s is ok as well but not many options. They offer oatmeal packs but nowhere to cook them. Variety of toast including gluten free, some egg option daily, gravy and some drinks from concentrate. Pet friendly. Parking available. Limited options bar. Electric vehicle charging stations. This property should be better for almost $280/night. Marriott is dropping the ball on cleanliness.

Pros: Newer, clean hotel. Great free breakfast and central location. Nice amenities. Comfortable king bed. Cons: Terrible pull out couch bed, never towels or linens for more than 2 people, lacking customer service. For example, we asked for two pillows and blankets and towels since we were a family of four and it took almost 45 minutes to get them. I asked around 9 pm so my kids could go to bed (when they should have been there in the first place) and I had to call twice to see if they were going to actually come. My kids needed to sleep and could not because of the lack of service. Needs massive improvement.

Super great, we had a suite which had a mini kitchen and plenty of space to sleep a family of 5, which isn’t easy to find. My only complaint is that they charge $22 per night for parking and it used to be free, this isn’t in an area where parking is high demand so it just feels like they’re trying to squeeze more Pennie’s out of you.

The bed was comfortable. Our second night at the hotel we were woken up at 3:30am by 5 very drunk people sitting right near the front doors. Called the front desk and they did chase them away promptly. People in the room above us were very loud 2 different nights from 9:30 to midnight.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Tea in the lobby was very nice in the evening. Hallways smelled like fragrant soap. One slight annoyance was that even though I booked the room for two adults and two kids, they didn't make up the pull out couch bed. I got to make that using the linens in the closet. The room was well laid out and the lighting was excellent in the bathroom. Nice TV. We stayed before an early morning flight out of SeaTac. No early morning breakfast option. Parking was expensive considering it was not a controlled, monitored, locked, or gated parking.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The building construction is quite possibly the worst built hotel I have ever stayed at. Unless you are on the top floor, you will hear every footstep (which comes through as elephants dancing above you) and even conversations from those staying above you. Both nights we stayed here, we had to call the front desk at 10:30pm to ask that they tell those staying above us to quiet down. Note: the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and amenities were nice.

We checked in Lil late where the Night Shift is transitioning to start. We had a long drive from ocean shores and so we are hungry, tired, and cant wait to shower. We are with 4 kids and so we walk into our room I start the shower for my girls and let them enjoy while I un pack and organize our suit case and make the bed in the living room. My husband takes the boys to get us something to eat. Probably an hour an half in we are clean, organized, and ready to eat. Exhausted parents and kids are energized from their long nap during the drive and finally get TV time. We sit down and tried to turn on tv and nothing is working. Called the front desk and they tried to the best of their knowledge because maintenance checked out for the day. We tried changing remotes and still not working and so they told my husband we would have to wait until morning. I didn’t settle for that and they gave us a hard time to just change rooms where TVs are working. Instead of accommodating us to another room stated that we checked in for a while and should of informed them when we walked in? We did not sit down and try to turn in tv, we had did exactly what I described in the beginning. Front desk mention their manager wouldn’t allow a room change and so I’m livid at this point. I’m spending 800 plus for 2 nights and so everything should be working, if manager is gonna deny my request I demand for him to tell me himself so I can file a complain and we can get a refund and go somewhere else.

Honest Review from a Family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 Kids) We stayed here for what was supposed to be 3 nights but only got 2, even though we paid for all 3. Our flight was canceled, so we called ahead to let the hotel know we’d be checking in a day late and staying an extra day to complete the 3-night stay. They confirmed it was fine. But on the second night, we were told we had to check out and were refused a refund for the third night. The manager blamed Expedia and only waived our parking fees — which we appreciated — but we were left without a room for the day with our 10, 8, and 1-year-old kids. The room itself was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We slept great and loved having the full kitchen. Breakfast had good variety and tasted good too. Unfortunately, the pool was extremely dirty — we saw someone's underwear left on the side and hair and grime by the steps. Very off-putting, especially compared to the otherwise clean hotel. The staff was friendly, but the lack of follow-through and compassion was disappointing. We tried to do everything right and were still left in a tough spot. We would’ve returned despite the pool, but the poor handling of our situation changed that. Unexpected things happen when traveling, and kindness goes a long way. We didn’t feel that here.

The property is beautiful. Clean and in great condition. Unfortunately its right in the middle of a bunch of warehouses and work districts. Lots of semis and road traffic. And surprised by a $22 plus tax ($28) a night parking fee that i didnt see anywhere on thw description when i nooked the hotel.

This hotel appears newer and was in beautiful shape. The room felt large and was well stocked with kitchen items, if needed. The staff was incredible kind and helpful. We traveled with a small dog and I think this is one of the only hotels that actually has a little grassy area for her. The hotel was tucked away on a side street (less traffic) but still close enough to the mall area with shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here on all of our Seattle trips in the future!

As someone who grew up around here and has needed a spot to stay near SeaTac over the years (decades), Element was a fabulous new find that is far preferable to staying next to the airport, but still being very close. My new place near SeaTac!

This place was lovely, from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was kind and patient with me as I was exhausted and messed up my reservations, which they were able to fix with ease. The room was comfortable and had some extras that I appreciated (a real kitchen towel and real dishes and silverware!) The breakfast was great AND there's an expresso machine, oh, the espresso machine!!! :-)

The property was clean and new. Beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Staff was quick to replenish towels and food and super friendly. Wish there was more fresh fruit, yogurt, or just plain eggs for breakfast. Most food wasn’t dairy or gluten free for those with sensitivities.

There was no shuttle to the airport, even though they advertise being at the SEA-TAC Airport! I had to pay $75. to get to the airport. Not what an airport hotel should be doing!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. Check on/out was quick and staff was efficient. The pool and hot tub were nice and in great condition. Laundry room on the 5th floor was clean and machines were in good condition. Breakfast was very good and they offered several options for everyone. We’ll stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.

I would definitely stay here again! We stayed here for 6 days with family. The room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, everything was clean, and we enjoyed having a couple drinks from the bar and sitting by the fire at night. It's in a great location close to the mall, lots of restaurants and the link station to get to Seattle.
