The hotel is conveniently located near the old town (walkable) and in an area where there are plenty of options for good dining. The rooms are of a comfortable size, were very clean and the bedding was also quite comfortable. The Teatro offers access to a nearby (right around the corner) fitness center with no additional cost. Overall a wonderful stay and would gladly stay there if i were back in Warsaw.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Warsaw. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, from assisting with our bags to recommending good spots for food. The hotel is based in a really good location and is within walking distance of a lot of tourist spots. Really clean, and modern decor. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Razoável. Resevei um double superior e fui alocada em um standard. Tenho fotos comprobatórias. Fiquei no 306 - sotão. Janela so no teto. Carpetes sujos. Não trocam toalhas salvo se pedir diretamente na recepção. Cafe da manhã bom. Local bom.

This was a nice hotel with a good breakfast. It’s nicely located. The room was very nice. It was pretty loud from street noise at night as well as what I’m guess was moving furniture up stairs in the morning. The airconditioner kind of worked. There was supposed to be a remote but we never found it. Restaurants are very close and the sites are within walking distance if you are normally fit. There were a few hiccups. First there were no towels in the room when we got there but that was quickly remedied. Second they don’t offer amenities you’d normally find in a 5 star hotel. Lotion conditioner robes were available but only if you ask the front desk. There was a bottle of water but I suspect it was tap water as the bottle was the refillable kind. We needed better pillows. We requested on the way out to dinner but that didn’t happen. We did get them when we got back when the night shift was there. All in all it was a great choice. Just keep your expectations to a 3 or 4 star hotel and you’ll be fine ❤️

Situated right in the centre near the university and the Copernicus statue, the location is really good, hotel has an art theme with old movie posters which give the place some charm. Breakfast is of a good standard with an a la carte option at the weekends. The only gripe I had were on level 3 floor, our room although was immaculate very very small. Good overall stay though.

A lovely hotel on a busy shopping and eating route. Staff very helpful and friendly. The couple of small issues we had (in room safe didn’t work and a small leak through the window) was all sorted very promptly and successfully. Fab location, fab hotel. Would definitely recommend it.
