The hotel room was spacious and we particularly appreciated the large bathroom that could easily accommodate our family of four adults. The rooftop lounge is lovely - bright and comfortable. Parking in the area is challenging - the hotel has a small underground parking area that is only accessible with valet parking. It was pricey but worth it to us for the convenience.

It was a great last minute booking, clean and beautiful rooms, convenient walking to shopping and downtown. Customer service was excellent. Only downside is no pool or workout facilities in the hotel, but that’s just finding something.

Honestly very impressed. They recently updated the rooms and look incredible. We stayed in a suite and had lots of room and the bathroom was impressive. Only thing is the pool isn't on site but a 2 min walk at the YWCA. Beyond that who cares the hotel was amazing. We tried both restaurants on site. One on the roof and the other is in the lobby. Both were delicious. Keep up the great work, you have a bew loyal customer here.

1st Class property and staff is exceptional! Thanks much, can't praise them enough! we had and throughly enjoyable and memorable stay. Sound proofed rooms make them super quiet for a down town hotel. Only negative is that the valet parking (which is the only option if you have a car) pull up, is hidden in an alley behind the main entrance.

I loved the area, so close to awesome Vancouver sights. Love the partnership with YMCA for access to fitness options…and Barry’s was also right down the street. Bed, room, view were incredible!

Food options were quite limited, and the only parking option was valet at $50/day, which was not always timely. The property also advertises a pool and gym on site. Hotel location is great, very close to skytrain access, close to many attractions and restaurants. Hotel lobby looked very nice and smelled great. Staff were friendly. Room space was just right for us. Nice shower and great water pressure, however, on our last day, shower water was not draining well. Two sinks with long countertop was very convenient. We found a few hairs on the bed when we first lifted the blankets off which was disappointing. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were ok. Overall, the hotel was a great choice for us and we would stay there again.

We had an excellent stay! The room was pristine and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom even had heated floors. The TV supported Chromecast which is always a plus for us. Conveniently located and walkable to many areas like Gastown, the waterfront and downtown shopping. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Check-in was an hour late. Room was literally filthy. Air conditioner and bathroom fan would not turn off and no hot water for the tub. Bathroom had awful smell. Room service was rude, late and cold. Extra bill on final check out that way not mine. House keeping tried to change my mattress mere moments after I was finally given access to the room, even when I asked that they wouldn't just do it after I check out (?!?). Very rude front desk staff overall. Was shocked at the overall level of lack of decent service and dirtiness of the room, and lack of any desire for management to make it right. I stay in a hotel every week in downtown Vancouver and this was the worst experience I've had in 18 years. By far. Thank you.

My room was beside the Staff utility room. The opening and shutting if the staff door made me jump every time because it was so loud. It was like banging on my room wall. Noise started at 9am while I was trying yo sleep. Also, I had extended my stay so was moved to a different room. As a result, the chromecast was still connected to my old room, so I was unable to connect to the TV in my new room. This is my third time staying at this hotel, so fortunately, I know how good it can be.

The hotel’s interior is absolutely perfect — stylish, modern, and very comfortable. Cleanliness is outstanding; everything felt spotless and well-maintained. The location is wonderful and extremely convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One small area for improvement is the water pressure in the shower, which could be stronger. Also, unfortunately, my message on Expedia about a birthday arrangement wasn’t replied to in advance, so the setup wasn’t ready upon arrival. Overall, it’s a great hotel with excellent standards — just a few small tweaks could make it perfect.

Wow what a gorgeous hotel!!! The room was decorated so beautifully, tall ceilings and marble floors, modern bathroom, enormous double sink, very fluffy dressing gowns which were a lovely touch. Every member of staff we interacted with were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Despite being central in Vancouver, you couldn’t hear any traffic or noise in the corridor. The hotel had amazing thick and sound proof doors. It really was spectacular! If I could Give more than 5* I would.

Good stay. Elegant design but the bathroom had a lot of hard edges with too much marble. The rooms are cut in such a way that two people cannot pass one another easily if a drawer is pulled out. Or in the short run to the door. Also the clothing rail in the closet is positioned too high for short people. The beds were comfortable. The heat temperature kept changing through the night. people. One chair is not enough in the room.

Three star hotel....service outstanding....room is mega Hi-Tech bed is one of the best....huge bathroom walkin shower...heated floors...ample storage...USB..and key card security My only problem if Master Light and electric button is not ON...no power to the room ..coffeemaker and bottled water supplied

This is the best hotel to stay at in Vancouver. The staff are always super friendly, welcoming and helpful, the rooms and decor are gorgeous, and the whole vibe is warm and luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and everything is always cleaned super well. The food through the Dahlia restaurant is great, so room service is a great perk. Lastly, Alex is the main concierge, and he is WONDERFUL. I visited the hotel a year ago with my mother and he remembered me on my second visit, even remembering where I visited from and where I worked. He arranged for a special birthday treat for her and is full of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. This is my go-to hotel for Vancouver—thank you team!!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful! Tonya, Mandhir, Akash and Alex were all phenomenal! This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Staff were friendly, great at suggesting restaurants etc, and easily accommodated any requests we had. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Vancouver!

Excellent property and the staff went above and beyond. Their friendliness is truly sincere! Great location for restaurants, shops, and transit. No need for a car. I will be sure to return. Not the least expensive option, but is a good value for the price and you pay for what you get. You get an awesome stay!

I cannot say enough good about our experience. The staff were attentive and all seemed to enjoy their work. Accommodating and approachable. The room was magnificent. We arrived well before check-in and were welcomed to store our luggage. Daniel, the concierge, helped make our first visit to Vancouver a joy. The food and service at Dahlia were superb. 5x5 stars across the board!

The front desk staff working early morning was extremely rude when I had asked why our car was parked in the alley over night? Because 70$ to park in an alley is ridiculous. She gave me attitude when not kindly explaining where and why it was parked that way. The back of our tub had mold in it, clearly not wiped up from spillage. Other than that, overall decent stay but not nearly worth the price. 350$ max I’d pay for this place. I thought I left this review weeks ago.

The team at AZUR are truly some of the best around. The service is impeccable without attitude and the room has all the modern conveniences you would need. Nothing is impossible for the team here and they donit with pleasure and a smile. The ONLY small thing that we encountered was that the aircon couldnt go below 18°C but that wasnt really an issue once it got going. Highly recommend staying here. Bathroom was a favourite. Even though the toilet is in the bathroom, it is separately partioned so you have privacy.

Front desk staff is exceptional, especially Marie. Every encounter with staff was superb, from the door man to the attendant who brought ice to our room.The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the heated floors felt good stepping out of the shower. Decor is fresh, modern and minimalistic yet still welcoming. We enjoyed a small plate and drinks on the rooftop restaurant as the Vancouver city lights twinkled on. Easy location (walkable for us) to Canada Place. A short cab rde from Amtrak ($10 Canadian). We would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Extremely efficient and helpful staff. We were treated exceptionally well. Our taxi pulled up in front of the hotel and a hotel staff member appeared out of thin air and helped us out of the taxi and collected our luggage and escorted us to check in. Wow! Our room was beautiful and modern and very clean. The bathroom was huge. The shower was amazing. The mattress was comfortable. Lol our room had a door bell. A staff member checked on us shortly after check in to ask if we needed anything. Wow! The restaurant in the lobby was very good. Both the coffee and the food were good. Reasonably priced restaurant for a hotel. The only thing about the restaurant was it seemed to be understaffed. Service was a little slow. Then bathrooms in the common areas were nice and clean. The lobby waiting area is small but nice. Easy walk to parks, the steam clock, shopping and the harbor. Watch pontoon planes take off and land at the harbor. We felt safe walking around downtown even after dark. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Kudos to the hotel and their staff.

AZUR is a beautiful property and everyone I encountered during my stay from the hotel staff to the restaurant staff was pleasant and super personable, offering up things to do in and around the city. The place is smack in the middle of downtown, so everything is super walkable. I would absolutely stay here again. The boutique-style of the hotel makes this a top flight experience through and through.

Really well situated 5 minute walk from Canada place cruise terminal and waterfront station (direct train to this station from Vancouver airport). Well appointed clean rooms with comfy beds, quiet and lovely bathrooms. 10 mins walk to gas town and bus stops right outside the hotel which goes direct to Stanley Park. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vancouver

I had no idea how nice this property really was. I have stayed in many fine big name hotels for work and have been impressed and when we walked into this hotel, I knew instantly by the level of service that this was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. The room was immaculate, high tech, and luxurious. Because of the downtown location, you can walk most places, catch an Uber, or take Public Transportation. I plan on returning here again.

There was no thought to serving people with dietary restrictions. Nothing for breakfast. Dinner was almost as bad. If this hotel wants to be 4 star there needs yo be a more inclusive menu. Also, breakfast was advertised as al a cart, but was not. Very few options. We never ate there but went other places for meals.
