My friends and I only stayed here for one night which was convenient at the time. They have a washing (60baht) and drying (20baht) machines. 20 baht to buy soap to wash your laundry. The space itself was cozy for three ppl but we made it work for the night. The staff were nice enough. Location was great! Walkable to a lot of nice restaurants around the area

Gros coups de cœur pour le personnel qui est adorable et professionnel. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, confortable et propre. La chambre est bien agencée, literie confortable. Gros point noir sur l’isolation complètement inexistante c’est très dérangeant, pareil sur l’ascenseur qui est autant prit par le personnel que les clients donc jamais disponible.

First visit and won’t be the last! My son and I were only there 1 night. It’s so convenient to walk everywhere since they offered us a parking spot. Their cafe & restaurant is nice to have & delicious! The only thing was the AC unit. It kept clicking so might need servicing. Overall, great place!! Wonderful staff

The bathroom is really worn out, filthy, full of stains 😮‍💨 it’s quite an old hotel. Breakfast is good, self service cooked options. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Walkable distances to old town and cafes.

This property requires a deposit, which is not stated anywhere on Expedia. As expected this caused me problems on check in, especially as I was leaving the Island after that stay. I mentioned to the receptionist( as feedback )to please have management state it clearly on Expedia. From then on she seemed to have an attitude. It just left a bad impression. The male night time staff member at the end my stay was great, so its not a general problem with staff. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom was acrid with the smell of mold. I had extremely noisy neighbours throughout the nights I stayed there. The bed itself was really comfortable. The cleaning staff are excellent, friendly and professional. But generally I didn't enjoy my stay and was glad to leave.

Washing machine broken, room smelt very musky and stinky, room was not thoroughly cleaned & small. I had went to other similarly priced hotels in Old Phuket and in Thailand during my trip and all of them were better. I wouldn’t consider this a mid tier hotel as the price would indicate but rather a budget motel.

Hotel wss good and confortable. Relatively close to the rassada pier where we took the ferry to koh lipe Just reccomend a liitle more attention the shower as the edges can have mildew which gave the bathroom a slight mustiness in the morn

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel staff are more than friends They gave good advice which was good and made sure that we had our appointment for our second swab which I had overlooked and saved us a 2200 late fine. The rooms were freshly painted and extremely clean.

Fragen an der Rezeption wurden kaum beantwortet und/oder absichtlich nicht angesprochen. z.B. muss ein Schild gehängt/gestellt werden, damit das Zimmer geputzt wird, sonst erfolgt keine Reinigung. Auch Allgemeine Fragen zur Umgebung wurden nicht beantwortet. Das Hotel befindet sich, so die Vermutung, in einem chinesischen Viertel. Viele chinesische Gäste.

Il peggior hotel di sempre! Personale pessimo, scomodo e sporco. Rumoroso. Ciliegina sulla torta : hanno provato ad addebitarmi le spese per un asciugamano sporco di sapone!!!!! Ho dovuto far lavare io l’asciugamano a spese mie e mi hanno dato indietro la caparra. Controllano gli asciugamani di tutti i clienti e provano a truffare. Da evitare assolutamente!! Scegliete altro!
