Brilliant place. View is beautiful! Only criticism is that if you need to use the sofa bed the mattress is gone and not comfortable. If this is changed out it is a perfect place and great value.

We stayed here to celebrate a family birthday and it was just what we were looking for. The house was perfect for a relaxed weekend and suited to all our needs, especially with two little ones. The view from the house is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Lovely house location. Great downstairs living space and outdoor space. For the cost of the cleaning fees, you would expect it to be immaculate, but many spots were overlooked. Top of fridges, floors weren't quite as clean and the windows were thick dirt (having a seafront property I know this is a tough task) but when you're charge a daily clean fee this should be covered. The location and space available is wonderful however, and I would recommend the place to people. I have also rented a couple of roads down, which was great too for larger parties. As a 4 bed house (5 if needed) this really does the trick though and having the sounds of the water through the night is something you will struggle to beat.
