Perfect room for a night away with my daughter - Tarn How’s- and loved the roll top bath in bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful for breakfast and dinner to cater for my daughter’s lactose intolerance . Food was delicious . This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s still of the same high standard . Highly recommended .

Clean small room. Had everything you needed. Pass code to get into each room which was better than a key. Breakfast was great. Location is great. Have to use the back entrance down al alleyway after 9pm. Local car park is £9 for 24 hours so take this into consideration. Only issues we had was the mattress was rock solid. Both woke up multiple times and was in pain the following morning. & the shower would not stop dripping after being turned off fully which kept us awake a lot too.

Very clean, modern rooms. Excellent customer service from staff, very friendly and accommodating both in terms of hotel and restaurant service. We had an issue but it was resolved professionally.

Beautiful spotlessly clean little room. Very friendly staff and a superb breakfast. Right in the centre of Hawkshead. Highly recommended !
