Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale

Pool was limited spacing daily for lounge chairs, and doors closing was really loud in the mornings/balcony had very little sound proofing (made for early mornings) other than that, great staff, great rooms, great location & offers.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always ready to assist. Rooms very clean. Restaurant, a variety of food and all delicious. Bar staff in the evenings work hard and knowledgeable in their drinks. The pool and pool bar exceptional. Towels always available. Bar staff efficient and professional. A big shoutout to Tiffany and Michael! Great service and conversation by both. Thanks to the Hyatt in putting your customers 1st.

Im a local and stayed here for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary. It was a great hotel. Clean and spacious room. Nice view from the balcony. The pool water was the perfect temperature. All the staff was very nice. The location is great and walking distance to alot of restaurants and nightlife bars. Will definitely recommend staying here. Also the bikes they let u use to a A+.

The hyatt centric Las Olas had friendly staff and our room was spacious clean and was well stalked, great city views from the balcony. Enjoyed the pool just wished itl was open a little later to enjoy the evening sunset. The gym was well equipped. Food in the bar was very good. Short walk to the waterways of Fort Lauderdale.

It was a lively stay in the middle of everything, the river walk, las olas, restaurants close to the beach and we loved the roomz, service, food, the tesla 2mile drive, the beach chairs and umbrellas, towels and the free complimentary drink. Will ve back if we come to the Fort Laud area.

Good location. If you don't want to valet parking can be a challenge depending on the time of day/night. No room service. Accommodating of late check-out.

This was my second time staying at this location and was equally, if not more, satisfied during this visit. We booked this stay due to its proximity to FLL airport and Hard Rock Stadium for the Eras Tour and were not disappointed with what the hotel had to offer. Accommodations were excellent with a nice view and a large room with plenty of space. Rooftop pool and lobby bar area were lovely. Also being in a very walkable location for food and entertainment in the neighborhood was extremely convenient for our group.

Great stay! We booked for the last night of a girls trip as the hotel was close to the airport. Check in and valet was seamless. We also booked a reso at Room 901 (highly recommend this!) which was a cute speakeasy vibe with approximately 4-5 tables. The beds were comfortable and our room had ample space!

The propert was convenient and close to restaurants. Our room was a bit dusty, but otherwise clean. I would stay here again.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The bar/restaurants serves a wonderful, quick breakfast with incredible service -Alex was exceptional. There are wonderful restaurants and riverfront walking opportunities close by.

The room was really clean and the staff were very pleasant. The area is great also.

Water supply was not clean, didn’t enjoy my stay

The property is quit beautiful in terms of trendy decor. However, for the price paid I’d expect to have a toilet that isn’t broken. The lid of the seat was completely broken, so each time we used it I’d have to re-attach. I don’t understand why the issue wasn’t addressed prior to my stay, because if housekeeping actually cleaned the toilet, it was very obvious the seat was broken and they should’ve reported it to maintenance. I let Guest Services know, and they offered to have someone come up but we were only staying for one night, and arrived later in the evening, so I just wanted to rest (especially since I have a young child). My room was also much smaller than expected and i had requested/paid for a king bed but had a queen. Ive stayed in less expensive hotels that were nicer, in better condition and more spacious. The lobby was extremely noisy as there was a large group standing and socializing at the bar which is an open layout and very close to the front desk. It was a Saturday night though. The next morning was quieter. Overall, the stay was ok. Location is walkable but we didn’t get to explore much because it was pouring rain. I most likely wouldn’t stay there again as I expected it to be 5* level and was disappointed. I also don’t like being charged a destination fee, when I wasn’t even able to use any of the services it covered. You’d think they’d have a shuttle service included if they’re gonna automatically charge guests.

Beautiful hotel near the River Walk and Las Olas. The pool was lovely. The room was spotless and the bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommend. By the way, every staff member was attentive and friendly. Well done!

The room wasn’t cleaned very well by housekeeping but everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but valet parking is tight & $38/night. Facility was basic- swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately the ground was very wet and slippery and my kid fell on his back. Also had an incident after our room was cleaned. There was a roach in the bathroom. The staff decided to “waive” the designation fee for our troubles. Checked my bill and it was left on there- had to go back to remind them and another staff member asked the same questions and made it known that the original staff member never “waived” the fee. I really was looking forward to the stay but left for another hotel feeling lukewarm about the Hyatt. Only upside is it’s next to the water taxi and walking distance to all of the fun spots on Las Olas.

We stayed here 1 night. The room was fabulous and it was clean. We clean our rooms & inspect them before we unpack. We didn’t pick up any dirt, dust or smudges. The bed was comfy but they have feather pillows and there flat as pancakes. The bar a great place to hangout and watch a game or you can dine inside or outside. The hotels is also really close to several other restaurants and a Publix market.

Do not get a balcony room, cars are contantly racing down Las Alas throughout the night. Doors do not block out sounds.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent downtown location. Our room was very clean, well appointed, and extremely modern. The only drawback beyond the fact that they had to check on the room condition at 5:30pm to make sure it was all set for check in (check in started at 4pm) is that we had paid extra for a room with a balcony and a view of a nice green space leading up the river walk. We didn't get that type of view, and that may be because the park next door was a messy construction zone. So that was a problem. Otherwise, this a really nice location that is very accessible to downtown. There is a Publix about two blocks away, and that was super convenient for us.

This is my third time staying at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas. I always appreciate the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. This was my first time booking a room with a balcony and i must say it was not really worth it. Unfortunately the view wasnt the best and i felt like the sliding door allowed for the outside noise to permeate the room. They have great black out curtains but i would strongly suggest noise cancelling windows/doors. I was woken up numerous times through the night by loud noises i thought were actually in my room. I didnt experience this disturbance my other times so i attribute it to the balcony doors. Other than that i would stronlgy recommend staying here.

Overall great staff - large comfortable , modern room - friendly helpful staff . Good location. My only grizzle was being slugged for an early checkin.

The first night we did not sleep well as pillows were very flat and street noise loud until 3 am. The hotel was great in providing adequate pillows and 2nd night was far more peaceful.

*Service Recovery - Highly recommended* We arrived with a group of 8, and a couple of rooms were delayed due to a large party leaving the same day. Jeff and his team immediately addressed their mishap, and worked tirelessly our entire trip to remedy it and go above and beyond our expectations. The treatment and attentiveness we received was similar to the experience you'd only receive from a Ritz Carlton or similar brand. Great location! Will stay here again.

We stay every year for a conference held at hotel. The staff at every level is excellent. Polite, friendly, helpful and just good people. We love our stays here

Rude snobby staff. Was charged an additional $128 in incidentals prior to stepping foot in door. Had paid majority of all Fees at purchase time. All in all this was not a $675 a night hotel. Half that at best. Even wait staff was rude and rushing you out if door for breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas, and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Rodricka at the front desk welcomed me with a warm smile and incredible professionalism. She was not only polite but also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Additionally, I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant thanks to Michel, the waiter. His friendly demeanor and attentive service made my meals even more enjoyable. Overall, the hospitality at Hyatt Centric Las Olas exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas Fort Lauderdale, and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern, stylish rooms and fantastic amenities.

Very nice hotel. Located on Los Olas so be prepared to pay accordingly. Check in was poor experience as rooms were not ready till late.

What a beautiful hotel! We arrived a day earlier for a cruise departure and this was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Ft. Lauderdale beforehand. It's in the middle of a very walkable area with lots of restaurants and shops. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Great place in every respect! However, steer clear of rooms facing Los Olas Blvd or S.Andrews Ave. if you plan on getting any sleep. Packed nightclubs with booming music go long into the AM hours. There is also an over-abundance of cars racing down these roads with extremely loud engines. Apparently the police don’t enforce any noise ordinance or maybe just don’t care. SAD…

Riverwalk very close by . Excellent way to walk to downtown & restaurants in vicinity. Good location . Unfortunately the park is in rebuild mode besides property .

Hyatt Centric Review – Birthday Weekend Stay The property was absolutely beautiful, and the staff made our stay even better! From check-in to check-out, the service was top-tier. The bartender both nights was amazing—super friendly and even wished me a happy birthday, which meant a lot! We ordered food from the hotel restaurant, and let me just say… those wings were everything! Fresh, crispy, and full of flavor—the wings and fries hit the spot. The drinks from the bar were also excellent, especially during happy hour. Highly recommend grabbing a bite and a cocktail here! We stayed on the 15th floor with a view of the pool and the city—absolutely stunning, clean, and peaceful. The only downside is that parking is $40 per night, and unfortunately, there’s no alternative. But aside from that, this was a fantastic experience. 🌟 Highly recommend this hotel for a stylish and relaxing stay in a beautiful setting.

Super friendly staff throughout. Great breakfast, and the bar is nicely set up to catch a game. It's downtown so expect street noise at night, but it wasn't enough to keep me up. A nice spot for a pre-cruise stay if you don't care for the beach or airport.

This property was near lots of amazing restaurants. The food in the hotel was amazing as well. We booked reservations in room 901 and the experience was fantastic. The rooms were nice and the property was beautiful.

Breakfast staff was excellent. Breakfast menu rather limited. Several errors on invoice that shouldn't occur. Property is in an excellent location with easy access to River Walk and many good dining and shopping options. Great location to spend a few days before a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

The bar restaurant was excellent

This is my second time staying at this great hotel. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, and great staff. The breakfast is delicious with excellent service from the staff. The property is in a great area with lots of other great dining options close by that you can walk to.

Nice hotel, good dining options around. But it would be better if there was room service available, specially when you get there late at night after a long day traveling. There are 2 small water bottles in the bedroom, but be careful, if you are not a Hyatt Elite member, or even if you are but did not book via their app, you will end up paying 6 dollars plus taxes for that sip. Most hotels offer this as a compliment to all guest, this is the least I would expect for those on the higher end side. Nice bathroom, good shower with all toiletries available. Good option, but for a less than 12 hour stay, all I wanted was a good shower, a couple of cold bottles of water, call room service, have food delivered to my room, eat and crash. Which did not happen.
