The only issue I had was parking. I requested on site parking when I made my reservation. When we arrived We were told all sites were taken and we had to utilize public parking which was 6 blocks away.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Super clean and friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Our room was perfect and very clean. We will book it again. We had appointment at ST Mary's Mayo hospital and it was across the street. Very convenient for us.

It was fantastic! Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Common spaces were clean and smelled great! Loved the big updated fitness room. Parking underground was easy. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

This property was emaculate! It was convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen with free breakfast, and sometimes free dinner. The bathroom was gigantic. The jacuzzi/fireplace area was top notch. Also a 24 hr gym, how can you beat it?

Our Stay was very good. I thought the hotel was very clean our room was very clean. The bed was not that comfortable, but in fairness I'm use to a sleep no. bed. The only thing I would criticize and it was small things. When cleaning the room we had 3 towels and they only returned 2 and only had a makeup wipe on the first day and didn't replace the coffee pods each day. Other than that is was prefect. I would high recommend this hotel.

This is the second time we stayed at this property. Absolutely immaculate. People are cleaning this all day long morning and night. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was pretty good. I would say an improvement would be parking should be included, other than that everything else was phenomenal.

Room was clean but hallways filled with uncollected trash, dirty towels, pizza boxes etc. our room was beneath spotlights over the patio so had to sleep with an eyeshade even with curtains drawn Some front desk staff were helpful but another quite sharp and surly. Rooms were not made up on weekends but no one pointed to the fine print at check-in Bedroom door could not be closed because the beds were too large and so I had to move a very heavy bed to close the door We reserved a room for a week but because of some maintenance issue we had to move out of our first room while my wife was undergoing surgery at Mayo We gave stayed in Rochester perhaps thirty time including long term stays. I would recommend the Residence Inn (better breakfasts) or the Kahler Grand for convenience

We liked the social hours on Mon., Tue., Wed. The beakfasts were good. The rooms spacious and well-appointed. But the bathroom is too small, the sink counter is tiny and cannot accomodate toiletries, etc. Also there are no grab bars at the tub which is dangerous.

The suite was nicely laid out. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional. The walk in shower was the best I have ever experienced. The major downside to the bathroom was it lacked an elevated toilet and grab bar which would have helped physically challenged guests

Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin.

Everyone was great except one lady for breakfast. cleaning up early, saying people are eating out of house and home, slamming dishes so loud it hurt my ears. Completely rude and when people would come in to eat towards the end she commented to each one rudely to hurry up and she took food away. I get having a cut off but most people are heading to the hospital and need to get breakfast. She should not be working around people. Other than that everyone else was so kind and helpful. Very clean and great room.

Like that there is indrhtiujd parking. Past stays staff was very helpful. During our check in Sunday evening front desk didn’t provide much help, or discussion as a guest, and seemed almost uninterested to be there. When I added a few questions (which bank of elevators we should use, internet pass code, etc) they seemed almost put off I asked. Again never had this in past visits.

I went to check in early and said our room was not ready so we came back later. I had requested a room near the elevator as we had one in our party that uses a cane/walker. We were the furthest away you could get from the elevator. Only one elevator was working The receptionists were not helpful. There is no signage at all to direct you to the registration desk as you pull in the underground parking area and have no idea where to go. Good things: the bartender was great, our room was very nice. Pull out bed not comfortable but they never are. Heated parking garage was nice. It's a beautiful place too bad staff does not do a good job.

Amazing service, we were there for a volleyball tournament. Breakfast didn’t start till 7:30 and we needed to be out of their way before that. The staff in charge made up bags of muffins and fruit for us in the morning and also gave us a coupon for the hotel breakfast at the restaurant that opened at 6:30. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and helpful!

The staff are hands down some of the nicest people we have met. The shuttle to the Mayo clinic is so convenient. The hotel is clean, friendly and as close to feeling like being at home that you could ask for. Would stay here everytime we are in Rochester.

Breakfast buffet with VERY limited hot items ( only 2 per day ) Evening social is a nice touch Pool and spa: Nice! Lemon and orange infused water: Nice touch! The personnel were mostly good. Cleaning personnel very kind! Beware! to the right in front desk there is a lady that is EXTREMELY SLOW working! Go to the Left as there are 2 front offices. The younger staff on the left are way more efficient. Also on Breakfast duty there is a very bossy lady that discriminates against Latino and children.

The staff goes above and beyond here to make sure that your stay is comfortable. Great place to stay if you are are Mayo Clinic patient . They provide transportation and/ or if you’re able, you can walk there. we’ve stayed here twice and will be going back a third time.

We were in Rochester for our annual physical exams at the Mayo Clinic. This hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the clinic, but also provides shuttle service. The rooms are very comfortable. The place is extremely clean. It is pet friendly which we appreciate since we travel with our small dog. There are many restaurants and shops in the area, and the small lobby restaurant is also very good. This is the third time we’ve stayed here and will do so again.

We went to visit my brother in the hospital. The hotel is fine in every way except that there is a $15. Charge for parking. The next time I go to Rochester I would consider staying here again but would check my options. This hotel is close walking distance to St Mary’s Hospital.

Great location. Clean rooms. Nice to have the option of the kitchenette. This is the best gym we have encountered at a hotel. Because the two hotels are connected, it’s great to have the option of the separate restaurant for all meals. There were special meals for Christmas. We didn’t take advantage of the “happy hour” on several weeknights but would have loved to try it. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast options great; dinner at EVEN hotel side was delicious & so convenient at a good price. Parking needs greater attention-especially for those of us staying a week or more! Insufficient number of handicap spaces & assistance w luggage. Ordeal when garage is full. Street construction brought absence of hot water at random intervals during various days!! Never heard from manager. Milton was the most caring & helpful staff there. We paid for 3 week-long rooms & now will look elsewhere for our return.

It’s very convenient to have a full kitchen in the room while staying for treatments at Mayo. The rooms were layer out nicely and everything was very clean. My only negative comment is the restaurant in the building. Horrible food! Luckily there are a few good restaurants within walking distance.
