large parking space, room was very cold as they first put me in wrong room, so the heat wasn't on, everything was damp so there was a bit of a musty smell from the room obviously not being used often. they had to bring in a tv, room was advertised as having a 55 inch, they brought a small 19 inch

For been an 8.3 star rating we were very disappointed in condition of room. Mould on window sills spiders in room booked 2 nights no housekeeping done carpet was filthy

There were 2 reviews on the Expedia profile, both rated the property as 10/10. This is definitely not a 10/10 more like a 5/10. The room I had did not look like the picture provided on Expedia. The room was also borderline clean, and had significant damage that had not been looked after i.e. Front door paint, curtains deteriorating, likely cigarette burns on toilet seat, worn sheets (pillow cases did not match) and towels, and black mold around the bathtub taps.

This room was nice and cozy. The beds were clean and comfortable. Windows opened, and air conditioning worked. Be prepared for the basics. No microwave, decaf coffee, or Kleenex in the room. Fridge in room, and good servicing tv. Staff accommodated where they were able. Would stay there again!

Room changed from king to double and in the double room no good water pressure and the toilet did not flush after the 2nd flush water sounded like it was constantly running Not impressed at all

Front desk gave my information to scammers who impersonated my bank and tried to get my credit card numbers. The room was in terrible shape it was falling apart. There were wild animals fighting over garbage outside my room. No hot water and no soap or toilet paper

The ac unit was running full blast but still not comfoetable. Everything gives you the backward 70' feeling, old bed, old tub, old carpet, everything just felt old. The clerk even asked for my credit card and copied my card info even though the room was already paid for. I felt like some scandalous act about to happen in the near future. Never again

We had good check in service but in the morning we needed a plunger and I thought I was locked out - ended up my husband had the key - he had to find another washroom. We didn’t get any response to either of the phone numbers we called. It was after 7 am and we would have assumed the office would be open. Felt bad leaving without explaining the situation - not a pleasant discovery for cleaning staff but what could we do. Room was comfortable and it was quiet but really needed some service in the morning.

This hotel was okay. I felt it was expensive for what it was. The rooms were clean but extremely tiny. The tub didn’t drain and the toilet barely flushed. Would have liked to have a picnic table or seating area outside as my family didn’t really all fit in the room at the same time. A decent hotel but felt like I overpaid.
