Hotel Balcón del Cielo

No tiene estacionamiento propio uno paga por su estancia, el folicular lo abren de 10am, la estancia o la habitación la debes dejar a esa misma hora.yo no me volvería a quedar.

The views from this hotel are amazing! Enjoyed the free access to the funicular. The hotel is super close to el Pipila monument.

El personal es amable, el acceso rápido, deberían de dar el estacionamiento dentro de la estancia no como pago extra, fuera de eso, la estancia todo correcto.

This property is located up the hill so ensure you plan your day around the schedule of the funicular (trolley thing that transports you from the central area up to the hotel, which is next door to Monumento Al Pipila). The hotel does give you a complementary pass so you get priority and unlimited trips. We didn't find this to be an issue. We did have to take the callejones (side streets with stairs) up to the hotel in the evening. We never had an issue but it could be a risky area at night, even though there are cameras and lighting. Another minor thing is that we did have to wait to get into the hotel a couple evenings as there was no one at the desk and they locked the front door. Within 15 minutes someone did eventually come. The room was large, clean, and more quiet as you were a distance from the downtown area. The views from the room were amazing, as you could see the beautiful colours of Guanajuato!

Hotel al lado del mirador del Pipila, no es su estacionamiento pero tienen convenio con el y está barato 120 x dia, para bajar a cd se usa el funicular (gratis para los huespedes) y esta bien x que se puede dormir sin el bullicio de la cd, solo que deja de funcionar a las 9:45 se pueden ir en uber, nosotros optamos por subir x los callejones una noche 😅 cansado pero divertido 😂

Excelente lugar y amabilidad de las personas del hotel pero no cuentan con estacionamiento y con el que tienen convenio las personas no son amables ni serviciales

Generally the stay was OK. A little further away from the main tourist area than expected. Initially you have to take the funicular up to check in. If you are in town after 9:30 p.m. then you need to either walk up the steep hill or catch a taxi to the entrance. If you need to go down into town before 9:30 a.m, when the funiculus starts, then once again you need to walk down the hill. Just be aware of this before booking.

The shower water I couldn’t control it. The staff lied about the sliding door wasn’t a let to lock because of security reason. What about my security? Small rooms, really hard mattress. No parking included you have to pay extra for parking, they give you a small discount. You have to park your car really far away and lonely place. There is a lot of stairs if you travel with kids or elderly it’s an inconvenience.

Me gusto el servicio del personal, muy atentos, la habitación muy limpia, la comida del restaurante esta buena, y otra ventaja que me gusto es que por ser clientes del hotel tenemos pase directo al Funicular sin hacer fila y gratuita,

Superlativo location do not expect great Food Service but it is located very near downtown thanks to a funicular very handy that works from 9am to 10pm

Me gusto que estaba muy accesible y el personal muy atento. Limpieza y comodidad excelente.

良い点は景色は絶景。悪い点は設備がいまいち。シャワーの水圧は悪く、エアコンがない為、部屋が寒かった。隣の部屋の騒音や話し声がうるさかった。洗面所の排水口がつまる。毛布も汚れがあった。

Buen servicio, con una vista espectacular hacia la ciudad de Guanajuato, me gusto que es libre de humo de tabaco y al entrar a nuestro cuarto todo se encontraba en orden y limpio.

We had a great stay and the only issue was that we had a delay in getting hot water but the hotel was able to offer us another room for us to use. The property is right next to the Pipila statue and use of the funicular was complimentary with our reservation so that was a plus! The view was amazing from our balcony and totally recommend this property! We had a great experience and overall cleanliness of the room and hotel was great!

It has very nice facilities, very clean and quiet, as well as a beautiful view of the city and very good service.

Overall this place is a pleasant place to stay with lots of benefits. The biggest benefit is having VIP access to the funicular. Rooms were kept tidy daily and staff was friendly. Location is perfect, with lots of places nearby to see and dine in.

グアナファトの街並みが一望でき素晴らしかったです。お部屋は清潔で、バスルームや洗面所も新しい感じがしました。ケーブルカーが無料で利用できるのも楽しい。 お部屋がカードキーではなく鍵式なので、少し私は戸惑いました(回し続けると開いたり閉じたりするタイプ) 困ったのは、お湯が出なかった点。先に確認しておけばよかったのですが、入る時に気づいたらので水で髪だけ洗いました。他のお部屋ならうまく機能したのかきになります。(利用した部屋は13) フロントの対応は素晴らしく、チェックアウト後に街に下るためにケーブルカーを利用したいと伝えたらスタッフが一緒についてきてくれて、無料で乗ることができました。

Clean rooms, air conditioner stuff

Muy tranquilo, un poco complicado el acceso, pero el funicular está incluido, las habitaciones muy comodas y espaciosas.

Tiene una vista hermosa a la ciudad, el hotel incluye transporte en el fonicular durante tu estadía, en años pasados te incluían desayuno en el restaurante Casa Valadez, lo cual extrañé en este viaje, las almohadas no son cómodas, pero en general todo es aceptable, tan aceptable que sigo llegando al mismo hotel desde hace 15 años.

we had Significant Noise at night until 3am due to something event at Pipila hill. we couldn’t sleep. since pass for cable car was very useful and valuable, I was disappointed about the noise.

Good hotel at TOP of Funicular. A bit hard to find if arriving by car. Parking is the Monumento de Pipila parking - quite inexpensive. If you like staying out later than 9pm, then get ready to walk up the funicular (not an issue for us). Bring earplugs as hotel is in a public area and can be somewhat noisy.

Muy limpio, cómodo y sobre todo la habitación con balcón es otro nivel, el único pero es que por el precio deberían tener aire acondicionado y mejor servicio de televisión, ya que tienen mucho ruido blanco, pero es lo de menos porque las vistas lo valen.

The room i had only had view of half the city..and it was not the half that could see downtown

Make sure you get a room with a balcony, the view is priceless and the sunrise is unbelievable.

Great views. Noise from town could be heard despite distance. Funicular passes made the location work well for us. Carrying luggage up 3 flights to get early Uber before staf arrived was toug.

We had a great stay and the only issue was that we had a delay in getting hot water but the hotel was able to offer us another room for us to use. It was an incredible experience!! I would definitely stay again. Love the Funicular availability to guest, fast and friendly check-in and staff.

Excelente servicio

Staff is friendly, location is great with low city noise, access is a challenge, avoid breakfast. The location is great if you want to stay away from the noise of the people and activities going on in the city and still be very close to everything. The downside is the access to the hotel, if you come from the city's downtown (which will be the case most of the time), you have to use the funicular (cable car), the hotel will give you priority passes which will help you avoid the lane. But, beware, it closes at 9:40pm and 8:40 in the weekends, so you'll have to walk your way up, and is a steep climb with very dark and lonely alleys. So if you plan to visit town at night, you'll have to Uber or climb. The easiest access for your transport to the airport will be up, at Pipila's monument, and that's another set of stairs to climb, and no bellboy, at least none available when we requested help. So be ready to climb 4 sets of stair carrying luggage. If you get to the lobby after 2pm and want coffee, you'll only find cold coffee, not one day during our 7 nights was there hot coffee available. We requested 2 extra towels on day one, and had to remind front desk until we got them at the third day. We ran out of cable TV for a couple of days and no one knew why or how to fix it, it just came back couple days later. We opted for breakfast included, and is not bad, but don't expect variaty, the same every day, chilaquiles with some protein, sweet bread and juice and cofee.

Good hotel at TOP of Funicular. A bit hard to find if arriving by car. Parking is the Monumento de Pipila parking - quite inexpensive. 立地が最高で、ケーブルカーに並ばず乗り放題なのもよかったです。 従業員の人がみんないい人で、向こうから日本語のアプリを出して対応してくれたり親切丁寧で感動しました。 朝食は部屋まで届けてくれました。 ランドリーがあると書いてあったのになかったのが残念でした。 また、深夜2時くらいまで声や物音がしていて早朝も5時くらいから音がすごかったのが残念でした。 でもマイナス点を抜いてもまたここに泊まりたいくらい立地と従業員の方々が素晴らしかったので満足です！

ピピラの丘に向かうフニクラの頂上駅の目の前で、部屋から見る景色は抜群でした。何より宿泊期間中、フニクラの無料カードを貸してもらえ、行列に並ばずに乗れることが時間短縮の意味でも最高です。チェックアウト時に「夕方まで荷物を預かって欲しいので、それまでフニクラのカードを貸して」と頼んだら、快くOKをいただきました。フニクラの最終が20時45分のため、セントロなど街中で夜遊びしたい方にはやや不向きかもしれません。また朝食は全てルームサービスで（先にチェックインした宿泊客との兼ね合いかもですが）朝9時か10時と指定されたのは困りました。ただそういったマイナスポイントを差し引いてもグアナファトの象徴である眺望を朝晩眺められたのは代え難い思い出となりました。

En la publicación dice que cue tan con estacionamiento, publicidad porq no es gratis y no es estacionamiento del hotel te cobran y tache para el hotel no lo recomendaría está hotel no está acondicionado gen te con capacidades diferentes, de igual manera dice tiene restaurant y solo el servicio es para desayuno con muy pocas opciones de comida ojo con. Estos detalles ,en su el hotelut bonito pero no lo recomendaría Guanajuato tienes mejores opciones, es mi opinión éxito!!
