The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. From checking in to using the restaurant, all staff members were excellent.

I expected more for the price. The room was nice, but it did not have the “wow” factor I was hoping for. Some of the technology felt outdated—for example, the TV was not a smart TV, and I had to call a technician to connect my Apple TV because the HDMI port in the wall did not work. Overall, the room felt a little too dated considering the price. That said, the hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were absolutely fantastic!

My wife & I had certain expectations for the hotel with Mandarin Oriental brand however were not very impressed. While the rooms were comfortable the cleaning doesn't seem to be a big priority for the staff. The rug in the room was pretty stained, there were fingerprints all over the glass and the drains were clogged. In the lobby many of the chairs were old, stained and worn out. They also do not have updated technology. They do not provide a Smart TV or a Bluetooth speaker for the room like most hotels do these days. Lastly the location is a little away from most attractions but it wasn't too difficult to catch the trolley each day.
