Great location for me with easy access to centre and RAI via tram network. Breakfast has a reasonable choice with GF bread on request which was tasty. The staff are great and a big call out to both Thomas and Gandy in the bar (with their team). Old Fashioned Cocktail is a must and these guys make it look so easy. Pool quiet each morning and sauna relaxing. Great time and thanks all.

The only thing I would criticise about the room is it had a kettle but didnt put any tea/coffee cups in the room or any milk. Normally you would get a bottle of water each but you didnt. And you had to use an adaptor for all your electronics no USB, so thought it was a little dated.

Stayed 3 nights

We didn’t eat breakfast. Spa was ok steam room didn’t work. Paid for 3 nights over £500 but we had twin beds which the mattress had no mattress protection on. I found myself having to lay on the quilt covers so not to be bitten having very sensitive skin. Was offered an upgrade of 35 euro each night for an upgrade but didn’t think I need it after we arrived late 9.30pm.
