No shuttle service provided to exposition centre yet it was listed as it provides the service. Called for a shuttle 2x from the airport and no ride arrived so asked another hotel to drive us instead. Rooms are only made up every 2 nd day. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice.

We were flying out of Louisville very early the next morning and wanted to stay close to the airport. This was the perfect location. so easy and quick to get to the airport. The room was very nice and there was plenty of parking.

Our flight. Was delayed so we needed a room. I specifically booked for the indoor pool having 3 kids with me. The pool appeared fine but was closed because of a chemical imbalance. I was not a happy camper not having the pool for my kids. I couldn't just go to another hotel without another fee....because we were using the hotel/airport shuttle for transportation.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Transit to the airport is only a couple of minutes. The shuttle on demand is great as it makes travel time predictable.

Very clean, comfortable and updated rooms. Nice breakfast. Very good water pressure and hot water for showers. Parking was plentiful. Close to airport. However, I would recommend booking a room on the top floor, as we could hear every step the people in the room above us made. I assume they had children, as there was much running and loud thumping as if they were jumping off the bed, and it continued way into the late hours. Also, we booked because of nearness and shuttle service to the airport, only to find out shuttle service does not run on weekends. No problem though, the staff provided Lyft service, which was awesome. Overall, I would stay again-on the top floor!

I picked this hotel because I had a late arrival and wanted an airport shuttle to the hotel. I arrived in shuttle hours, but there was no shuttle driver. So, they told me to take a cab and they would reimburse me. When it came time to reimburse me they said I had to talk to a manager at 9 the next morning, but I was checking out at 6:30, so I didn't get reimbursed for the $29 cab ride from the airport.

I have seen cobweb all over the wash sink in the bathroom. And the shower is not at all good. It is coming with heavy force and a fixed position which is very wierd. Not cleaned properly. I have seen sowbug or centipede crawling on the carpet near the bed. It scared the hell out of me. I will never be going back to this hotel.

Some crumbs were still on the floor of our room when we checked in and there were what looked like pizza or pasta sauce stains on the bedding. The room was spacious, which was nice. I liked that the staff had prepped cups of waffle mix for the waffle maker, which made things flow smoothly and quickly for breakfast in the morning.

Corporate needs to update the beds and sofa beds. the room is advertised as a 5 sleeper, but the sofa bed is not sleepable. Management said they have asked but have not been authorized to buy new beds, especially the sofa bed.

Room was noisy, breakfast was underwhelming and they were cleaning up when people were still trying to eat. Our room had a shower door that wouldn’t close, soap and shampoo dispensers were no longer on wall and kept falling off shelf. Also the room appeared as furniture was missing felt empty outside desk, bed, and tv.

They were nice and let me check in early. I booked a suite room because I needed the pull out couch. We opened the couch and the mattress literally was falling apart. Their breakfast was actually pretty good for hotel food.

In all fairness this hotel is an airport hotel so going in one needs to be prepared. The noise level on Friday night is tremendous. Air traffic all night long ….seemed like an ups jet landed every few minutes. Saturday night was better only 3-4 planes landed so it was tolerable. Request a room on the front entrance at least you will have some barriers from the noise. We had to evacuate due to a fire alarm at 3:10am Friday night that was unsettling turns out it was something about the pool area sensors according to the attendant whom stayed pretty calm and after 30-40 minutes got the alarm shut off . Needless to say this happened on Friday night also so we might have gotten 2 hrs sleep. The room was clean and in good condition and bed was comfortable and all the staff was friendly just some difficult circumstances made our stay unpleasant.

Easy and fast checkin/checkout. General areas are well maintained. Very clean and fresh rooms. Beds clean and comfortable. Staff is very professional, polite and welcoming. They have shuttles to/from airport. Highly recommended!!!

While the hotel and rooms are redone and it’s comfortable, the lack of service was appalling. I checked in on Tuesday and was staying through Sunday. I did not receive any cleaning services until Saturday, and that was questionable. They put dirty sheets in my bed, did not refresh supplies. I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels on Friday. Only then did they offer to clean my room the next day. Too little too late. My daughter stayed at the same hotel, in a different room and was there for 10 days, they cleaned her room 1 time and she too had to ask for towels and supplies. This was a very expensive room and I had higher expectations. On a good note, there was a front desk employee named Fergie, who immediately replaced my non working coffee maker and was courteous, helpful and polite.

I come to Louisville frequently for business and this is the best hotel in Louisville of the many that I have stayed in. The front desk staff (especially Amanda) always goes above and beyond to ensure that the guests are comfortable. Amanda even got me a item from her personal car when I forgot something and the hotel didn't have it available. I strongly recommend this property for anyone that is flying into Louisville. It is right by the airport and the staff goes the extra mile for you.

I was left outside de hotel for 30 minutes at about 1:00 am. There was no one to open the entrance door even though I tried calling numerous times to no avail. Finally a guy shows up, has a lot of problems registering me, gives me all the wrong information about breakfast and check out time and charges twice for the room. The bathroom was stinky and the mattress worn out. The best thing: the ride back to the airport.

The breakfast options were limited. The eggs were good but cold. Two of the three days we were there the only breakfast meat available was prepackaged sandwiches which were barely warm. One day got a carton of milk that was spoiled.

Stay was for major event at KEC. (Kentucy Expo Center). Hotel had someone call in absent that worked the breakfast bar. The breakfast bar was inadequately staffed, inadequately supplied with food items that should have been available to guests and overall very disappointing. Hotel should have been prepared to deal with these shortfalls during a time when it would have an influx of occupants.
