Disappointing experience, especially at checkout. The biggest issue was the $15 food/beverage destination credit. The card stated the $30 destination fee and $15 credit toward food or beverage, but did not say the credit could not be used on the day of checkout. I had no idea about that restriction. When I asked about it, the front desk employee said, “The credits are clearly explained on the card,” rather than simply explaining the policy professionally. She also questioned how many nights I had stayed, which felt hostile and more like an interrogation than a normal hotel interaction. When I canceled my $30 chicken wrap after learning the credit would not apply, I was given a hard time by her about that too. The attitude continued when I asked about pool access after checkout. The hotel’s email said I could leave my luggage and “relax a little longer by the pool or beach.” The employee responded, “So you still want to go back to the pool?” in a questioning tone. Other issues: my room was advertised as an ocean-view room but had only a partial ocean view. Housekeeping removed one microfiber beach towel without my permission, leaving only one. The hotel also advertises 24/7 Nespresso access, yet the area containing the machine was closed for private events on at least two occasions. I came here to relax, but the final interaction was unnecessarily hostile and disappointing. The hotel needs to improve both communication and basic guest service.

Early check-in was an extra $100 which was not ideal, and for the price I would have assumed that a continental breakfast would have been included. However the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and location was excellent.

Property was performing construction, which cause a terrible noise concern. Waking us at 7:30a. Upon check in staff did not inform us construction will Be taking place(that would’ve been helpful). When reaching out to staff we weee given the round. The front Desk manager was very rude & gas lighting. Refused to provide a solution to my complaints. Very beautiful hotel, just noise was terrible
