The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!

This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Every room is different and all beautifully decorated. We had a de lux room that faced the square with a balcony. Very lovely. Staff helpful and roof top plunge pool definitely worth a visit .

The hotel is modern and clean as a whistle. The staff could not be any more kind and helpful. The food and service was top drawer.. Always more than responsive to any concern or question. Get the breakfast deal. We would sit outside every morning and have this fabulous food served so beautifully.

What a lovely hotel stay - sadly we were only there one night. The receptionist who met us was really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was well designed and had everything you could need. A very personal service from a hotel chain in a busy city - that's not easy to find. Would definitely stay again or at one of their other hotels

Veldig hyggelig hotell. Men rommet vi fikk hadde ingen utsikt på grunn av et tre rett foran. Rommet var enkelt og lenge siden det har vært oppusset. Grelle farger. Beliggenheten var helt perfekt og betjeningen var veldig hyggelige. Men rommet dro veldig ned dessverre.

Beliggenhet og service var glimrende. Middag var dårlig - langt under det en kunne forvente utfra øvrig standard. Hotellet tilbyr SPA service som var forferdelig. Vedkommende stilte i skittene private klær med munnbind som var flere dager gammelt og med generelt dårlig hygiene. Jeg forlot stedet. HOLD DEG UNNA.
