Getting to this hotel there is one entrance and exit - if you miss the entrance you may find yourself on a 16 mile drive along the 10 to get back - pretty poor signage for entry - Hotel printer did not work - I spent 30 mins troubleshooting it myself and could not get it to work to print a confidential doc - noted this to front desk - bar at hotel closed on a Saturday night ??? , no breakfast service Sunday - eventually someone came in to help - manager was very appologetic on the issues

Great staff, pool was open until 10pm. The bartender I didn’t get his name but his margaritas was on point! The food is really good. There is an extra $20/night fee for security deposit.

Check in was a breeze. The staff was professional cheerful and fast. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Workout area was nice but most of the machines were out of order. Check out was smooth. Coffee was delicious. Will stay again.

The a/c was not working in any of the common areas, and was not mentioned or apologized for by the front desk at check-in. Our extended family had at least 8-10 rooms for a funeral and were not able to comfortably use the facility. The rooms were clean enough, but the wallpaper in the bathroom quite stained. Would not stay again.

I was pleased with the available amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The only con I have is there was a birthday party in the conference room going on with loud music until last midnight which made it very hard to sleep. Thought hotels would have restricted hues for these type of events. Overall, very nice stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful (front desk and coffee counter). There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway the entire time of my stay. My room was never attended by housekeeping during my stay. In fact I never say any housekeeping activity on my hallway at all. The shower only had a half glass 'door,' so water got on the floor. There was limited options for breakfast. The driveway/entrance needed repair, so cones blocked part of the entrance.

The cleanliness was not up to par. Hairs in the shower and orange residue on the counters and toilet seat. Also wall paper was coming off the walls in the bathroom. Paid $200/ night, expected better. The staff was friendly.

I chose not to stay at this hotel after checking in due to several issues: the linens were dirty, the room had a strong mildew smell, the air conditioning didn’t work, and overall, the space was not clean. It also looked very different from the photos online, which was disappointing. Despite these problems, the hotel refused to issue a refund. I would not recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable solo getaway.

The property was really nice but for the price per night the showers should be really clean. I had to buy my own cleaning products and clean the tub it was fithy with long blonde hair all over the bathroom. Disgusting!!!

A number of things could be better. - the mattresses were not comfortable - they ran out of towels so we had to wait on them to dry - the air went out in the lobby so it was like a sauna on our last day - the air in the room no matter how low we put it just wasn’t getting cool enough

We checked in and our room was not ready, so they switched us to a different one. We walked in and it was extremely warm and the room was not super clean. We turned the air down and left for a few hours and came back and it hadn’t dropped at all. Called the front desk and she said to turn it off for a few minutes and then try again. Called about an hour later as it was still blowing out hot and asked to switch rooms. They said they had nothing else available? But I’m sure our original room was but whatever. She said she’d call the maintenance manager and we never heard anything. Called about 30 minutes later and asked for a fan at least if maintenance wasn’t coming. Her only response was “we don’t have any” and then hung up on my husband. My son got sick he was so hot and clammy. We checked out the next morning and my husband complained again and all she responded with was “how would you like your receipt?” Incredibly disappointed and we usually have good experiences with Marriott. Will definitely not recommend or stay again.

Everything was great except the bed was super hard. If you like a softer bed this is definitely not the place to stay. We have back issues and honestly we probably would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car.

Roomy. Plenty of power for devices and space for luggage. Most walk in showers get water all over the floor and your is no exception. The shower curtain is set at tub level but drainage could be poor as well.

Front desk staff was kind and helpful. I did not like it when I had the do not disturb sign hung on my door only to have a staff member knock on my door. When I answered he was going down the hall. It made me feel uncomfortable, like he was just checking to see if we were in the room. Pillows were horribly flat and the bathroom had very little lighting.

If you can find another hotel for your stay please take that option. The night front desk receptionist was unprofessional, and lie to me and my family in regards to getting access to our room. The linens were dirty, they were also always understaffed.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff all hours. Free coffee and water in lobby, mini market with so many options as well. Comfortable beds! Very roomy room, water pressure was great in shower, love the upgrade luxuries too! Highly recommend, convenient right off main highway.

Only reason we stayed here was because there was a restaurant, and the kitchen was closed. I didn’t care for this specific area next either. The hotel room was odd and not what I expected. I have stayed at nicer places in nicer areas for cheaper. I won’t come back.

We love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Pensacola. It is clean, safe, and the staff is great and we especially love the restaurant/bar on site. Our only complaint this stay was that it was closed when we were there.
